  1. The entire secondary was a liability last year. Benford and Taron are the only above average starters in the secondary. Need upgrades at safety, and the #2 CB position so Josh doesn’t have to put up 40+ to win against teams with a good offense.
  2. Please reference his 2024 stats, statistically it was his 2nd worst season at QB. 2023 was better, but not great. He was replaced with a rookie QB that led Denver to a playoff birth.
  3. Not sure if he’s better than Wilson year one, but if my career was on the line as a HC, I would take the gamble over relying on a QB that’s done nothing the last 4 seasons.
  4. My argument is based on historics, teams reach for QBs because it’s the most important position on the football field…by far. I believe you’re right, there’s players more talented than all 3 of the top QBs, but I just don’t see 5+ QB desperate teams passing up on Sanders or Dart. You could argue that a team like the Browns or Giants plan to tank for Arch, but their offseason moves seem to contradict that ideology. My guess is QBs will be selected at picks 1, 2 and 9.
  5. Wilson signed a 1 year $10M contract (22nd among QBs) with the Giants, that’s not that far from backup QB money (Mariota $8M). Sanders isn’t good? His stats indicate otherwise. 2024: 74% on completions (highest of all QBs who threw more than 100 passes), 4,134 yards (4th highest) 37TDs (2nd highest), 10Ints and a RTG of 168.2 (4th highest). Giants are taking one of the 3QBs, I’m convinced. No way Daboll is gambling his HC career on Crablegs and Russell “hasn’t done anything since 2021” Wilson.
  6. Since the 2018 (wrong Josh) draft, there have been at least 3 QBs drafted in the top 15 of every draft except 2022 (0) which was arguably the worst QB prospect year ever. I’ll go with the historical data on this and say Ward, Sanders and Dart all go top 15.
  7. This might be the most unrealistic mock completed by the TBDMB. Browns, Giants, Jets and Raiders all passing up on the #2 QB prospect? The only chance the Browns have of competing is to draft a potential franchise QB. They are in Cap hell for at least the next 2-3 years, cant get out from under Watsons awful contract and can’t afford to trade for/sign a competent veteran QB. Only chance that coaching staff keeping their jobs is to draft a QB and with Sanders sitting there they have no option but to draft him. Giants are taking a QB if one of the top 3 are available. Daboll is on his last strike and no way is he hedging his bets on Russell washed up Wilson. I could see the Jets trading up for Sanders if the Browns want to trade down for Dart. They are a QB (and competent coaching) away from being a good team loaded with young talent.
  8. Vet minimum kinda guy at this point. I wouldn’t want him starting, that’s for certain.
  9. Yep forgot about Oliver
  10. The last 3 drafts we did not take BPA in rounds 1 or top of Round 2. Rousseau might be the only consensus BPA pick that Beane has taken in round #1 ( not including Josh).
  11. The chiefs stopped one kind of pass play therefore there is no reason to expect they wouldn’t have stopped another…your logic. Fair question
  12. That didn’t answer the question…at all.
  13. Room for thought: If the tush push was illegal would we have beat the Chiefs?
  14. This is accurate, my one rep max was 250. I was never able to bench 255 (although I rarely tried a 1 rep max).
  15. Depend on your body type and how you train. I had a slender build and focused on light weight high reps for endurance not high weight low reps for bulk. Every other week I would include a max set of 5 reps. These are completely two different types of workouts (aerobic vs anaerobic). For example, I was easily clearing 100 pushups on my military fitness test. There’s no mathematical equation that quantifies how many time a person can bench press their weight based on their reps at max weight. You’re not being a jerk…you’re just being wrong.
  16. I’m 45 and haven’t lifted a weight in years…so zero. When I was 28 and about 175lbs I was doing reps of 5 with 2 plates. I could easily bench my weight 35 times, and I’m not a professional athlete or a power lifter.
  17. 36 reps of 225lbs when your 400lbs isn’t impressive at all.
  18. Our secondary is still hot garbage as a grouping. We need upgrades at S and CB #2. Not impressed with the changes on the DL, I still don’t see the Bills putting pressure on the QB. I hope I’m wrong, but I still see the Bills giving up a ton of points per game like last year.
  19. Moulds (40: 4.5) - Had relatively bad QBs most of career. Washed up Bledsoe, Rob Johnson, Flutie Flakes and JP Losman. Coleman (40: 4.61 ) - Has a first ballot HoF QB in his prime throwing him the ball
  20. And to boot he hasn’t played for the Panthers…what gives?
  21. But…but…but Beane gives Josh everything he needs, it’s all a lie that it’s all Josh.
  22. Ah, thanks for the correction on Daboll I didn’t think he was an NFL OC prior to going to Bama and Brady was with the panthers for a year and a half as their OC. Unreal that Josh has had 4 different OCs over a span of 7 years.
  23. The three rookie OC’s they hired for Josh might just prove your narrative wrong and that’s not including the below average skill players (as a whole) they’ve surrounded him with.
