  1. Yes we will 26 but to be fair, so is every other person in this thread. Some assume he would be a good option and others don't based on what we think we know about the guys health and prior play. It doesn't make your opinion right nor does it make mine right. It makes them different.
  2. My gripe is I'm tired of seeing quarterbacks who are at best, 2nd and 3rd string quarterbacks being the Bills starting quarterback. When was the last time the Bills had a legitimate top 15 quarterback under center? When was the last time they traded for one? When was the last time they drafted one? It's been forever! So who are you putting under center when Bridgewater can't be the quarterback because something happens. Either he has the mental problem that happens to so many players after a devastating injury, or he goes down because his knee gets re-injured? I don't want that guy. Too many red flags and too risky.
  3. Can the Bills please stop bringing in QB's that are some other teams cast off's. I am so sick and tired of having QB's come in that ....... might be good, could be good, have to give them a chance, give him the benefit of the doubt, when he was healthy he was good, did you see him play those three games? UGGHHHH Now you want Bridgewater? The guy is one hit away from never walking again and he was never elite in the first place! Trying to catch lightening in a bottle rarely works. A coach thinking he can develop a QB after they've been in the league for a few years because he's arrogant enough to think he's that much better than every other coach in the league really means he's an idiot. If he's that good, he would be on every sports page headline all the time! Taylor is a perfect example of trying to turn an average QB into a top tier QB. From the time he came to Buffalo until now, he hasn't improved much. All the development he did for the most part, happened while he was in Baltimore. Stop trying to turn Average into Spectacular. Target who you think is going to be your best bet to be a top tier QB for your team and do whatever you need to do to get that QB so you can focus on all of the other needs the Bills have. If that QB doesn't work out, get a different one! It ain't Rocket Surgery! Unfortunately, the importance of having a top QB hasn't been a priority in Buffalo for so long that many fans on this board and elsewhere have never seen a really good QB in Buffalo other than on video. It's a shame and it has to stop.
  4. Man Bon Jovi looks like he's 70 years old and he's only 55!
  5. If you believe that something you want to buy is worth $1.00 at most (to make it a reasonable business adventure,) if some nut comes in with a crazy bid of $2.50 then you walk away. Did you just call the Pegula's crazy or did I misunderstand you?
  6. Can we just ask Dunkirk Don aka Chadwick Bay Chad what really happened in the bidding process and purchase. I've had enough of all these rumors. I need the truth and yes I can handle it!!!
  7. If Trump wanted the team so bad that he would sabotage another bidder by making up the Toronto story, then why didn't he sabotage the Pegula's because they were the bidder with the deep pockets and were the bigger threat to Trump. Unless Trump never really wanted to buy the Bills and was running point for the Pegula's.
  8. Have you ever heard the phrase "On any given Sunday"? With your logic, if Team A beats team B, and team B beats team C, then team A should always beat team C. It doesn't work that way.
  9. I think there should be a 10 yard penalty assessed against any receiver that looks at a ref, raises his arms and verbally complains. It happens on every incomplete pass play. Ridiculous. Just play the damn game. Let the coaches complain if the situation dictates it.
  10. I would guess 90% of the people at the Superbowl are not big football fans. They are just people who have the money to buy the tickets or are famous. I had an uncle that was part of a group of 12 friends that went to 4 Superbowls. They were all businessmen or attorneys. None of them gave a crap about the game and who won or lost. They liked acting like big shots and partying and getting hookers and then bragging about it when their wives weren't around until they saved enough money to go again.
  11. He did buy me Wine. at deer valley. That's good enough for me! I'm sold on his legitimacy.
  12. How do you know what Don says is true. Better believe me. Boy, I don't know mead, Has this property maintenance guy ever sold any hats or built any parking garages or come on here and deleted dozens of posts to prove he was honest and sincere?
  13. And how do you know the guy that takes care of Terry's property is right? I'm sure he hasn't even been to Walleye Willies so just how much can you really trust him?
  14. I was just thinking about McDermott's clapping. Imagine what it's like at his house after dark. It's really amazing that everyone in his family hasn't gone completely bonkers. Prolonged exposure to a strobe light causes brain damage.
  15. Hey! I'm from the southern tier of wny and I'll be back to argue about this topic but right now my house is starting to roll and I gotta get the wheel chocks back in place. BRB
  16. Can't the Pegula's get some authentic Chicken fried steak without being followed and hassled
  17. A lot of the problem is what is and isn't considered racist is so blurred. For instance..The N word used between two African American people is many times considered a term of endearment between them. Sometimes that can be true if a white person calls an African American the N word but the relationship is so strong it's accepted but only for the white person to say it to that particular African American. When other white people use the N word, it's most often thought of as a racist slur. So it's sometimes wrong and sometimes not wrong. It's easy for me. I just don't use the word, never will use the word and if I don't like someone of another race, it's because they're an Ahole. I hope the same is true of them and their opinion of me. So if as a society, we really want to get better with racism, then we need to ALL say that using these terms or these slurs or whatever is unacceptable regardless of who is saying them and what race they are.
  18. He did the Bills a solid. Made a play and the Bills squeaked into the playoff's. Bills fans batted their eyelashes at him and their hearts were all a flutter. The Bills were then one and done. Yup. Lets trade for a guy that is average at best. That's the way to build a championship team. My God, get a clue.
  19. The problem with all of this is that no one knows what was said or whether it was racist or not. All anyone knows is an African American player tweeted something that accused Incognito of racists slurs. So everyone jumps on the bandwagon and thinks it's the truth. You don't know. No one knows but the two of them. That's the problem with society today. Someone says something about someone else and so it must be true. So no one can do something wrong and ever truly be forgiven and allowed to move on in their life. All it takes is for someone to bring something up and they're guilty all over again. Society is totally whacked. WAIT FOR SOME PROOF BEFORE MAKING AN OPINION!!!!!
  20. The problem isn't getting Bills fans on a message board to stop watching Pats games. That's easy. Get the ball rolling on all of the big social media fronts with fans from all teams taking part and then you might have something. Imagine Facebook, Instagram and Twitter all blowing up over a Patriots boycott. Word things right and don't make it sound like it's coming from a Bills fan and you have the makings of something big. You would see the NFL do a 180 in a heartbeat because in the end it's all about money. Until there's an uprising by the masses and ratings go way down, there will be more of the same. Of course if that were to happen and the Patriots started to get an equal amount of calls against them as the other teams do, there would be no doubt that the NFL is fixed.
  21. What is kind of impressive is that even though the Pegula's made a big error hiring Rex, as fairly new owners, they saw that error and fired his ass instead of allowing him to manipulate them further. You have to give the Pegula's credit for that. Like I always tell people I deal with in life that have made mistakes...I don't care where you've been or what you've done. What I care about it where you are and where you're going. I have that same outlook with the Bills.
  22. I haven't been here very long but I have built and maintained many websites over the years so I have an idea what I'm talking about. I like the software used for this forum. It's easy to use, it likely is less resource intensive on the server it resides on as well. As far as who gets banned and who doesn't....That's strictly in the hands of the admin and his designees if any. When it's your time and your work and in many instances your money that makes something work, then you have the say. The rest of us either accept what changes are made or we go elsewhere. Pretty simple really.
  23. What exactly is the purpose of closing down the other thread this idiot started if he just starts a new thread with the same crap in it. How does this new thread contribute in a positive manner to TSW?. Now, my personal opinion is this idiots IP address should be banned but if that's not going to happen, can the mods at least just keep the thread open so he stays in one place. The closing of one thread so he starts another or his posting BS comments in other legitimate threads is ruining this site. If you won't ban him, at least keep him controlled.
  24. Pretty sad when one person can come on TBD and make members miss the BBMB but I hear ya!
