All 22: Evaluating Teller pass blocking 1st half v Jets

crazy how he looks like he has no leverage with poor footwork, yet is still strong as an ox most times to compensate. -
I want no part of Tyrell Williams

Lol I understand your concern but maybe.. just maybe we just didn't have enough to clear the hurdle! We were pretty close with all the Williamsons on deck in 2014. Maybe we were just one or 2 short. -

That's a good point. We should grab Tyrell. The real questions we should be asking are 1. what are the best Williams' we can acquire in FA and 2. what Williams' are there to target in the draft. We kind of have our hands tied there. BPA and positions of need simply might not be an option. Greedy Williams should be our target in the 1st round. We're low on Williamses and that deficiency needs to be priority #1 this offseason. -
All the complaining about the officiating aside. The Chargers seemed extra aggressive to push the boundaries in what ultimately lead to a flagfest where most missed calls would go to their advantage. Referees caught that. But regardless when the flagfest started with tacky calls and makeup calls abound on national television the Chargers seemed like they got what they wanted as a lesser team forcing the refs to take over the game and mitigate talent on both sides of the ball. Not that the refs favored the Chargers one bit.. but the Chargers made the game more of a toss up to make things more even with the Chiefs by helping spark a flagfest

Is that really the case? Seems odd to me. I wouldn't possibly know where it's happened before. But don't really understand the concept of pushing the hard reset button when you had a unit that worked well under a coordinator and likely had cache with the players eliminating the need to scrap everything and start all over again.

Oh I'm not worried about overpaying. I just want a better guy next to him too. I'm worried about criminally being below salary cap because we have so much and could be paying among the least in the league. I'M all for the Rams style of 1 year prove it deals with guys that have everything to play for. Hell if we can't fill up our cap I'll sign Bell for a 1-2 year 20-30 mil per year deal just to maximize our cap without messing up future re-signs just to pay the most we can pay. -
I know they weren't successful but we preaching continuity when we bring in random coaches and want to see them out. Is this not the clear alternative to promote from within if the HC is underperforming? I'll admit on the flip side we know more about these guys than other teams possibly do. We've just let a lot of future HCs go when we were trying to fill the exact same role. And yess Browns and Lions?? The teams Schwartz and Pettine left were much better than where they went or were IMO

He's an improvement no doubt. 10x the player than KB was. But I agree I'm not going to bank on him as no 1. He's just good depth teams like the.. CHARGERS.. have in their arsenal. While he may make us better we're in trouble if he's our best. Which is why he's not the best where he is. -
Idk there's threads about AJ Green and Julio. I know I sound crazy but I'd shoot out high first for them if I had to or even Patrick Peterson. We have too much money to spend and salary dumping could be a strong move since FA is weak. Draft pick busts suck. And there's too high a probability when you're looking at trading to a team for proven talent that's only considering the probability because they have salary cap issues we don't have

I think the refs slowed down the game and made the talent on the field a puppet show. Hard to tell what both teams are actually capable of. Rams and Chiefs showed a lot more of what each team was really capable of doing EDIT thought you were talking about Chargers Chiefs. Idk.. this game went to the wire and Chiefs win at home. Homefield at Arrowhead is a whole different story than LAX

No I 100% agree. We just don't have Keenan or Tyreek ya know. We'll be improved.. I just wanted our cap money to put this WR corps on steroids and it's unfortunate that can't happen. I don't think a ton of cap money is that great an advantage. Having good cap leverage in FA is awesome. But having too much creates diminishing returns I'm all for a balls to the wall block buster trade

What?? It's likely! It's also league average. If not worse. I'm not sure depth is AS important as WRs that can beat any game plan.. but that's probably what we'll have to roll with. And it's no doubt an improvement for Josh Allen who had done great with much worse. I want the give Allen everything he desires on offense.
