I clicked the link and read the entire thing and still find it bizarre. I was amazed how he didnt call a timeout during that entire sequence, look at the last play, the Chiefs some of them just stood there and he doesn't call a timeout because that is jus what he does in the playoffs? Weird. Yes i understand he is trying to make Ford fell better but you spend all that time and energy all season and you dont call a timeout for the last drive of the season (if they score and did easily at the end). Not overblown at all. Gradually over time yes they will. I can tell you living in the state for high school football, probably a third of the parents i know wont let their kids play football. 10 yearS ago it was maybe 10%. Trend is inexorable and only head in one direction.

That would be amazing if true. I think it is great, give the man a change. The academy background you know he has the discipline, work ethic organization. And he just didnt play football at the Academy, was just good enough to be marginal NFL player so current players have to respect that.

2015 After the Kansas City debacle, i had zero confidence in Rex Ryan, it was one of the most embarrassing displays ever by a seasoned HC in the NFL. He blatantly missed 2 opportunities to challenge obviously wrong calls and didnt, he then panicked and called two he should have. Then at the press conference, he admitted he didn't know how the instant replay system worked, after being a HC in the NFL for 6 years! I was 95% done with Rex after the Jacksonville debacle in London. If you recall, the Bills were constantly late substituting players on defense. One one of their TDs we had 10 men on the field and they threw it to a totally uncovered WR for a TD. Classic Rex.

I agree I dont want allen running as much either but I also think Shady's best days are behind him, using him selectively, esp in passing as he is a smart and good blocker and good receiver in space.

Add up all those factors and it is hard to imagine he wont improve dramatically. I am confident he wil have a better supporting cast, after all one of his leading receivers was a rookie UDFA that we had cut once before in the season, that say al you need to know about our receiving corps.

A lot of chatter this is a weak QB class but teams have learned if you dont have your franchise QB you have to reach, I think Haskins, Lock, the Duke QB, maybe even Murray one or tow of these guys could be picked ahead of us. I also wouldn't be shocked to ses the Pats try and move up and go for the Duke Qb.

I think there is a high probability, as happens every year, a team or two is going to reach for a QB, going ahead of us.
