  1. In most states, If the Cop did not properly identify themselves as police yes that would be justifiable. You have some radical states where effectively you arent allowed to defend yourself discharging a firearm, even in your own home.
  2. You are wrong, even anything the NFL has more rules for players than a "typical" employee. https://static.nfl.com/static/content/public/photo/2017/08/11/0ap3000000828506.pdf And that doesn't even bring up conduct written into specific contracts on a one on one basis/ Micheal Bennett clearly lied and has never been held accountable. The Vegas Police should have sued him tio death. And the "brave" Pete Carroll also through the Vegas police under the bus, he was never held accountable either,
  3. Yes, it isnt very often, actually almost never do i recall the refs from a game but that game and Coleman i will long remember, that was a dreadful display of officiating.
  4. How do you know and why do you care and do you think anyone else reading this cares?
  5. You would have to very narrowly define football gear as the temptation to cheat would be enormous. Do you wear effectively no pads like or look like the Michelin man
  6. That shows time had long ago passed before it was over, it "jumped the shark" years ago. Even as a casual listener i heard the same golic anecdotes of is playing over and over again...and thene we were all supposed to laugh so hard when he eat like a 50 donuts like a pig...and then Greenberg would say disparaging comment about how Golic wasn't too smart and Golic retort, ah so cleverly how frail and unathletic Greenberg was.
  7. Very reasonable. Look at it another way, the QB position is so damn important and if you dont have your franchise QB you roll the dice, you take a "3rd rd value" in the first, you never know when you are going to land the next Russel Wilson or 6th in Tom Brady.
  8. I think Haskins goes top 10, if anything what the last few years has taught me is teams will "reach" for QBs.
  9. Funny Austin Proehl is good enough for the Rams but not the Bills and we kept Ray Ray who I think is sub par.
  10. Probably Milano, certainly something I never would have imagined. J Allen would be the most intriguing for sure and Sean McDermott is not a player.
  11. I think the Bucs, Giants and Jax all have a high % of drafting QB and they are all ahead of us and one will take Dwayne Haskins. .
  12. I think he should be good to go next season, that gives him almost an entire year to recover. Also was it his kicking leg, , a punter doesnt get great range of motion in a non-kicking knee.
  13. Seems very fair to me. Funny how PFF recently ranked Levi Wallace as the highest ranked rookie CB, way ahead of Denzel Ward who is at #10. This list seems to be a lot of name recognition factor here, rd 1 picks esp, they aren't to interested in guys taken after rd 2 most less a UDFA.
  14. O h I believe it, you know which teams does that often and quite well, the Pats, they kick it to one side, to about the 5 yard line, real high allowing the team to get downfield. Poor guy, all that he did that is what is remembered for.
  15. Have you ever been to football practice, the punter and FG kickers hang out together for hours on end, only natural for the punter to hold, gives them something to practice beyond kicking. And ask Romo about holding for the FG. Backup QBs have other things to do during practice
  16. F0r some reason Kyoe Williams strikes me as the polar opposite of they type of interviewee Rome would prefer...i can tel right now it will be an opportunity for Rome to talk about himself and how he never roots for any teams but the Bills mafia is special, the NFL is better when the Bills are relevant, blah b;ah b;ah
  17. I totally think this is bogus, Allen is a far far cry from the type of QB Belichek wants
  18. I agree on the blocks in a meaningless game, that one block (90?)I was praying he wasn't going to do it, you could see it a mile away, Bug Josh put his shoulder right into the guy...he shouldn't be doing things like that, certainly not after we are out of the playoff picture His ankle just landed awkwardly, it wasnt a dirty play imo, all he could go for was his legs
  19. Agreed as long as it isnt QB...for better or worse we have to go with what we have.
  20. Oh I forgot about that. It was particularly bad under Miami's hopeful new head coach Rex Ryan. Yeah he was one play at a time, is that calm under pressure or is it lack of situational awareness, dont know. I could also just insert maybe he aint all that bright.
