Ha. I honestly had no clue. I’ve probably watched about 5 or 6 hours of college football in my life, total. Seems like a bizarre rule to me, as well as the OOB spot for the 1st down in the 4th quarter (wtf???) Watched most of this game and a little of the Michigan-TCU game. The coverage and tackling was really… umm… something 😬

he hasn’t been the absolute shutdown corner that he was from 2019 - Thanksgiving of 2021. The Bears’ one long completion on Saturday was at his expense. He turned around and found the ball nicely while it was in the air, then for some reason turned his head back towards the WR and became a spectator. Not good. I think he’s still rounding into form, but it’s good to see hin back out there despite some struggles.
