  1. Joe Dufek. A name lost to history 😂😂😂. i mean can we all admit the the Bills had many bad quarterbacks! Many. Here’s a better question…How many Bills bad quarterbacks would be on the list if they played for other teams. 😂 there’s so many.. Dufek, Totten, Ferragamo, and the others listed here.
  2. Sending prayers to your wife.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
  3. Remember, he's the holder too and that means Bass would need to be with a new holder. I remember this being discussed awhile back that this would be why they wouldn't switch?
  4. Dorsey took the fall, but I would love to see how cohesive the offensive side of the ball is from the staff. The rest of the staff is part of this with McDermott failing to be on the same page as his OC and GM Joe Brady is/was Allen's QB coach. Why has he not been able to have Allen perform at a high level did like Dorsey did when he was the QB coach? Don't you think he has a part to play in all this? Same with the position coaches? For an organization to function there needs to be alignment from the GM on down GM/Head Coach - Determine style of play/Philosophy needed to win in a modern NFL game GM - Pick players that Match style of play Head Coach - Install philosophy and style of play into all 3 parts of the game - set the tone (*** There seems to be a disconnect between Head Coach and OC - and their was when Daboll was here too***) OC/DC/ST (Coach the philosophy based on style of play and talent available) (*** There seems to be disconnect here too, especially with QB Coach and former OC ****) Staff Coach - (Coach positions to play within style of play) WHATEVER is going on behind the scenes is messing with our players heads and there is something unhealthy in the organization's dynamics that wasn't there the last few years that there is now. McDermott has never had to be accountable to poor performance over time because in 2017/2018 we were rebuilding (low expectations) and in the last few years we've been one of the best teams in the league. This is the first time he's had an extended period of poor performance with a team that has talent and high expectations. The rest of the season will be a first time experience for him and we've already seen him start to have cracks in the armor. His number one superstar has either tuned him out or is so FUBARed by his coach so it will be interesting on how this plays out. I also don't think that him being a DC has kept him away from being an effective HC but who knows.
  5. I wonder if he being DC is making it hard to oversee the whole operation.
  6. Does he still work with Jordan Palmer in the summer? Early in his career he did.
  7. She's a very good singer with some hits and she was in the Marvel Hawkeye series with Jeremy Renner on Disney+. She's very talented actress and will be in Marvel movies for the future.
  8. I’m ashamed to say it, but I loved this song. Peaches and Herb were great,
  9. I don't know. they did the same last year with the special teams coach and this year our special teams was tops in the league. Matt Smiley was an upgrade over the guy before. maybe it will work here.
  10. What about trade Ed Oliver and make Tampa eat salary?
  11. First they need to decide they want to be on offense. Watching the play calling and schemes by KC last night and the Eagles O-line, I kept thinking our staff and front office has an asset they don’t know know how to put a true structure and identity around. they don’t know what they are. We have a defensive mind head coach who still thinks you win with defense and uses Jedi mind tricks to convince the GM that we need to invest in more defensive players. Watching last night it seemed like that is what the modern NFL looks like. a lot for our front office to learn from KC. We seem to still be a step behind.
  12. I wish our Bills would get a line like this.
  13. Watching his post game news conference he seemed just utterly defeated. You could see it in his eyes. I hope he takes a good break, refocuses with his QB coach and maybe some sports psychology. His body language was off all season. I do think they need to really assess the OC position. They got someone Allen trusted when they really need someone to hold Josh accountable. Daboll did that. Comes with experience. After that Green Bay game it seemed to always be push pull with those two. I’m not sure running it back for continuity’s sake is gonna work unless Beane acknowledges it was lack of talent on the OLine and Wide Receiver that held them both back. I can’t help but think we need a coordinator that won’t waste Josh’s prime years.
