I’m okay with the player but not the price. Unless Knox has a breakout year, he’s gone, there’s an out in his contract after this year.. Factor in that we drafted a TE this year, it’s more than likely that Knox is playing his last year in Buffalo.

Knox has only done that two times in his six seasons here. The dude got paid and disappeared, that’s not Kincaid’s fault. Kincaid reached that benchmark twice in his first two seasons here and his PR in his rookie year has not been matched once by Knox in his entire career. I love Knox when he shows up but the problem is he doesn’t play up to his ability.

Knox has been a disappointment. I was convinced that he was going to be a top 10 TE at one point, but now I lament that we gave him such a big contract.

We’ve yet to see Palmer play a single game for us. He could be great, he could be another Curtis Samuel. He hasn’t earned it yet..

Trevor Lawrence is not very good and I think JA17 can get more out of him. If we’re talking about $6M-$8M on a one year deal, why wouldn’t you? He’ll probably take less because Josh can restore his image..

Gabe is an average to slightly above average WR2. I think if he comes back you put him on the left side and then you put Keon on the right side and obviously Shakir goes in the slot.. Let Palmer, Samuel and Moore battle it out in camp.

It was a great year to need defense, which is why I’m happy that Beane drafted the way he did.. Deone Walker may turn into an above average starter at DT, had we reached on a WR? Maybe we get a WR #5??? Its one of those rare phenomenas where BPA also matched our needs.

What good is it if we take a WR in RD4 and he doesn’t make the roster?

This was not a great draft for WR, so why take one? This draft was deep at DL and CB, which is why Beane drafted the way he did. Also we also had one of the best offenses in the league last year and our defense sucked, so once again, why not retool our D? This was one of Beane’s/McD’s better drafts.. I give them a solid A.

Punter. We’ve yet to fill the shoes of Matt Araiza.

It will be interesting to see how camp plays out. I’d probably give the edge to Tylan Grable and Sedrick Van Pran-Granger. Hopefully one of these guys pan out.

Beane was saying in his press conference that they see him as a slot corner and as a safety. Most likely he’s an insurance policy if Taron Johnson gets hurt IMO.

It’s possible, but it’s implausible that we would draft him at all, let alone #30 if it were so. I’m not saying it didn’t happen, but I’m not saying it did either.

I wouldn’t call Sanders a reach.. He was probably the last DT that had a top 50 grade left on the board. I also love the compensation that Beane got in all of his trades. His timing was perfect, not just with Sanders but with Walker and he somehow got a 3rd out of Chicago that we used on Landon Jackson. This may turn out to be a better draft than our 2022 class..
