Babe Ruth True American icon. Larger than life. Captivated the nation, in good times and bad, like no other athlete ever has or will. A rags to riches story, who, in spite of his lifestyle, didn’t forget his roots. His charitable work with orphanages and underprivileged youth, particularly for the times, was exemplary.

The Office episode where Michael and Dwight shared a room and flicked on the black light scarred me. Honestly, up to that point, I had never really gave it much thought. Pretty much since it’s been VRBO, Bn’B’s and no pets allowed places whenever possible.

My one league this year is trying a single RB and one RB/WR along the standard 2 WR, Flex, TE, along with adding another IR spot, to address the RB shortfall that has been increasing. I like the idea. -

I do miss the driveway oil stain silhouettes, we had one that looked like Lincoln. Some were so bad they were slippery, making playing basketball in the driveway a bit more challenging. -
Would also think one would have to order such a luxury about 5 yrs. before receiving it. Not that that would stop the grousing.

The dome of the Basilica will standout even more soon, they’re replacing the original with copper. They also did a revamping of the basement and now have a small, but thorough, historical museum honoring Father Baker. Between the Basilica and very nearby and updated Botanical Gardens, it’s a nice afternoon jaunt for locals to take in.
