  1. I said if the stars align, this is not about your crappy "reality" that may or may not even be the truth in the end afterall. This is about Terry Pegula leaving his mark on the world and building a state of the art stadium in Buffalo. I'm tired of people taking the most negative outcome and pushing it as reality. How often do your worst dreams come true? Oh wow! I guess you told me! What a Zero
  2. Oh how fun it is to dream! I don't mean to be a Gloomy Gus but imagine the cost of a ticket, cost of concessions, cost of parking, cost of apparel etc. to offset the cost of a stadium. Then add in the increase in taxes for everyone. The Pegula's aren't footing the bill. Neither is New York State. I'd love to see it happen and I hope somehow it becomes a reality but I think there's a better chance the team moves. There's a reason why there's no real plans to build a new stadium when the NFL has made it clear the Bills need one to be viable in the future. There's not enough money to make it happen! Anyone ever stop to wonder why the Bills are the only team in NY State and playing in an outdated stadium? Anyone know how much the Yankees and Mets tickets went up in price after their new stadiums opened?
  3. What the hell is Bills style football? I don't EVER want to see Bills style football if it's what we're seeing every week. How about we see NFL style football!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  4. To be fair, it's a first time head coach and first time GM. When they began assembling their special teams players, no one told them that the players shouldn't be the people on the short bus.
  5. There would no longer be anything called "The Buffalo Bills Franchise"
  6. when has Shady said he desires to be traded? Look at the mess he is playing behind. They even tried a street FA at right tackle today. Shady by next season will have no trade value. And certainly at 31 would not start for any team but the Bills. I never said he desired to be traded. I said is it possible that's what he's thinking.
  7. Is it possible McCoy's thinking he needs 12K yards for a shot at the HOF has fueled his desire to be traded because he knows what a mess the Bills are and likely not going to get there by staying with the Bills. So when Beane said he's going to be a vital part of the team in 2019, McCoy checked out and has packed it in hoping he will fall out of favor and thereby making it more of a possibility he's with a different team next year so at least he has a shot at 12K? I mean, he's got to know he won't be able to play at a high level much longer so he needs to maximize his chances and that isn't going to be the case playing for the Bills. I've just never seen McCoy as truly a team player. He has always played hard up until now but when it gets right down to it, I think McCoy wants a Gold jacket more than he wants to be known as a Bills RB that did what he could to help the team.
  8. He's under contract with the Bethlehem Rumble Ponies...I mean the Binghamton Rumble Ponies
  9. My future Sundays the rest of this season are free to do something else?
  10. I don't what he said but I'm pretty sure I know what he did. Unfortunately I can't say it here. I'd get banned LOL
  11. so how did you pick this number? Oddly enough it just popped in my head but after you commented and I looked at my own Rep number, it made me chuckle. Good catch!
  12. Watch Peterman have a good game. Throw a couple of TD passes, no Pics and no fumbles. There will be a bunch of Rocket Surgeons with 20 something posts and a Rep number of 257+ that will come on here and say Peterman is the man! He should be the starter for the rest of the year and beyond. Everyone else can be dealt for pics.
  13. The real issue with what Reid said about Pegula is that will be all anyone hears. Terry Pegula isn't going to jump on Twitter or anywhere else and call out Reid. He can't. There's a collusion lawsuit going on. So Reid can poke whatever bear he wants to and nothing will happen to him until his contract is done. Besides, Pegula is way too classy to do anything other than what he has been doing. Then when no team will sign Reid, he'll go see Nike about a campaign ad. He'll get a payday just like Kaepernick did.
  14. It used to be so much more enjoyable to read everyone's thoughts and opinions on who to trade for or who to get in free agency before video games were invented.
  15. Who was smokin hot Charissa Thompson interviewing? I got myself a little sidetracked and couldn't focus.
  16. The trick here is when you look down the hole and see Rock Bottom, take a peak at the Bills organization. If anyone still has a shovel in their hand, you may want to re-evaluate whether its really Rock Bottom or just a False Bottom.
  17. Who the heck is Kelley? I can't find him on any previous Bills roster.
  18. You forgot the one quarter filled bottle of Old Overholt on the desk. Yes I did! Thank you :)
  19. Every time I read one of your "In no particular order" threads, I can't help imagining you sitting at a little desk in a small wooden chair and wearing a Fedora hat. There's a cigarette hanging out of the corner of your mouth while you bang away on your manual typewriter. When your post is done, you rip the page out, take it to Office Max and have them scan it. Then off to the Library you go to take that digital file and upload it to TBD. Don't ask me why that crosses my mind but it does. LOL
  20. I'm thinking the Bills should trade all of their 2019 draft picks and then spend all of their 2019 cap space on every available Vet that has 7-8 years of experience to fill positions of need so they can finally show the fans how a team is really built in the NFL! Then they can be somewhat relevant for a year or two. Maybe the media will even stop laughing at the Bills for a few weeks. No really. It could happen! Then when all of these players can no longer perform at a high level, you know, in another year or two, and need to be replaced, the Bills can trade them all for 1st or 2nd round picks. Of course it will take another year or two after that to shed all the cap hit money again, hire a new GM and coaches but it will all be worth it because there will be plenty of 7-8 year vets available to do all this all over again and hey! There's only 32 of these jobs available in the NFL. That will show the naysayers!
  21. You are to them but its all relative. The folks here that are older than you relate and likely think to themselves...He should've seen when the Bills were in the AFL! The younger ones think you're older than dirt. The same is true about life in general. I'm 57 years old. To the youth of today, I'm ancient. To the people in their 70's and 80's, I'm still a kid. The beauty of being my age is I don't give a crap what people think.
