  1. *****, thanks for reminding me. I totally forgot that they had him lose weight. I grabbed it from https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/E/EpenAJ00.htm I doubt its been updated since he's been drafted though. So your guess is as good as mine, but I would also like to know what he's weighing in at in OTA's.
  2. 6'5 275lbs Epenesa, 6'7 265lbs Rousseau, 6'3 275lbs Basham. Those are some BIG Dlinemen. Bigger the better in the trenches. I like Epenesa and Rousseau a LOT more than both Oliver and Star. Yes I know, different positions, but Rousseau can play inside, and height is a huge advantage against opposing QB's.
  3. Sounds like half the people on this board... He's had 3 years in the NFL, missed time due to injuries, and hasn't really done much. Unless he somehow plays like an all-pro this year, this will most likely be his last season as a Bill. He'll be easily replaced with another draft pick who'll probably do a lot better.
  4. Nah man, Day 1 is for 7.5's - 10.0's Day 2 is more like 6.5's - 7.4's I'd rather trade all our 2-7 round picks to try to get back into the 1st round... maybe a couple hotties will fall to the mid-late 1st. We might get lucky and end the day with 2 8.0's or higher.
  5. Instead of the draft being the way it is, have the teams with the top 5 picks collectively choose the top 5 prospects, then let those players choose which of those teams they want to play for? idk... Anyone know of any good players that grew up Bills fans? I would like an idea of who would have chosen to be on the bills, if the draft wasn't the way it is.
  6. I've always wondered what teams would look like if there wasn't a draft, and players could choose to play on their favorite teams or have a choice of the 3 closest teams to their hometown. On a side note and a little off topic, the argument that you guys are using is the same argument I was using when players/people complained about players not getting enough money, salary cap stuff... etc.. It's part of the game, if you don't like it, get a normal job.
  7. This year yes, assuming we don't draft one at 30(which I don't think they will). Next year is a different story though.
  8. I'm not really knocking his tackling ability because I haven't looked into him, but damn.. he's one skinny dude.
  9. Damn... Is it just me or have we been seeing an uptick in skinny players in the NFL?? Some of these players look like they have no muscles on their arms and legs.... I've seen high school football players with more muscle than some of these guys, jeez... edit- with those skinny a$$ arms and legs, I highly doubt he's gonna be able to tackle any RB that weighs more than 210lbs.
  10. There's that big FA signing we've been waiting on!!
  11. https://overthecap.com/draft/ this shows how much money each team will need for the draft. it currently has us at just under $5.4M
  12. good point, I didn't see that. Looks like 15M it is.
  13. It also looks like the Bills will need 5.4M for their rookies, assuming we keep all 6 picks and don't move in the draft. Let's just round that to 20M to make things easier. What do you guys think the bills will do? Didn't Beane say not to expect any major signings in FA this year? I'm assuming he means players from other teams, not Williams/Milano. Maybe cut 1 or 2 more players, and extend Williams and call it a day?
  14. It had me confused for a second too, but that 15M is still from a salary cap of 173M. It'll go up to at least 183M, hence the 25M in cap space.
  15. There's only so many NFL players that'll be able to go to the NBA or MLB.... Just because they can play 1 sport, doesn't mean they can play the others(at least well enough to stick on a team).
  16. Hey, it's just an idea. I think most players would agree to it, seeing as how there would be more players getting a raise than there would be getting less. Most fans would like it too. And no, I hate when it rains on my day off. 👍
  17. To a certain extent yes. And again, why should 1 player get upwards of 12% or more of the teams salary cap? Is there a rule saying the QB should get that much? Or a star WR should get around 10%? or why 3/4 players should consist of 25% of the teams salary cap? I don't think so.... Mind you, I didn't look at the CBA, but I believe that as long as the team is under the cap before the season starts(or whatever the rule specifically states) then that's all that matters. If the cap is 170M, The top QB's (Mahomes) should get 10%, so at most 17M. Dak's would probably be like 12M in this scenario. Just limit the positional spending(all positions, not just QB). It'll give teams a lot more money to put towards other positions of need. Some players would get mad because they wont get as much, but others would end up getting more.
