  1. outside of the one drug suspension Bell's really had a clean slate personally. He's played his *** off for his team, got repeatedly franchise tagged, and got fed up. Consecutive franchise tags SUCK, you don't know what's going to happen any given play. And when he made a business decision, I can see both sides perspective. But we don't know the full story on the exchanges Bell's had with his teammates, all I see is Bell being quiet, and his teammates consistently calling him out passive aggressively to the media. Maybe Bell's pissed off at his teammates for not being in his corner, maybe Big Ben's rhetoric early in the season ticked him off. All I know is BIG BEN is the one feeding the media dirt about a dumb text, and Bell's just keeping his head low. Nobody forced Big Ben to say this. All he's doing by this point is only screwing up Bell's next contract when he could just say nothing about a dumb text and affect Bell negatively. Dude, Big Ben's had way more off field incidences in his career than Bell. Bell got suspended for drugs. Ben's got some weird allegations against him from 2010 before allegations were getting thrown around willy nilly like nowadays. Bell's got no record AGAINST anyone, personally or professionally. I find it hard to credit Ben and fault Bell when Ben's saying this to the media for absolutely no reason.. Bell's not going to be on Ben's team and yet Ben's got some burning desire to talk about his text messages to the media. Antonio Brown is the only Steeler on record that's been in Bell's corner. Game recognize game I guess. Exactly. What does Ben have to gain.. dude isn't going to be his teammate. He's just throwing Bell another media turd sandwich before Bell hits the market for.. what exactly??
  2. We GOTTA go WR round 1, and aim high at FA as well. Otherwise, all trenches and I'd love that offseason.
  3. I saw Whitney Houston. She played an insanely long halftime show after we were crushing it first half. so I saw the most famous Bills hater.
  4. So far Shooter Gavin (a fictional villian I don't even remember the actor's name) is the best known Bills celebrity fan?? I can dig it, that's pretty cool
  5. Well what have the Raptors done? Why can't Drake love us too? My favorite Bills pop culture reference is the X-Files villain, Cigarette Smoking Man, hating the bills saying they will never win the SB as long as he is alive. I mean.. he's the one of the most evil villains on television. So I guess that makes us.. a force of good? And a SB win will mean, we beat The Man? Weird tangent but that reminds me of the 30 for 30 where Thurman Thomas is CONVINCED the helicopter blades over the Superbowl blew the kick wide right.
  6. Well yeah they screwed up huge, I wouldn't schedule a game there for a long time. I'm sure the NFL is pissed! For some reason Madden has me always move the Buffalo Bills to Mexico City when I run out of money paying giant signing bonuses to avoid using cap. So.. don't let me ever own the Bills. I don't sell enough hot dogs.
  7. Honest question, who IS the Bills most well known celebrity fan? Non player.. who's our Drake for the Raptors??
  8. Good god, get it together Mexico City.. I thought it would have been really cool to have a packed stadium there. It's gonna be all Kansas City fans in LA lol
  9. Read a book. Watch a movie. Watch hoop dreams. There's hundreds of biographies. Hell watch hard Knocks. This isn't ground breaking. It's a fascinating phenomena that happens to more pros than not. And life after sports is interesting. That's why it's so easy to access because there's so much literature and film on it! Charles Barkley thought he got traded to the Lakers from a public rumor and got hammered to celebrate by 1pm.. and then he had to play for Philly that night upon learning it was a hoax. So.. there's the flip side I guess? I don't know what lessons you ever can gain from Sir Charles
  10. Every eball has it's day
  11. We shouldn't have signed him. We picked one of the worst cheap FA QBs
  12. Screw him. "I shall not stand for this BBMB garbage that has been undermining everything TSW has stood for. Scholars. Leaders. Athletes. And Gentleman. And I will not tolerate otherwise!"
  13. Not at all! We just signed Barkley and cut a few guys
  14. Dude! Terrell Pryor got cut you gotta go over and Garner sympathy for him! And don't forget to shame the hatas. ESPECIALLY those with his name in their screen name
  15. Y'all should be ashamed for not having some sympathy for the guy!
  16. Crap you're right. Didn't even think about that. Way to ruin my view of the team.
  17. Absolutely. So long as I can riff on Peterman jokes without being an ***hole but I guess this is the world we live in. Honestly, who would have thought Peterman being cut would cause such a clash among TSW???
  18. That's what I thought on my eye test but I'm horrible at judging front 7 players so I needed validation before talking out of my *** lol Chalk me up as very very nervous. Then again I thought Rosen was gonna be solid, still prefer his accuracy but you have no idea how annoyed I was the Browns were actually smart and Baker never fell for being "too short". If we chose Allen over Baker I'd have been on crusade watch 24/7. I wanted swagger in my QB and Baker had it like no other. Rosen either has it or is just a super weird dude.. can't tell. But Darnold and Allen are vanilla ice cream. Not that any of that matters for a QB but that's literally all I'd go for since I saw the QB draft as a crapshoot.
  19. Great drafts. Crazy worried about Allen so peg me as cautiously optimistic I guess. Do we like Harry? I wasn't a fan some games but he's had some plays. He's a rookie after all. That Milano guy is something though. Him alone in the 5th makes these last 2 drafts great. He might be catching up to Hyde as my fave
  20. He played in 40% of snaps as a rotational player they didn't miss him when they had him. He's good for us though. The Panthers are just great in the trenches. Always have been.
  21. You're the one who replied It's football man, a game. Peterman's going to be fine. He is a bright young man. His life isn't defined by a few football games. No one's life is.
  22. Good luck to both of them in life. Otherwise.. it's just football. Moving on.
  23. "LEAVE BRITTANY ALOOOOONE"
  24. I don't have an issue with sympathy. I do with shaming as you are now. It's hypocrisy. Screenname is my silly shot at McDermott. And calling out screenname, talk about nitwit it means nothing. If you can't see the comparison to Troupe then you truly don't understand my point. Best of luck to Peterman. Never wished ill after the Bills for any player. Where did I say I hope he become a janitor? Hypocrisy. I never shamed people for appreciating EJ's release because it's about the team, not EJ. I love Tyrod but I kept my trap shut when we gleefully cheered him hitting the bench. Because I get that is what people are going to do. They want to be right. Not have Tyrod homeless. Compartmentalize these things before calling me a troll and nitwit.
