    Yes everyone knows he was New Englands special teams coach it was all over the news the moment he was hired and the wonders of how detailed he was but he has never been a head coach at any level. The Mara Family maybe pushing their GM to hire a guy whose been around the block and actually ran an entire team before.

    Cole did have 82 catches and clearly Josh has a comfortability with him in key spots…I’d expect him to be asked to restructure rather then just be released as it isn’t easy to replace that kind of production but I highly suspect the Bills will add a speed receiver through free agency or the draft

    I can see the comparison but a better comparison is John Elway who was basically a one man gang with the 80s Broncos teams only to watch other teams celebrate in blowout Super Bowl losses That changed when Mike Shannahan came in and said John you don’t have to do it yourself I think McDermott sees that now a little earlier then Dungy did

    This team would be planning the parade right now… I am pulling like crazy for Joe and the Cincy kids but the reality is that was the two best teams in football playing in Arrowhead on Sunday

    What I’ve been saying Dabs he seems like a great guy isn’t some kind of offensive guru Josh Allen who is the defacto offensive coordinator is going to make him a lot of money I wish Brian well but if he goes to the gmen and is going from Josh to Daniel Jones it’s like going from a Ferrari to a Honda Civic with a bad muffler

    By free agency we should have around 30 million to spend with restructures and such We should easily be able to attract a free agent or two on 1 year deals to play with Josh

    The defense has young guys that have to play or Basham Groot and AJ are just wasted picks Need a CB in the draft first three rounds Need one Olineman Most importantly get Josh more playmakers 2TE, 1 speed WR, and 2RB as I still would upgrade over Moss since the kid seems a bust

    Good point people who don’t follow the Bills and only ever look at what draft experts and stats guys look at have no idea what Allen dealt with his first couple years…he wasn’t even supposed to see the field his first year but Nathan and AJ where so bad McDermott honestly had no choice
