  1. Who knows what happens, but I've been all about Moore all off-season. His skill set is tailor-made for what we do offensively. It's extremely early, but it's a good sign that he is making plays.
  2. PFF is terrible
  3. The franchises are friendly for whatever reason. Bears-Bills have made multiple trades the last couple of years.
  4. I don't think we see a lot of him. He is lacking in the personality part of things. It's not good TV.
  5. Cool. The UDFA they obsess over is probably center Jacob Bayer with the mullet. Probably a bunch of stuff about Ray Davis’ difficult upbringing. Dion will steal the show and Bobby Babich will be good TV as well.
  6. You know these are goiing to terrible
  7. I think the Douglas ship has certainly sailed, between White and Jackson signing plus Hairston and Strong. Not to mention they gave his number to Hairston. I liked Douglas, but I feel like he was just terrible this year, and getting younger and more athletic at the position was the way to go. Now if we wind up with Dane Jackson starting corner, I will be extremely disappointed. I agree on those DL guys will get a shot at some point with teams, especially Smoot and Jefferson. Phillips is tricky because he has pretty much proven he can only play in Buffalo. Cooper thing is interesting, but with how Beane values draft picks, to give up a third and not even attempt to bring the guy back it certainly feels like they think he is done. Miller should sit out most of the year and then sign with a contender late as a hired gun as a designated pass rusher.
  8. Agreed. Having a real receiver in that spot adds a ton to what you can do offensively in those heavy formations.
  9. Very tricky evaluation with him. It's tough because if Baltimore gets behind in a game he essentially becomes a non-factor, but he is still elite at what he provides.
  10. They backed themselves into a corner with the safety spot. I think they wanted Edwards or Bishop to start with Rapp and knew they were better than Damar, and they both got hurt in training camp and then they just couldn't justify playing them over Hamlin. And that is why keeping those guys around is a bad thing. To cut or bench a very popular teammate/player in Hamlin to play a guy like Edwards, who had done nothing to earn the spot, borders on losing the locker room. Please get rid of the feel-good stories in the offseason and then you won't feel the pressure to play them. There is no galaxy where Hamlin is a better player than Mike Edwards. And after all that, Hamlin is still around because no one was interested in free agency. I hope the front office has the courage to move on from him so they don't feel forced to play him. I respect all that he has been through, but he is one of the worst safeties in the NFL and isn't good functional depth because people like him so much they feel the need to play him. Move on from the solid good guys who are terrible athletes at the bottom of the roster and replace them with younger, faster, cheaper. It's nothing personal, he just isn't good. But anyway, how about that Casey Rogers guy?
  11. Kinda interesting that Marcus West the DL coach is not working with those guys. Maybe he is working with the ends.
  12. He plays the penetrating style of defense the Bills want. He sacks Drake Maye and Shaduer in the video and stops Maye on Qb sneak. Who knows?
  13. I mean this piques my interest some.
  14. I do like the single digits on wr and secondary guys and I noticed that teams are starting to give kickers and punters terrible numbers. Bass's 2 would look much better on someone else. So would Shane Buechele's 6. I love LBs in the 50s and DL in the 90s
  15. This guy. They already have a great rapport and he can help Josh with his mechanics.
  16. Because of the Hoecht thing I would not mind him as a hired gun for six weeks on a minimum salary. But I am curious how much longer they will wait before they sign Shaq Thompson as a depth linebacker. You know they want to.
  17. I think Edwards is a super interesting case where fit and comfort may play a huge part in his thinking process. First, his work with Aaron Kromer has to be important. At the beginning of his career under Kromer, Edwards looked like Torrence does now, one of the best young guards in the NFL who was about to cash in. Kromer left, and Edwards's play fell off. Now, he is back to top form under Kromer again. In LA, for whatever reason, he dealt with injuries and, similar to Mitch Morse had a concussion that ended his season and looked like it could end his career. Here, he has had no issues at all with that. So maybe it's the trainers and staff, or the techniques that Kromer teaches, but he has been able to avoid head injuries. To me, I am not sure the huge pay day is worth leaving a place that has provided Edwards with so much stability. Additionally, Kromer is unique in his teaching, which isn't replicated around the NFL. I think Edwards is a more likely sign than Connor McGovern or Torrence.
  18. He signed with the Packers, so never made it to our minicamp. https://www.acmepackingcompany.com/2025/5/7/24425821/green-bay-packers-news-taylor-elgersma-quarterback-signed-wilfrid-laurier-canada But this topic will live on in infamy in the interwebs. Wonder if we invite another QB to get through rookie camp…
  19. Couple of my opinions… I do believe the idea that Beane loves Gabe. Gabe is way better than Hollins. In an everyone eats offense in which route running, spacing, and precision is key, Gabe is an awful fit. In this case Moore is the right move. Despite that, Gabe could help as a deep threat. Also, he should sign with the Giants.
  20. I wouldn’t worry about it. He’s been hurt pretty much both seasons. I’d like to see what he can do with a healthy one. It’s hard to tell if he’s at the same weight or lighter. This feels like the overreaction to Dion Dawkins massive manboobs last year. Yeah he looked sloppy but it doesn’t affect his play on the field. Kincaid, I hope, will be fine.
  21. I think Michael Hoecht is going to crush it when he comes off the suspension. With Bosa and Landon Jackson and such I kind of almost forgot about him. He will be all over the field making plays and will be a shot in the arm for the team. He should be fresh and hungry with something to prove.
  22. I appreciate the kind words. I suppose I land on the side of upside. I think if Moore can’t produce with Allen then his career is likely cooked, but I feel there is still upside there. If they had given Moore the Josh Palmer contract I would have lost it. But to me, all one year deals are no risk propositions. And I do like Moore better than anyone we could have drafted but I think Jeudy is just better. You hope that Royals or Horton have a year like Moore did last year. I think it is ok to like the signing but also keep hopes in line with what is reasonable.
  23. People are still mad the Bills didn’t draft the receiver they wanted. Poke holes in Moore, yet Moore is more interesting than pretty much everyone in the draft not named Golden.
  24. I think Damar Hamlin is one of the worst players in the NFL don’t understand the appeal. Rapp and Bishop will very likely be the starters. Hairston, Johnson, Benford are the starting corners. White and Strong make the team as does Hancock. After that it’s upside plays like Forrest or we know what we have low ceiling plays like Lewis and Hamlin.
