I dont think Garrett to the Patriots is feasible. That said, I could see them bringing in someone like Maxx Crosby, his contract is tradeable.

Interesting take. Ive liked him going back to Empire. He focuses on his sports takes, which are usually good. As a bonus he never made his shows about his golf game, fantasy football teams or love of soccer. He is worlds better than almost anyone on WGR currently.

Until the Bills have a passing game I dont expect them to keep up with the best teams in the league. KC is the best team in the league right now.

His team is 3-5 and the defense he plays on has given up a touchdown more on average than the Bills. No hate towards Von, he would have been great here if not for injuries. That said because of injuries he may be one of the worst free agent pickups in Bills history. Why bother with the gotcha post?

Pretty sure if the Bills had Rice, Worthy, and Kelce all healthy they wouldnt be doing the "whos on first" act trying to find someone, anyone to step up as a pass catcher.

I'll be at the game. Despite my somewhat hyperbolic post, I think its right in line with what almost everyone is seeing and thinking. I dont expect them to beat the Chiefs. I hope they do, but hope isnt a plan.

The 6.11 yards per average yesterday is mainly due to missing terribly on a 2nd round wideout. Coleman shouldn't be on the field at this point. That said, they didnt draft a WR high just because he could block well. Sure it played into it, they want well rounded players. Yes, they want to run the ball well, they didnt pay Cook to have a bad run game. But to say they purposely want the pass game to be secondary to the run game is a bit obtuse. I am sure they want both to be excellent, that should be the goal of every coach. Balance is part of winning football. The issue with the pass game isnt that they havent put money and draft picks into it, they have. They just havent brought in the right players. Kincaid is talented, but is hit or miss and has injury issues. Coleman hasnt developed into anything beyond a one or two route wide receiver. Samuel is constantly injured and doesnt process the game fast enough. The WR position has been grossly mismanaged at a personnel level. If they can somehow get one good to great WR at the deadline I think you'll see a large change in their ability to throw the ball.

Yeah thats not true in the least. They want complimentary football. But if you think they dont want to pass the ball well its because of your bias towards the coach. The game manager tag on this board is out of control. Since when did getting the ball out of your quarterbacks hands and not throwing picks become a bad thing?

If a trade for a wideout isnt announced today by 4pm its already too late. They will not beat the Chiefs with no passing game.

It was a bad hire for the Bills because it was all about getting revenge on the Jets. That said it was an entertaining two years.

I am fully on board with that. I seriously hope they go get a #1 wideout in a trade this week. Then I hope they draft another one in the first two rounds of the draft.
