Ted Washington not impressed with Bills DL
Bing Bong replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's too bad we can say this about virtually every position. Pretty easy to go BPA in that case. Hyde, Poyer, Tre, and Allen are the only guys for me that have their position shored up. I only don't include Foster because he'd be our #1 next year and i'm not about letting him be the incumbent #1 WR before winning the competition against a proven formidable #1 first. Oh yeah and Hughes That's a pretty scary statement. -
Ted Washington not impressed with Bills DL
Bing Bong replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Harsh. But if anybody could say it it's Ted Washington. And he's not wrong about the DL. I'd have to assume he's talking about Meatball in the context of this season and not dismissing his whole body of work. -
For Fantasy Junkies - Should I start Josh Allen?
Bing Bong replied to RocCityRoller's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You're in the finals drafting Bell??! Much respect Matt Ryan's had a great fantasy year if available. I'd go on matchup and look for shootouts. If QBs get nerfed passing stats I'd give JA serious consideration rushing TDs and yards from QBs are huge in that scoring format. Otherwise i'd find a streamer on waivers. Signed - A terrible fantasy football player. I hate that damn game. #notagameofskill All about fantasy basketball #GameofSlightSkill I dropped Andrew Luck! Signed Ryan though who was the top fantasy QB behind Mahomes for the first half of the year. -
Not so fun fact-QB 3000 Yd Passing seasons

He must have more 5000 yard seasons at like 5 than 25 teams have 0 -
Josh Allen’s Adjusted Completion Percentage = 72.7%
Bing Bong replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hey my post about Allen having the #1 adjusted package on the league doesn't fudge numbers though. Between his and Joe webbs it's clearly a metric we should be using -
Josh Allen’s Adjusted Completion Percentage = 72.7%
Bing Bong replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You should see Allen's adjusted package metric. It's #1 in the league Even beating out Joe Webb. Crazy statline unearthed. -
Josh Allen’s Adjusted Completion Percentage = 72.7%
Bing Bong replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Absolutely. We watch every JA game for chrissakes. We know he has many dropped balls. We know his QBR and for that matter this metric doesn't mean squatm we just know he's a good football player nuff said You fell into a trap circle jerk thread you fool. No wrong opinions allowed. Adjusted stats don't lie. /s If you seek rep points look no further than the OP But seriously this ain't the thread to voice JA criticism lol -
Josh Allen’s Adjusted Completion Percentage = 72.7%
Bing Bong replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
We hate stats until we find the right metric.. Stafford has a better QBR than Allen: STATS ARE BS THEY DON'T MEASURE GUTSS Allen has a better adjusted completion position: THIS EQUALLY OBSCURE MEASUREMENT MEANS EVERYTHINGG He's good.. I get it. He passes the EYE TEST gentleman we watch the games and we like what we see why are we seeking validation from anyone else until those wins start rolling with a better supporting caste that turns this adjusted completion % into real completion %. Because one is real. The world will find out soon when that happens. OP be getting 30 rep points in 20 minutes I'm jelly. -
Mic'd Up: Josh Allen vs. the Lions
Bing Bong replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He comes off as a total d*** for opponents. I love it. It's almost.. Brady like He's got some games manship for sure -
They win as long as that one dude doesn't put his life savings on the Saints like he did Vikings

Lol check out these patriot fans comments
Bing Bong replied to Lafromboise's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
20 seconds to spare expressing Patriots hatred is 20 seconds well spent And most of the board is Allen circle jerking so.. here I am. -
Mannnnn Alshon Jeffery is the exact kind of receiver we've been b****ing about not having. Great hands, phenomenal at tracking back, high-pointing the ball. He's the #2 that covers a #1's flaws such that you're number one doesn't need to have every skill set. A kind of guy like that is great bang for your buck. Really wanted to go for him and free agency

Passer Rating vs. Total QBR (Matt vs. Josh)
Bing Bong replied to JESSEFEFFER's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I saw Stafford's stat line and it was pretty great good. What like 22/29 and a TD? It was more coaching since they never moved the ball in the second half between bad screens, sacks, and runs all for negative plays. That game was ANEMIC. Slow as mollasses. But don't be shocked that Stafford gets a better rating. He's Stat Padford. And he's not a bad quarterback folks. But he did lose, as he is want to do. The game came down to a missed extra point AND field goal. It was a crappy game. As many neutral fans at the bar were very eager to point out to me. -
Brady and Belichick Deserve to Go Out On Top
Bing Bong replied to Gugny's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO They deserve to go out in a smoldering wreckage wishing they'd retired years ago after the Bills start whooping their *** -
I'm BarkleyForGOATBackupPT5P NoHuddleKelly. Should have more lasting power if I am correct on this. Democracy would be mean: "How about PT5PSUCKS!" Oof I like BarkleyBowlesOverJets. But should probably stray away from referencing single games. BFGB

Gentlemen, get ready for the Barkley GOAT backup QB crusade.
-
I've been trying to come up with something all day.. any suggestions? Cogs might stay my Avatar pick to maintain the PT5P brand. I'm thinking some variant of PT5P. BarkleyIsARealBackupPT5P BarkleyDoesn'tThrowPicks eh? Eh? Meet Barkley's biggest fan.
-
lol yeah my name avatar combo of Ritchie and Peterman is just being a bummer by this point. But my whole identity was to combat the Savior Peterman avatars I don't know who I am supposed to be anymore. I'm coming up with something However I'm definitely voiding the Vikings game promise to change to ZimmerLostToPSBills since the premise was Vikings were sitting Dalvin Cook because he was treating us like a bye week when in fact Dalvin Cook had been legitimately injured from that game on.. and Zimmer is just dumb with his running game anyway. I AIN'T CHANGING TO THAT. I'll come up with something that's less of a bummer.

Everybody keeps replying to my post saying "but that's kind of the point isn't it? Allen is better than Rosen and proved draft pundits wrong etc. etc. etc." Yes! That is the point! That's why I posted it. I haven't cared about Rosen in a long time. It's nice that he's looking better than the other option we could have picked but I guess I'm not one to want to revisit the draft for the umpteenth time. Post Rosen boxscores every game etc. I thought it was apparent we got the right Josh and have mostly been on the same page with that for a LONG TIME. There's still room for improvement, the draft doesn't matter anymore (but we looked like we nailed it), Rosen sucking right now has no bearing on Allen improving. Then again I was never vested in the QB picks since I didn't know anything about the guys, other than liking Baker, in the first place. I just let it roll. Hardly participated in the nasty fights it seems like we got into post draft. So I'm not one to revisit draft disappointment or excitement because I was ambivalent until the rooks took the field: Rosen is sucking so bad that Allen could be a lot worse and we'd still have the "right Josh". That's sort of my point. I don't want the bar to be as low as the (what looks like to be a) bust in Rosen we didn't pick.

He's perfectly happy to get his when he gets the starting fill in job through injury and otherwise sit out as backup and root the team on. Backup Quarterbacks are a special breed. He's got enough team mentality for it .. and being a backup Quarterback rocks when you're not garbage when you fill in. He's got good backup written all over him. Next Frank Reich???
