  1. Agreed, and to the bolded part of your point, Jackson has the physical tools that Allen has; just not the polish, practice, and understanding. He's a big-armed athlete who is willing to work hard, is malleable, and has a good, team-first attitude. I think back to the whole Peterman debacle, and we can all poke holes in that charade, but one point that people don't really discuss is that the OC (Rico) essentially had to develop two different game styles for Peterman and Allen. That makes for a steeper learning curve and leaves less time for the offense to learn each style. With a PS candidate like Jackson, at least the script will read the same, if Tyree gets tossed in there. I also think Daboll is Mozart to Rico's penny whistle cover of "You Are My Sunshine", but that's another story, altogether ?.
  2. What if Lee Smith (the one on the Bills, who doesn't spell his name with quotation marks) is?
  3. But that can't be true... someone told me he would never be better than 54%... I can't recall his name, but it rhymes with coleslaw... and lockjaw... and hot paw... it's on the tip of my digital tongue.
  4. Counterpoint: would Luck have escaped that near-sack Oliver had on Brissett? My crystal ball says "Awww, Hell No!"
  5. But, @Mr. WEO ,what comes after the process? ?
  6. Go get him, Hoodie! Oliver would love a direct line to Tommy Boy!
  7. I agree with most of this, but if you've been to training camp and seen Sills, it is one heck of a stretch to call him "big bodied". He's got stringbean genes, man. He is tall, but very wiry. Needs a year of PS and some heavy lifting and tons of wings to bulk up a bit.
  8. Makes me think of another Bill like that: Jerry Hughes. I'm totally okay with that.
  9. Looks a little twiggy... he should grab a garbage plate, or three, while in Rochester ???
  10. DOOMED! j/k I did like Reilly, and do wish him the best in Stillertown!
  11. I took one of my friends to their first NFL game, and THAT masterpiece on ineptitude was it. We ended up having fun because we just got piss drunk, and started shouting "It's PETER-MAAAAN! Throw the Touchdown Ball, PETER-MAAAN!", and various iterations thereof... Somehow, they are still, to this day, may friend, though I doubt they'll ever attend a Bills game, again. ?‍♂️
  12. I gotta hand it to you, that wasn't a directly negative post! Congratulations, and THANK YOU for being non-negative!
  13. Or for ScottLaw to tell us that, statistically speaking, catches by our WR's and touchdowns by our offense, on the 3rd day of camp, when held at saint John Fisher, tend to correlate to poor performances in the regular season ?
  14. Sad news, on one hand, but perhaps an opportunity to unload some guys who won't make the team for future picks ?
  15. And you do nothing but mope, soooo, there's that.
  16. @Doc We can sweat off enough weight, so we can all slam a bunch of hi-test cold ones, after practice! Or all suffer heatstroke; one or the other ?
  17. You guys really want a pro tip from a Rochester lifer? 1) Put a bike rack on your car 2) Park on Beechwood Drive 3) Bike the 1 mile to training camp Or 3) Walk 1 mile to training camp, and forget step #1
