  1. I actually think that Jason Croom is a good downfield receiver, and seems to go after the catch with some discernible talent. The Bills need to add, probably, a TE who can really block well, as well as be a receiving threat. I tend to believe that those assets are in the draft, on the first two days. The Bills are pretty thin in so many areas so I do not know if they will be able to spend treasure for such an asset.
  2. If McLaurin is available in the 5th I, at least, would be surprised. Mr. McLaurin blew up the Senior Bowl, if I remember correctly. This draft seem to put the emphasis on the correct areas, while one could argue specifics it has a solid theme and apparent execution of that theme.
  3. In my amateur opinion, no one is going to fall in love with Lock. As uninspiring as they come. That is just what I think. I could be wrong
  4. Goff was terrible. I understand that the lack of depth at WR and TE hurt the Rams after the loss of Cooper Cupp, but Goff just looked weak and befuddled.
  5. I would still love to see Golden Tate in that receiver room. Toughness, experience and professionalism for a young room. The guys we have and quite likely a top 50-100 draftee in there as well.
  6. I may be wrong, but I am hoping Oliver is gone so I do not have to battle this dilemma
  7. I think they have to give him the "Assistant" status. Otherwise it would be a lateral move the Bills could block?
  8. I am firmly in this camp. Extremely optimistic about where the process will lead next year.
  9. It is about TV and Marketing Revenues, not about the local favorites. That is absurd...follow the money.
  10. I know a guy who fell asleep in a Car Wash stone drunk. It was one of those moving car wash types where the conveyor moves one through the wash. He was already suspended for DWI and he was passed out when the conveyor tried to eject him from the wash. DWI for dummies. Of course Bruce fell asleep on a median, and Tony LaRussa fell asleep at a traffic light for their DIWI's , so I guess it can happen.
  11. Straight Up: KC Rams Pats Saints
  12. I know the OP is high on Greg Little and opposed to Jonah Williams. I do not have a strong opinion on Jonah, but I tend to agree with WMD on a no to Greg Little. My thought is that his attitude is reportedly not "all in". Taking plays off, maybe a little lazy attitude at times. Now I have not seen very much of Mr. Little, but I was bothered by those reports. My past "please no" players have been Orlondo Brown, Jr. (last year with bad combine); Jonathon Martin (soft) and our own Cyrus K (looked good in shorts but got beaten like a drum in the championship game). I don't like the Mixon, T. Hill, M. Bryant type thing either. I do know we have to hit this pick, and cannot miss.
  13. He may be your darling, but he is our Josh.
  14. Will take time. The middle of the 2020 season we should see solid results.
  15. I think we should learn to win and then keep winning
  16. Another fun fact is that Buffalo is most likely not named after the plains mammal but is a mangled pronunciation of the French for "beautiful river", or something like that - beau flave.
  17. Thank you for the correction. good info.
  18. Also ran an Old West Show with sharp shooter Annie Oakley and Indian Chiefs like Red Cloud and Sitting Bull. Was one of the most famous men on the planet during those years.
  19. There was a Dexter Clinkscales who played Safety for the Cowboys back in the 80's
  20. Wow, look at that!! I didn't now those were NFL lows.
  21. True, but we should have a mostly new wr room and corps starting with the rookie camp after the draft. So, the hiccup in continuity should be a small issue.
  22. Gone by 9. Jets probably. The guy who scares me is Little from Miss. State. I feel J. Williams will be gone and I fret over a reach for a guy who doesn't have requisite desire, that competitive fire. Cannot miss on this pick, need a great player here.
  23. Whatever happened to Nkemdiche? He was a character concern I remember then showed up at the draft with a crew of guys dressed like mobsters.
  24. I think there is a long way to go in this analysis. By April, after FA has mostly shaken out, it will be down to 4/5 players. No matter the position, even if that is Greedy Williams territory, they have to hit on a great player. Cannot afford to miss at this point in the process.
