  1. Looks like this game has all the makings of the Steelers running away with it.
  2. Oh Jesus, man............a 6 1/2 hour drive to watch that filth against the Saints. I know this doesn't help much, but i am so sorry that this team did that to you, man. In fact, the FO at OBD owes every one of its fans an honest apology for what we've all witnessed the past 2 weeks.
  3. He sounds like he's saying all the right things to keep in the good graces for when he heads to his new team.
  4. I completely understand, bro..........but this team has a lot of needs going forward and we have no idea where the coaching staff ranks our priorities. I would assume that a QB is fairly high on their list, but after what ive witnessed so far this year, absolutely nothing surprises me anymore.
  5. Is it any wonder that ESPN is having mass layoffs when they are reporting mass garbage and "fake news"?
  6. You think benching Flutie, the guy who busted his nuts to get the team to the playoffs, was the best move for the franchise at that time? Really?.............i mean, really?
  7. If those stats arent screaming QB change, then i have no idea what does.
  8. Its got to be Flutie and its not even close. The guy busts his nuts getting the team to the playoffs and then they bench him............i mean, come on man, if that doesn't have the all time Bills fail, then i don't know what does.
  9. Sometimes you just gotta roll the dice and shake the team up a little...........i'm all for it. The team played like shite the past couple of weeks, no doubt about it, but let's see what Peterman can do against starters before we pass judgement on the kid.
  10. Of course Shadys upset............he was getting used to having the ball dumped to him on every play. Petermans going to open up this O and Shady will be limited to carries.
  11. The coaching staff has no choice but to start Peterman. They need to see what they have moving forward and whether they will aim high at a QB in next years draft.............i agree with the decision 100%.
  12. I love how the media points out how TT was a pro-bowler..........didn't QB's drop out and TT was next in line for the pro-bowl?
  13. I think for the most part, Peterman may be a more suitable QB for this offense...........in saying this, TT gets a little antsy in the pocket and tends to move around alot. That puts alot of pressure on the Oline, as they have to try and have eyes in the back of their heads, trying to determine what exactly TT is doing back there. Peterman just may stand in the pocket a little longer which puts the focus on keeping pressure off him from in front of him and not have to worry about every corner of the pocket as with TT. Does that make sense?
  14. And for 12 of those years, a kicker was the face of the franchise. Yeah, just let that sink in, man.
  15. I think we would all be begging for a "hot hand" in Buffalo these days. Imagine the utter nonsense of having 2 semi-decent QB's to choose from, when some teams can barely, and i mean barely find one...........and some, none at all. I'll let you guys decide where we fit in here.
  16. In all honesty, what did these Bills fans have to look forward to all day?..........at least "some" team came to play and at least "some" players were scoring TD's. I don't condone it, but i'm not going to scold some fans who spend their hard earned money on tickets and merchandise and then get embarrassed every week.
  17. Next week?...........i'm not even sure if i give them a chance for the rest of the season.
  18. I really wish i could argue and disagree here, but i can't. You've brought up some good points and i know that even for myself when i can't make it to the games, i DVR it at home and then skip past all of the touchback interludes that do roughly take up about 3-5 minutes including commercials. If the NFL can come up with some changes that don't drastically alter the game and lose its fanbase, then i'm all for it.
  19. I'm just joking around, but in all seriousness, where does the league draw the line?........they still have to make it enjoyable to watch and even now, they are losing more and more of their fanbase every year due to tinkering around with league rules to make the game safer. I understand where you're coming from, but somewhere along the way enough is enough. The NFL doesn't want to change the rules so drastically that it doesn't even resemble the game anymore. Do you remember the protest when they wanted to change extra points?..............extra points, man. It doesn't get any simpler than changing something like that and yet there was so much back-lash to changing the heritage of the game, that they had to keep it. All i'm saying is where does the NFL draw the line. If they could still play to the calibre that they can today and yet still play safe, then i'm all for it, but i don't see how the NFL can do it effectively.........and without losing even more of its fanbase. And remember, we all still enjoy a little bit of danger in our sports.
  20. This just about says it all.....................Yikes, on those stats.
  21. How is this breaking news to anyone? I think we've seen the best out of TT that we're going to see............time to move on.
  22. He makes some nice quick decisive throws. Put him in, coach!!!
  23. What i witnessed the past 2 weeks was a huge question if whether this team could even beat the college ranks................seriously.
  24. Maybe the league should just play every game in a plastic bubble...........that'll do wonders for the "no fun league" already.
