Dalton to the Cowboys 1yr $7M per Schefter
Motorin' replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
that would suck. Belichick and McDaniels could bring the best out of him. -
I really enjoyed watching this. Stidham is a dink and dunker. His ball 20 yards downfield has Peterman pick potential. Average mobility. Collapses under pressure, fumble prone. If the Pats defense can hold teams to under 10 points each week they are going to win a lot of games next year.

Let us know when one company leaves California due to needing a woman on the board.
-
It's not 40 yards to the QB. And Epenesa looks pretty good at moving the 300 plus pound man between him and the QB out of the way.
-
The other possibility is that Beane can say, look at how stupid those teams are. They totally screwed themselves right out of being title contenders. Do you want to get over paid and go to a team like that, or do you want to be like the Patriots and build a championship team. That may work with Tre and Dawkins. We shall see.

I thought it was still the Kwame Cavil Award?

I hope I am surprised. I think OL is the weakest link on the team right now, though they are vastly improved from a couple of years ago. Would love to see a monster OT come out of no where.

I had a very similar anger rise up the moment the Bills lost. I walked to the sink, washed some dishes and it was gone. It turns out as men we don't know how to handle disappointment. Regret on the other hand is useful, it allows us to think through what we did wrong so we can change it and act differently in the future. But disappointment is different, because by definition there's nothing we could have controlled to make the outcome different. So if you think about it, there's nothing useful to hanging on to anger or ruminating about disappointment because there is nothing you can do about it... Also, you are not defined by the Bills. Your worth and value is not dependent on their success in any way. You have the same inherent value as a human being as anyone else, so there's no reason to question life or ruin vacations if your disappointed by the Bills.

I think a healthy Williams is a vast improvement at RT. Not counting out Ford to take a big step forward, and also think he can be a solid RG starter.

I think they're both trying to prove that to each other, and I think they are both going to fail miserably. -
Cal's Post Draft Grades (Mod edited) LAMP!!!!
Motorin' replied to Cal's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I can see Beane having a plan to parlay Fromm into a 3rd round pick. -
Sounds like a prime practice squad candidate.
-
Seems like he needs a year or two in an NFL conditioning program.
-
At the same time, I think all of the B grades for the Bills must not have taken Diggs' value into account.
-
A developmental OT that has all the athletic ability to be a starter who just needs a year or two of coaching.

2020 NFL Draft Rounds 4-7 discussion

There's some quality players here. Gandy Golden would give that big possession wr, Hall would potentially slide into cb #2 role. Who's the BPA? -
Draft Day Winners Going Into Day 3

potential? -
I do think they will improve this year with continuity. Ford will hopefully take a big step forward, and l think Beane is putting a lot of stock in Daryl Williams returning to form at RT and being an upgrade over Nseke. We shall see. But short of a catastrophic regression in Allen's play, everything isn't riding on next year. It may end up at the end of next season with the team realizing that they have to focus on improving the Oline as priority #1.

He averaged 2.85 seconds time to throw, the same as Russell Wilson and .05 seconds above the NFL average. This does not explain the inordinate number of times there were free rushers screaming at him causing him to run for his life. Yes, the line is vastly improved from where it was. But it's still the weakest link on the team imo.

So why is a consensus 1st rounder still on the board? -

Does the NFL know more about Zack Baun's deluted sample then they are letting on, or does no one want to be the one to take the risk?
