  1. From your mouth to God's ears! Well at least Beane's ears.
  2. @Logic great review. I think your idea of scheme versatility on D being improved with the secondary now being able to go press man with Elam and the Front 7 playing a 4-3 vs running teams like Carolina did with Luechly, Shaq Thompson and Thomas Davis. Tremaine, Milan and Bernard will have similar opportunities now. I would put forth that Cook and Shakir will do the same on Offense as each could line up as RB, Slot or WR. Matchup mismatches galore. These 2 will be playmakers and score often when inserted in game. Firepower increased with their addition.
  3. Hodgins is not a boundary WR. He is a big slot in our offense.
  4. Ok let me make a note of that for the record.
  5. Tre ran 4.47 which is not slow.
  6. Yeah. He sounds like a Levi Wallace clone, to be honest. Big, strong, good eyes, but lacks deep speed. Great work ethic. First in, last out type guy. He outweighs Levi by 26lbs. Levi was a lot of things but big wasn’t one of them.
  7. Likely transition to safety as alternative to Poyer and Hyde.
  8. It’s a practice time constraint as QBs are focused on game plan and backup takes reps too. And per current NFLPA contract very limited practice time. I doubt Case Keenan or Barkley eve held too so same learning curve. Will make sense to train the punter then.
  9. Has not been a holder in college btw. Will have to be tought that. Seems to be an all around athlete so fingers crossed.
  10. Hard to hold if you are kicking FGs too
  11. in another post had him and Damarri Mathis as my guess for 2 Bills picks
  12. Not able to keep ball inside playing field. Listening to WGR they said Stout was twice as likely to kick inside the 20 and the 10. Araiza kicked into end zone for touchback over 23% of time when looking to pin teams inside 20. This and the fact he’s never held may be why Camardza and Stout went ahead of him so far.
  13. I will see you and raise
  14. @GunnerBill Thanks for the recap here and your countless hours leading up to the draft too! Good on you!
  15. He most certainly did! Like him more?
  16. Flag of Nigeria colours.
  17. 😎 Our FG Specialist, who was a leg God too, was drafted in the 6th Rd. And he was 6th in the league in scoring in 2021! No way Bills use pick above 6th round on a punter this year IMHO. http://www.drafthistory.com/index.php/positions/p For perspective only 30 punters have been drafted in the last 15 years. 14 of those were in Rds 6 or 7. And only 3 punters were even drafted over last 2 seasons- all late picks. In 2021, Pressly Harvin was 7th rd, pick 254 by Steelers so almost Mr. Irrelevant 2021 - and he was lone punter selected. Of the 16 Punters taken in Rd 5 or higher over last 15 years, only 2 Bailey and Dickson, have been 1st team All-Pro. There have been 8 Pro bowlers, only 3 of which were taken in rd 5 or higher. My takeaway, please draft a punter on day 3, preferably in Rd 6 or 7.
  18. My family has mastered the Irish Exit...gone without a word or anyone noticing. It's a gift.
  19. No, unbelievably it is not, nor has it been hijacked yet by @Yantha 😎
  20. I do not want any player who is not an athletic freak (RAS>9) and who does not have a football mentality
  21. The Search Feature is your friend @Yantha. Use it and respond to an older Edmunds thread and voila, your back on page 1!

  24. @NewEraHere is a hall of famer with 30.5 in arms and a very poor RAS. 55 career INTs, 8 pro bowls and 3 time 1st team all pro. Went 59th overall which was #4 pick in 3rd round in 1991. Aeneas Williams, Cards. I realize arms > 30 but shows metrics can be wrong As for Trent Mcduffie his RAS IS 9.49. from Yahoo Sports: The biggest concern with McDuffie is his sub-30” arms (29.75”), which puts him in the fifth-percentile for length. Per PFF’s Austin Gayle, the only corners with sub-30” arms to play 400-plus snaps in any season since 2017 are Ross Cockrell, Donte Jackson, Cameron Sutton, Troy Hill and Avonte Maddox. And while he looked good in his press-man opportunities, McDuffie played a lot of zone coverage in college RAS scores for listed players above: Jackson 7.04 Cockrell 3.04 Sutton 6.06 Troy Hill 2.91 Maddox 8.86 Last note of interest, Cockrell and Maddox were Pitt Panthers and Bills and Carolina drafted each respectively. Bills have met with Damarri Mathis from Pitt - 9.72 RAS with 4.39 speed and 31.5 in arms. He is my 4th rd sleeper for the Bills who have Jackson and Hamlin from Pitt already.
