  1. Totally true. Death rate per million people in Florida is 481, in New York it is 1,684.
  2. This thread is still going? Where is McAddict when you need him.
  3. LOL, Yeah i dont think the Texans will be very active poaching players. The active poacher is going to be Belichek. He is well organized, i bet he has a grade on almost a very players in the NFL AND he has a lot of whole this year to fill.
  4. In the alleged hot spot of Houston that current rate with 6.4, last week it was 8.6. My money is it drops below 5% in a few weeks. New Covid hospitalizations were under 100 yesterday, the first time under 100 since mid June and down from a peak of 446. You would never know it based one what you hear from the press.
  5. Interesting. The Press was all excited to announce how terrible Houston was with Covid about 2 months ago. ICUs are 99% filled to capacity blah blah blah. What they neglected to say is most Hospitals in Harris county actively manage how much spare capacity they have in ICUs. ICUs require more trained people, more equipment, tighter protocal & controls and are super expensive. When hospitals have a lot of unused ICU capacity they are losing money. The actively expand and contract ICU capacity all the time but is certainly does get people excited when they hear that ICUs capacity is at 99% which was the goal
  6. What? who are you talking about?
  7. There will be plenty of poaching, that is for teams that have a competent GM.
  8. As an unproven rookie he might struggle with both BUT the difference is he can at least get the leg for 50+_, at this point i dont think Hausch does at all so for long field goals aren't an option for the Bills with just Hausch. As close as NFL games are at least be able to try a long field goal is a massive potential advantage.
  9. Exactly. Hausch is probably something like 85% solid up to 49 yards, unproven Bass might range from 35-85% up to 49 yards. Beyond 50 Hausch is borderline 5%, Bass is probably 33%.
  10. LOL. You can challenge me all you want but i am not going to waste more time on this idiocy of a "proof" and yes I could create one about as vapid and worthless as yours.
  11. Is this a troll job? Since when is Bojorquez supposedly some great position punter..he is as likely to just shank a punt as any current pro punter there is. As for your elaborate formula, "ST Player1, ST Player2, ST Player3, ST Player4 x .50 (50% increase in convertible field position points) - CB4 x OL4 = 33% Increase in Points" Did you laugh at out loud when you wrote that? Amazing with all the sophisticated computer algorithms and analytics in football you have hit on o pure mathematical genius!!
  12. the only possible reason to keep two punters is if you think there is a high probability one of them will get sidelined with Covid this year.
  13. He will do what Fitz always does. He will go through about week #6 before his arm goes dead, that is when fitztragic emerges and he sits.
  14. So educate me, what are some of these "terrible" things Barstool has done?
  15. LOL Talk about a total lack of news/info to discuss. So let me get this straight, in a shocking admission the Bills are, "exploring the possibility" of having fans in the stadium. My God, truly amazing. It would be more "newsworthy" if they came out and said we are not exploring the possibilty of fans, we are just not going to allow them under any circumstances.
  16. I got more detail on that for sure. My father got two tickets and he and I went. We were about the fourth row from the field right behind Washington. It was very late in the game ion there was one drunk that kept heckling Duane Thomas all night long, suddenly Thomas makes a bolt for the stands, he is half way up the wall when he is pulled down by two redskins but before they pull him down, he grabs a metal thermos and whips in the direction of the drunk with a lot of velocity. had he hit someone in the face he could have killed them. It hit the metal seats and bounded away. So in Sports Illustrated the next week they have a picture of that and there in the extreme corner of the pic is my father after Thomas had whipped the thermos. I will say Thomas jumping and thrown that was scary, the man was enraged and extremely powerful and quick. They handed those on cardboard with some memorial about the stadium, i recall as a young kid i collected about 10 by the end of the evening. I will look for one tonight and maybe post a pic of it.
  17. I totally agree with you! Vedvik has one incredible leg
  18. That was my initial reaction and I though I knew the CFL, like something you would except in the XFL, really not "football" at all.
  19. I know he has never punted in a "real" NFL game but he punted well in pre-season with the Ravens, better than Bojorquez. With the strange COVID season if players have to sit out for a while Vedvik can punt or emergency kick. You also have a consistent but weak legged veteran and a totally unproven rookie place kicker. I love the versatility of Vedvik AND is we ride with Hauschka Vedvik can easily do the kickoffs for him and long field goal attempts.
  20. Bizarre, I thought I knew CFL rules, had zero idea about you could kick the ball receiving again and again like that.
  21. They have a "good enough" punter now imo in Kaare Vedvik PLUS he can do long kickoffs easily for touchbacks and could be an emergency long field goal kicker when Hauschka is out of range.
  22. Sorry I missed it, where are your BOLD predictions?
  23. ST progress would be to avoid that laughable blocked punt against the Pats. the play was destined for failure before the ball was snapped, that is on the ST coach for at a minimum not calling a timeout.
  24. The question was "how would Bill fans" react, not how you would react. To think the majority of "Bills Fans" wont be at the guy with pitchforks is laugahble.
  25. NFL Wide 1) Houston Texans will go from top to bottom of their division 2) Arizona Cardinals will win their division & win a playoff game 3) Lamar Jackson will be viewed as an 'average NFL starting QB 4) Belichek's last season 5) Brady passes for over 4,000 yards Bills 1) Win the division 2) Bills will keep two of these three "kickers", Bass, Hauschka and Vedvik as an emergency kicker/punter and Bojorquez will get cut if Vedvik stays 3) Jake Fromm and Dodson will start a game, probably the last game of the year 4) Esepenza will replace Hughes as starter by mid-season
