Not true. Free speech does not extend to your employment. The 1st amendment doesn't universally protect an employee's right to free speech. The National Labor Relations Act protects employers from this exact thing. People need to do a better job of reading the contracts they sign when they accept employment. This is not because of Trump, this is not authoritarian rule. This is common sense to protect employers from idiots.

Just going off my experience from coaching high school football. The kids all want to wear visors, and they end up removing them by half time.
