Looking at the screenshot above Wallace is already in tackling range of Gordon especially with Wallace’s long arms... this even when he dodging an impeding receiver. Not sure how can just assume Wallace wouldn’t be in range to stop the play if the OPI wasn’t happening.... you could argue he would have caught the ball anyway, but he would probably have been tackled right away resulting in a 2 yard gain and fourth down, instead of a big gain setting up a field goal.

I was thinking this too, hell if you see a lineman holding just start taking free shots at QB's and WRs to knock them out of game... worst that happens is you replay the down *shrug* What bothers me about this, is I saw 0 flags on the field until vicious hit on Allen, then flags come out... Why was there not already a flag on field for holding? Just like a tiktak holding call on morse negates a Patriots Offside that would have been a first down

How good did the "GOAT" Brady look today? Not playing favorites the Patriots have statistically an even better defense, AND better weapons on offense... Yet Brady and Allen both scored the same amount of points, obviously brady had 0 to do with blocked punt. I love Allen, I am not ashamed, I am also not ashamed to say he played like crap today. He was terrible, looked like felt the need to make a huge play as soon as we went down for some reason. Belicheck also has a 17-1 record againsdt 1st and 2nd year starters - its Allen's 15th game. Allen has been starting in this league for more years than ALlen has games under his belt. Is he not allowed one bad game against the NFL's record setting top defense?

The thing is we can look at film and argue “oh so and so is open over here.” He might have also been the 5th read. If your first two reads are open even for a smaller gain, you will typically make that play. You don’t have time to look at all reads then make decision which is optimal

McDermott likes his knickle safety to hit hard and and assist in running game. I really like Roby, but he was too small for this role. This is why Siran Neal and Rafeal Bush were the next men up for Taron Johnson when he goes down instead of like a Kevin Johnson

I am a self proclaimed Josh Allen lover... I honestly dont ever think he will be perfect or amazing like a Brees or a Brady or a Manning.... but this is what I love about him. He is gritty, gutsy and determined. Kudos young man, any QB's would have melted down... but he stepped up when he was needed most. PS: I think its a travesty that he gets credit for 4 turnovers this game. IMO he gets credit for 1.5 - not great still... the pick 6 not his fault. The first fumble, I will give to him even though Dawkins whiffed - Allen could have tucked it instead of fighting. The tipped INT I give him a .5 for. Darnold had more tipped passes at line than Allen, but Allen's happened to go to defense. The hand off fumble, Morse got shoved into him - I dont even think he touched it..... Way to effing fight Allen, Smoke, Singletary and the whole defense
