  1. Saint $60M over the 2025 cap and signing Chase Young to a 1 year $13M deal is such a head scratcher. They really need to just tank for a year, get a good rookie QB and start over. This can kicking ideology isn’t working for them at all.
  2. Gabe Dropavis didn’t have a route tree, more like a branch.
  3. That’s insane. The Pats cheated, won multiple super bowls standing 2 decades and only lost 2 1st rounders. 49ers have had the best team in football (talent wise) the last 2 years and should have won’ the Super Bowl this year. Their penalty is moving down 4 spots in the 4tb round this year and losing a 5th next year? Certainly seems like cheating pays off. I wonder when Philly will finally get caught with something.
  4. Ummm I’m saying he had a rough season last year and that’s all I’m saying.
  5. Big fan of Taron, but he had a rough season last year. I believe he gave up game winning TDs in 3 games while on single coverage.
  6. To be fair, I’d be excited about a new kicker.
  7. Agree! Hope he can get healthy and sticks it to MaHomes and Auto twice a year.
  8. McBeane Flow chart: Is the FA high priced? Yes Does he play offense or defense? Offense - don’t sign, look for cheaper talent Defense: proceed to next question Is the player injury prone: No - don’t sign Yes - proceed to next question Did he play for the Carolina Panthers? Yes - Sign to an awful overpriced contract. No - Don’t sign and draft replacement with a high pick, sign a Carolina FA S or re-sign Bills FA. Sorry folks, Simmons and Blackmon don’t fit the job requirements here at OBD. Who is the best Safety in the draft we can get in first round? 😂
  9. If this is the case, I’m huge Armstead fan. Stop spending big money on old injury prone defensive players! Beane hasn’t had a very good track record signing FA DT’s with the exception of Jones.
  10. Tyler might end up being a punter if he doesn’t start putting the ball through the uprights.
  11. The Bills! made some really tough yet essential decisions. He parted ways with veteran players on the decline and didn’t overpay to retain marginal talent like Gabe Dropavis or sign mediocre talent to bloated contracts in phase 1 of FA. To this point there is not a single move or lack of move I disagree with. Very interested to see how BB completes the roster with huge holes at S, C, CB, DT, and future gaps at DE and WR through the draft and 2nd/3rd phase of FA.
  12. WTF are the Bears doing is my question. This is something a SB contender should be doing, not some bottom of the barrel team about to draft a rookie QB. Allen doesn’t have many years left.
  13. My question is, Is this an offensive system problem? The Bills all around have had poor YAC for years.
  14. BPA at a position of cost and need. Right now WR is a big need and they just so happen to be pretty darn expensive. For me it’s either WR, DE or C in the first and WR, DE, C, DT in the second.
  15. Yes! Hahahahahaha Over the last 12 games of the regular season and the 2 playoff games (14 games), Diggs had one game with 100 yards receiving and 3 total TDs. Bills did not have a #1 receiver for 3/4 of the 2023-2024 season. It certainly appears as if he’s not him anymore.
  16. 1. Rookie/UFA/Trade 2. Diggs 3. Samuel 4. Shakir 5. KJ Hamler, Shorter, Hollins
  17. Who were the QB’s throwing balls to these two? QBs make receivers, not vice versa. Gabe Dropavis is nothing without Josh.
  18. Huge upgrade over Gabe Dropavis. Sign a S and go BPA in the first and 2nd.
  19. Thank god the Jags are dumber than us. We don’t need an oft injured over priced player on D. Spend the money on offense, this D sucks in the playoffs. We could have signed every top defensive player available in free agency and Mahomes would still carve it up like the Thanksgiving turkey come playoff time.
