  1. LOL I can't believe the love-fest for this guy. Do any of you remember 2 years ago when it seemed like half this board thought that it'd be a great idea to give this guy 12M+ a year? Then he went to MIAMI AND THE JETS for 2 years! This guy is average at best. I think half this board is confusing Shaq Lawson with Shaquille O'neal. Just because they have the same first name, doesn't mean they'll have the same results.
  2. Someone needs to be punched in the face for even thinking that.
  3. This. 100%. Someone once said in regards to QB's and RB's, If you have 2, then you don't have 1. (This applies to us at RB also) Well, we have 8 D-Linemen. Edmunds played 100% of the snaps for 11 games this year including the playoffs. His least being week 2 @ Miami at 61% Rousseau had 11 games this year with less than 50% of the snaps, with his highest being week 2 @ Miami at 66% You want him to be a sack machine and learn the game better? well give him 75%+ snaps and stop rotating everyone around 50%. Rotating the DL keeps them fresh for sure, but it'll also limit there growth. The more playing time they give Rousseau, Boogy, Oliver, AJ, and whoever else they decide to draft this year, the better they'll be.
  4. Ah, Ok. My mistake then, I took that the wrong way. Carry on.
  5. WTF is this? Sounds like you believe your own propaganda.
  6. Sounds like you might have had a 12 pack also....
  7. I'm pretty sure its because Josh started himself in his PPR fantasy league and he only threw for 179 yards and 2/1. So he didn't want to loose out on points by kneeling.
  8. If I had to try to define a responsible gambler, I would say, as long as it's money your ok with losing. But personally, I don't gamble. I haven't put money on any sports game in almost 15 years. Even then, it was only like $10 or $20. And I haven't gone to a casino in 12 years.
  9. Oh I know. A player 'faking' an injury, or a muffed kick is one thing. but a FOX replay camera (or 2) coincidentally not working is a different ball game. It almost seems to take the refs out of the equation....
  10. Well, sports gambling like this wasn't even really possible 10-15 years ago. Now it's readily available to just about everyone. Gambling on sports using your local bookie, I'm cool with that. Betting on a game on FOX network, using FOX Bet as my 'bookie', no thanks. Seems WAY to easy for FOX to throw a game.
  11. cool. I don't really have an issue with gambling, as long as it's done responsibly. But I do have an issue with refs/players/coaches throwing games. And we all know it's gonna happen.
  12. I'm gonna have to agree with this 100%. These are the terms that teams go by, X, Y, Z, TE. Or is Y the TE? I guess it depends on who's who, the scheme, and who the coach is. What about 3 WR or 4 WR sets? Wouldn't Davis be the #4 because he's 4th on the depth chart? But if he's putting up the 2nd/3rd best stats on the team, wouldn't he be #2 or #3 on the depth chart? But if Diggs is the best Z and Davis is the best X, why isn't Davis #1 and Diggs #2? But if Diggs is putting up the best numbers he's the clear X receiver right? lol If X = #1 then Davis is #1 If Z = #2 then Diggs is #2 But Beasley and Sanders fit the Z mild pretty well too, so Beasly and Sanders are #2 also right? So, #1, #2, #2, #2 right? So, our depth chart should read #1 Davis, #2 Diggs, #3 Beasley, #4 Sanders. Right? Or is it #1, #2, #3, #4, based on stats? For the love of god.... Please no one answer any of these questions, they're all rhetorical. It's funny how a #1, 2, 3, 4 can mean something different to different people. I just think it's funny how Davis seems to fit the X receiver mold *cough* #1 *cough*, but yet some people might call him a #4 because he's 4th on the depth chart. lol
  13. Let's go ahead and delete that tweet before the other 31 teams take notice.
  14. 2nd most sacks(15.5) behind Chase Young(16.5) in college football in 2019. 6'7" 266 pounds. The kids a beast. Between him and AJ, this could end up being 2, very, VERY good DE's.
  15. The owners don't pay the players, the NFL does. Players aren't investments. If the owners and NFL REALLY wanted to protect players, they'd have the players wear actual pads.
  16. QB's used to get hit like this all the time.... I hate the "roughing the passer" penalty's, and always will. You're making millions of dollars, you're gonna get hit and hurt. Don't like it? get a different job.
  17. Part of being a good GM is spending money wisely. Not throwing money around unnecessarily. I'm sure McBeane, Allen and Diggs knew what the potential was when Diggs signed here. I'm sure McBeane used the 'potential' as a selling point for when Diggs signed. Diggs has the 7th largest salary for a WR in the NFL right now. He has a bigger contract than Julio Jones, Devonte Adams, Tyreek Hill, and Hopkins. He didn't earn his contract based on one year of performance. So he shouldn't expect a raise based on one year with his new team. You guys need to chill with this. The earliest it's gonna happen is a year or so before his contract expires, if ever. Who's to say the Bills don't use him as trade bait one year before his contract expires? Just throwing it out there... you never know.
  18. Every year their seems to be several players who people on this board like to bicker about. The good/bad, the who's better than who, why this player sucks/doesn't suck. Edmunds, Epenesa, Ford, Addison, Butler, Klein, Knox, Star, Oliver, Phillips... the list goes on. Hell, people even bickered about Allen his first season. But I will say, the ONLY player I have yet to see or hear anyone talk crap about is Bass. I don't think one person on this board(or anywhere else) dislikes this kid.
  19. Moss by far. Moss IS the better pass blocker. https://www.pff.com/news/fantasy-football-should-zero-rb-faithful-buy-into-zack-moss "The pass protection point turned out to be spot on: Moss graded out as PFF’s sixth-highest-graded pass blocker among 47 qualified backs." https://twitter.com/PFF_College/status/1357886737394065409 PFF, I know... but go back and watch the games, it's not even close. Moss is the better pass catcher too. He's more physical and hits harder.
  20. This is his 3rd year. If they do trade Singletary, it won't be until after this season at the earliest.
  21. I'm feeling pretty confident about Rousseau. I remember when we drafted him, people on this board were like, 'oh all his sacks were coverage sacks, that doesn't count.' Or something to that effect. Really?!? That's funny because that's perfect for when McD runs his cover 3 and only has 4 people on the line and doesn't blitz a 5th player. One of the best quotes from Sean when he was talking about Rousseau after we drafted him was "you don't just luck into 15.5 sacks."
