  1. Did this idiotic trade create cap relief for the Jets?
  2. So you think Josh is worth slightly more than a 2009 Jay Cutler? It would take a minimum of 3 years worth of #1’s and #2’s and maybe a couple of players for me to even consider it…and then I would probably still say no!
  3. Not the best example, but when Ted Washington came to Buffalo after 4 years in the league, he played lights out!
  4. Dude is a super solid human being and I wish nothing but the best for him personally (except when he plays the Bills). This would be so much easier if he was a whiney dbag like Mahomes, then I could hate his guts.
  5. How many English or Spanish premier games are played in the US? I think it’s perfectly natural for a fan base to be discontent on losing 1 of 7/8 home games. Loyalty works both ways, and max profits aren’t every franchises top priority.
  6. “Plenty” of posters on this message board don’t represent this fan base as a majority or as whole either. There is a difference between openly not agreeing with or questioning Diggs’ antics or playoff production on a Buffalo Bills message board vs. being a spiteful / hateful a-hole by openly questioning his integrity as a human being on his X feed.
  7. @BlackbeardThe Bills fan dinguses on social media do not represent this amazing fan base as a whole. If Diggs doesn’t understand this, then I question whether he is as intelligent as some think he is.
  8. Because the best QB in the NFL is no longer inflating their stats?
  9. The OL alone makes up 46% of the starting offense and 23% when combining them with the starting defensive positions. When you include WRs (2) it becomes 64%/32%. In your top 100 you say 40% are OL and WR, that’s not far off from the 32% of the starting positions they would fill. WRs make up 9% (13% in 3 WR packages) of the starting positions. So from a numbers standpoint OL/WR soaks up 32% of starting bullets, which you have at 40% in your top 100. WR takes up 9% and has 25% of the top 64 in this mock draft. Lots of additional things to consider but from my numbers the 17 WRs bring drafted top 64 is a significantly greater anomaly than 40 OL/WR top 100. 7 WRs is the record for most WRs drafted in the first round (2004). More than doubling that # through the end of the second round would be unprecedented and a massive historical anomaly. Without looking it up and based on the numbers above, I doubt you can say this when combining OL into the fold. Bottom line, I don’t think your statement makes 17 WRs going top 64 seem less crazy, it does the opposite.
  10. WRs make up 24% of the players drafted in the first 2 rounds? Is this even remotely realistic?
  11. I mean, you’re not wrong, but a lot of this is just plain bad luck. I personally think Beane is one of the best yet one of the most unlucky GMs in the league. Von Miller - was on fire and everyone was pumped before his injury. Knox - just a bad contract. His wrist injury didn’t help. Bass - Was amazing and completely crapped the bed after his extension Diggs - was a top 3WR until week 7 last year when he fell off a cliff. I still think his 4 year production was worthy of a 1st round pick. Nobody knew Jefferson was: 1) going to be available at our pick and 2) was going to be as talented as he is. White: Top 10 CB and suffers two freak non contact injuries in 2 of his last 3 seasons. His draft picks have been pretty darn good. We still don’t know what we have in Elam, but I can’t think of any major misses. Lots of late round hits. We just dumped most of our aging vets and look to be getting significantly younger. we should have a much better cap situation moving forward as well.
  12. What historical examples provide evidence that the Bills traded Diggs to the highest bidder and not to the team that was close to being the highest bidder and was where Diggs wanted to go? Standing by…
  13. Correct, I think It might not have been the best offer, but it was a very generous one, more than enough compensation. Players don’t always go to the highest bidder.
  14. You mean the game where Mahomes got concussed, sat out half the game, and they still beat the Browns? You’re right, the AFC South is a weaker division, so why would the Texans take a step back like the 21 Browns? This argument you’re making is strange..
  15. Giants might be able to trade down and still land a QB they value like Penix.
  16. I’m sorry this doesn’t make sense to you, but then again, I didn’t intend it too. I never once said we didn’t get enough for Diggs.
  17. At $6.5M max I’m assuming a void year or 2?
  18. Help me out here…what could logically draw you to this conclusion? They are better coached, have a better QB and have better skill players. Plus they are coming off a better season last year than the Browns have had in 15+ years.
  19. Easy explanation: am surprised we received a 2nd rounder for Diggs, even though value wise it’s more like a 4th or 5th. 2025 2nd = 2024 3rd and the Bills sent a 5th and 6th rounder. He had an awful 10 game stretch to close out the season and carries a pretty hefty cap charge to the new team. I’m skeptical that it was the best offer on the table because he went to the team he was reportedly the most interested in, i.e. Beane did right by Diggs.
  20. That’s funny because I never said any other team offered anything. Ignorance and arrogance is a dangerous mixture. Try a slice of humble pie it tastes good!
  21. You have absolutely zero credible intel to back your claim that “only the Texans” were offering a 2nd for Diggs. What we do know is that the Texans were a preferred destination for Diggs. This has been discussed via multiple channels since the conclusion of the pro-bowl.
