  1. Omg that was hilarious. Tre is such a funny guy.
  2. I hate the Pats as much as anyone here, but making them win is bad for the NFL, no one outside New England wants to watch them win again, ratings would take another hit if the Pats are in the Super Bowl. They want an exciting game.
  3. Doug Pederson is 1-4 in second away games. Hope they’re too eager to get home this time too.
  4. Doesn’t this seem to be the pattern with Andy Reid teams (*see Alex Smith stats from beginning of last year) until teams figure out how to beat them by week 8? Let’s see how things look at the end of the season.
  5. Omg, yeah that was pretty neat to see. Definitely seems like a character guy. A little like Brees, in the ‘no quit’ regard. Also, how fast was that sprint down the field? Hope Sports Science does a segment. Interesting. Looks like I may be the short-sided one.
  6. That is literally everything but RB, and we need a splash as back up RB. If I were he scouts, pro-scouts, I’d put Batdance by Prince on, stay super late (20 minutes) and figure this out. Isnt OL okay with Groy? Just okay though? All other starters returning. Just had an idea! We trade the Eagles for Jason Peters with the same 1st pick they gave us for him and we used it on Eric Wood. I bet the Eagles never called “No trade backs!” Huge exploit for Beane. Then say we were joking about Woods walking away; that his elegant locks will play for Philly. Just an idea. Wow! Just tried it on Madden, so should work in real life.
  7. Jeff Janis (JJ, or Jorp Jorp for short) was caught snorting flees off homeless dogs and balances the “good” dinner plates on the dogs head. Pott sherds everywhere. Come on. Character Christian people only please, spread the word! Protect your babies from rif raf. I try not to knee jerk react as both of these debaucheries are pretty routine. And did Jorp Jop break those plates on purpose? To the Tootsie Roll POP owl everyone!
  8. Oh yeah, I went to the TB12 Most couples tend to start looking alike. Has to do with two of them mimicking facial expressions and creating the same frown/smile/nasal labial fissures. Trust me. I had half a year in medschool. In other words don’t listen to me.
  9. I agree, but all Bills fans will be leery because of TT. My god, though, I have never seen a Qb move as fast as Jackson. It’s special. Even better than TT escaping from the pocket, and he was a god damned magician.
  10. I’m wondering if Gruden is going to be another J Johnson failure. League is not the same as even 10 years ago. The “he’s like my dad,” coaches don’t fly anymore. 18-26 year olds need different grooming because of social changes (social media).
  11. For all those excited for Mayfield: Not saying the comparison is apt due to work ethic differences. Just makes me concerned.
  12. Does Tb12 consist of screaming your childhood frustrations naked to other people in a lean-to, then smearing chocolate cake with “TB for MVP” written in chocolate on each other? Then it’s nap/milk/reflection time. Ive heard the efficacy is off the charts. Glad we have TB and the trainer guy that wears baggy dad jeans to revolution the NFL. Glad the regimen came to you in a dream Tom! Truly the work of angels, or angels inducing heart burns so he’d wake and think of it.
  13. One more thing, how many times were we frustrated with Tyrod because he couldn’t hit the middle; and why? Without clear throwing windows, he had to move, or attempt to hit where a receiver should be. We have one of the most DYNAMIC pass catchers one on one in Benjamin. We need one of the guys that lays it up at the last minute, which Allen continually did with ease, and usually off his back foot or across his body. Im no guru, but if scouts say Allen can develop, get him higher and give it a go. Odds are significantly improved for q.b. success rate when they’re voted top 2.
  14. Look at these stats his last two years, particularly completion percentage. Proves the accuracy, right? And it should only drop a few % points in pros, right? QB 13 295 434 68.0 3706 8.5 8.8 26 9 155.3l QB 13 300 429 69.9 4114 9.6 10.0 37 13 172.9 Wrong...that’s Johnny Maziel’s stats. And he’s slightly taller than Mayfield. Drew Brees and maybe Russel Wilson have been the exceptions. Massive OL to see over, and massive DL’s equals a lot of batted passes; failing that, errant throws since they have to adjust the ball higher above the defender at the line. Im not sold on Mayfield, and I think we’re bluffing for Allen. Looks at the last drafts visits and who we actually grabbed.
  15. Want to mention that after working with coaches on his footwork, Josh Allen was easily the most impressive QB at the Combine and Senior Bowl.
  16. Omg, that cracked me up. Should have just said, “Trust the process.”
  17. Isn’t this the same horn being tooted last year? It’s exhausting reading the early year scrying; they can’t sell readers with “Meh, Don’t Know. Wait Until Week 4” headlines.
  18. Made me LOL. Same, I’m watching the “all throws” reels on the top 4 and completely convinced I had the answer. Then realized a few hours doesn’t make me a scout. If they think one of these guys is the answer, do what you can to jump to picks 1 or 2. If any doubt, get someone after the 1st round and hope they’re so shoulder chipped that they Brees or Brady it.
  19. Look at the history of QB’s selected in the 1st round in picks 12 and beyond: http://www.nfl.com/draft/history/fulldraft?type=position Outside of Aaron Rodgers, none have been worth a pick. Notable exceptions aside, unless you grab a guy in the first couple picks, don’t waste the pick. If if one of these qb’s feels like the real deal, I say you do what you can to get in the first two picks. If you have doubt, grab a guy outside of the 1st round and see if they can play down the road.
