Not sure either but I know he played in poker tourneys and left one in Vegas owing money and somehow a Nevada court put a warrant out for him (casinos out there don't mess around I guess) , and the CBP agent at Peace Bridge had the info on the INS computer and arrested him...then NY 'extradited' him back to Vegas even. He got fired from my co. because of that, but I heard later he finally got his car back months later Well, that's a whole different set of circumstances. An arrest warrant is handled a whole lot differently than a civil judgement. Obviously a lot more serious. No such thing as Debtors Jail in NYS. If the circumstances were such that they could justify a Grand Larceny charge or something like that for what happened, that would be a felony in New York. What it is there, I wouldn't know but if similar, definitely an arrest and extradition would be a decision the DA's office there would consider.

No doubt Smith is an upgrade over Taylor but he's 34 years old. What does he have left? Realistically 3 or 4 years. 5 at most before decline. I'd be ok with that if they draft someone to groom or they think Peterman is good enough to be the guy sometime down the road and that remains to be seen. I wouldn't want him though if it's thought of as the answer for now and no QB to groom. I also wouldn't be on board with a project QB. It's either Peterman being groomed, they get someone good in the draft that sits for a year or two behind Smith or they stick with Taylor.

Border Patrol Officers don't confiscate vehicles because one passes through and there's a lien on it due to a lawsuit. If that was the case, there would literally be dozens of vehicles parked at the border waiting to be towed away every day. If your Dad was sued and a judgement was awarded to the campground owner, they would have had to follow that up with a wage garnishment. In some instances, a property execution may have been done but if this happened a couple of decades ago, that's expired by now. They are good for 10 years. They can have it extended for another 10 years but even then it would be expired if it really happened a couple of decades ago. Besides, I'd bet even if there was a property execution and it was still valid, it's not been sitting on the enforcement agencies desk for 20 years so they could jump at the opportunity to enforce it.

If the Bills have any real shot at winning on Sunday and hopefully future games this season, Tyrod has to do his thing. If he gets forced to stay in the pocket, the Bills have no shot and every team in the tournament knows this and will game plan to make him stay in the pocket.

Do you have the play afterwards where he scrambled for the first down? He could have scrambled for a TD. He could have scrambled for 20 TD's. Would have made no difference in my mind. He's the QB for Christ's sake. Who lines up under the guard. He didn't see number 64 on the back of Richie's jersey? Some fans don't really pay any attention to other players and when we bring in someone they haven't heard of, they are a garbage player to them. It's a lazy fans game that many play and they come on here to complain that he's not a big name. Happens all the time and it's quite sad IMO As a fan of the team, if they don't know a player that has been brought in, before having a negative view of the player, they should read what other posters here are saying and do some research of their own and then make a decision whether they will contribute to the team or not.
