Couldnt agree more. Being a great leader is deciding what reaction/action is necessary for a given situation. He doesnt have that ability. He only runs hot, and often times that is the exact wrong reaction, often times based on selfish reasoning. He is a great talent, but he is also an emotionally immature guy. I would have no problem with the Bills moving on from him in the offseason. I dont think his attitude or his brother's idiotic inability to keep the situation off twitter is helpful to the team at all. That said, if they ship him off they have to get a wideout back in the deal. Would love to see him in a Bears uniform next year.

This exactly. Daboll is an up and coming coach with a lot of experience who can still win in this league. Frazier is a relic of a defense that doesnt work in this league anymore.

I said yes. But if Daboll is fired by the Giants go and get him. If not wait another year, see if McDermott can turn it around. If not its new stadium new coach in 2025.

Taking an organization who hadn't made the playoffs in 17 years, and then getting them to the playoffs 5 of 6 years is a huge accomplishment. Anyone who says otherwise is letting their emotions get in the way of what McDermott has accomplished here.

Anyone looking for McDermott to get fired will have to hold their breath. He will get another season after this year. Whether you like it or not making the playoffs 5 of 6, likely now 7, earns you that.

It was a completely different league. Should they recognize USFL and XFL as well? I think the NFL does a good job of recognizing the history of the AFL and its impact on the development of what the NFL is now, but there is no reason to recognize the championships.
