Conservative White Men
Victory Formation replied to Trump_is_Mentally_fit's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
Many men, (not just white men) see society for what it is and are depressed by it and while I agree with that sentiment, I disagree with the action of suicide itself. I am a Christian man and I think God put us here for a reason. Hell is a lot worse. -

You said that white men commit suicide at a higher rate because of toxic masculinity. 1.) What is masculinity? 2.) What is toxic masculinity? -

This is not going away anytime soon. Expect this to pick up steam. It will only get nastier and nastier over the next 3-4 months. -

Dolphins TE Jonnu Smith slams Buffalo lol

I think Spring and Fall are my favorite seasons here, absolute bliss. Summer once again isn’t too bad. Occasionally there will be a scorching hot day but not too bad 90% of the time.. Even if I win the lotto I will never leave NYS. -

I currently live in CNY but I was born in Buffalo and I have spent a significant portion of my life down south and I have also visited places like Florida and Virginia. Let me say this, the weather in New York is not as bad as people make it out to be. Spring and Fall here is a dream and during summer it usually does not get unbearably hot. I’ll admit that Winter may drag on for a month or two longer than I’d like, but I will say that I enjoy the first 2-3 months of winter also. People go on and on about how the weather is so nice down south yada yada yada but I beg to differ. I visited Florida for a week and the weather there was terrible. It had to be about 90 degrees out, it rained cats and dogs for an hour and then within 15 minutes all the water evaporated right back up into the air. I can’t imagine living in Georgia or Louisiana or Alabama or Mississippi where it’s a lot worse. Housing here is also a lot more affordable. You can find homes for $300K here that would easily run you a $1M+ anywhere else. -

Who is your surprise cut this year?
Victory Formation replied to BuffaloBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
Deion Jones is my surprise cut. Buffalo decides to take the youthful approach and Milano, Bernard, Dorian and Ulofoshio will be their core LBs going forward. -
I’m hearing that Josh Allen and Keon Coleman are really starting to build chemistry. I saw a clip of Josh braiding Keon’s hair on the sidelines.

If he can stick as a STs player that may guarantee him a roster spot but I do wonder if he can: • Big enough to hold up as a pure EDGE. • Play off the ball. • Play EDGE in wide formations. • Blitz from SAM. • Any positional versatility. • Can he hold up in zone coverage.

I have no hope for Von Miller, this will be his last year here barring a massive restructure.. We’ll probably extend Groot next offseason with that money.. And I think that Oliver, Groot and Ep can easily get us 8-10 sacks apiece if they have a good year for us and I believe that these 3 guys are also very good at stopping the run as well. Rousseau and Epenesa I’d probably give them a B+ grade overall, so long as the math works out the right way I hope they stay. .

How close is Allen to Mahomes if all things were equal?
Victory Formation replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think Allen and Mahomes are in their own echelon. I mean, you could probably argue that Burrow and Jackson belong in that group, but in my mind, not really. Allen vs Mahomes is the new Brady vs Manning. -

I don’t drink beer so you’ll have to settle for a like instead. Hopefully we have more luck this year. -

Those days are gone. Back in the early 2000s-present the NFL became all about having a franchise QB. There used to be shutdown corners like Blount, Sanders, Law, Revis and Sherman that could take over a game but I’m struggling to see any true shutdown CBs today. I’m not saying they’re not out there but just not as common. Having a good defense and an elite running attack used to get you in the Playoffs 15, 20, 30 years ago.. but not today. If you have a franchise QB, having those things will certainly give you an edge, but you can’t rely on these things solely anymore to make a deep run but it’s very helpful if you have a legit QB. Having a true franchise kicker is also a game changer as well.. Someone that can nail kicks 45-50 yards out like clockwork.. Some games you can get 9-12 points from FGs alone. -
