Me too. Honestly, watching him play the game, I really don't think that he's an inaccurate thrower. Sure, he misses throws here and there. Every QB does. But if you watch his throws, they really aren't inaccurate. Now, his completion % is lower than I'd like, but completion percentage and accuracy are two TOTALLY different things. He has receivers that cant catch. That's why his completion percentage is down. His accuracy isn't that big of a deal. Could it be a little better? Sure. Is it a huge problem like so many make it out to be? Absolutely not.

I mean, come on. Is it "offencive" pass interference or "offensive" pass interference? I'll let you guess which one there's a little red line under while I'm typing it, indicating that it's not actually a word. I get that it doesn't matter.... just a damn pet peeve of mine that drives me nuts. Almost as bad as putting apostrophes where they don't belong. Like saying "It drive's me nuts"

^^^This. Tyrod was great with his legs, but it was easier to stop him because you didnt have to worry about him beating you with his arm. With Josh, you have to account for both. That's why I think he's going to be our QB for a long time. He'll take whichever is there, and will make a big play out of it either way.

Because anybody who's watched our team understands why, and can see that he's actually done a decent job with what he's had to work with. Stats arent always the whole story.

Officiating was awful yesterday... But we lose challenges because we challenge things that we have no chance of winning. How many times did Josh take shots to the head yesterday after the play?

I told a couple people this yesterday... I've never been more encouraged after a loss. Because in this loss, I was able to see that we finally have our QB. We have an elite defense. Put some weapons around our young QB and this team is definitely going places.

I agree... Can't blame McDermott himself for it because there's no way he could have seen a replay himself to be able to challenge it, so he's relying on whoever it is upstairs to tell him when to throw it. But god. I think he's won ONE challenge as our HC in almost two full seasons.

The only way someone can blame Allen for that is if they legitimately didn't watch the game and just saw the INT's on the stat sheet after the game.

Whoever the guy is in the booth that tells the HC when to challenge a play. That guy’s gotta go!

God almighty naming off all of these Tight Ends makes me realize just how bad we've been at that position for SO long. I remember a game against the Titans w/ Vince Young, Royal caught a TD pass with about 7 yards deep in the end zone. He had 3 yards to get 2 feet down and he just put one down in bounds and stepped out with the other. Like he made zero effort to put two feet down. Ended up losing the game late. I was so pissed that day.

Did they give Derek Schouman the cold shoulder or something?

I do too. I think he's been so limited in what he can call because our players (Peterman, Anderson) weren't capable of executing anything. Now with steady QB play, he's been able to really open it up. I've seen some great stuff the last couple weeks. I love how they ran that fake jet sweep to McKenzie a couple times, but it was just that, a fake. It got the D to bite on it when we needed to actually run it.

I still can't believe the Jags didn't put a spy on him. I fully expect Miami to do so. Even so, it better be someone who's fast because Josh was outrunning Jacksonville's LB's with ease.

The guy showed two throws that were not out in front of the receiver, that would have been completions for a decent gain had the ball placement been spot on. That being said, it was 2 throws. I'd be willing to bet that if we broke down the game film of every QB in the league, EVERY starting QB in the NFL has a couple of these a game (except for Rivers last week.... DAMN). But when you were on the "Allen's accuracy sucks" train, then you're going to see what you want to see.
