  1. gonna say this again because i think it may have slipped through the cracks. The bills defense had a down game and STILL held the 10th best scoring team in the league to 4 pts below their average. People are acting like our the D is in huge trouble after allowing 24 friggin points.... THATS ABSURD. .... Lets not forget they had a play stolen from them that would have sealed that game. THEY MADE THE PLAY TO END IT..... like they have numerous times this year. some of you need to get a grip.
  2. All this talk about the D.... and yet they held the 10th highest scoring team in the NFL to 4 pts below their 28ppg average. It wasn’t a great outing but it’s was 24 pts, people. Good lord... if we are losing our minds over an average score given up I’d say that’s not the worst problem to have.
  3. Marshall is to the point now where he was just so tired of Wrights BS here. All year after wright spouts off about allen Brandon marshall would get all riled up and argue. This morning he barely even raised his voice. You could tell he thought it was just a completely pathetic attempt by Wright at this point.
  4. ... and isnt it cool that we all believe he has the stones to get it done?
  5. personally i thought that throw to davis to his right to start the end of half drive was other worldly.... amongst a handful of others
  6. He may not be what he once was but Big Ben is as cold blooded as they come. I bet this thing is interesting by the late 4th
  7. I caught a vid from this dude the week before our 2019 game against the broncos and have watched his stuff casually ever since. Really funny stuff.
  8. The coverage in general has been pretty annoying. It’s literally been a whole week of “The bills better watch out. This is what the colts are gonna be able to do to expose them” .... But you are 100% correct that the d hasn’t gotten their due. Down the stretch, they played better defense than the colts(the unit getting all the hype). Here’s a ranking of the top playoff defenses and what was said about them from the athletic....BTW the team ranked one spot BEHIND them was Indy. 7. Buffalo Bills Buffalo’s defense finished the season ranked 12th in DVOA, but the Bills were eighth in weighted DVOA, indicating that they were playing their best football down the stretch. Part of that had to do with getting healthier with players like linebacker Matt Milano returning. Up front, the Bills want to be aggressive. They blitzed at the seventh-highest rate. Buffalo didn’t have a single player produce more than five sacks, but that’s misleading. The Bills ranked second in pass rush win rate, behind only the Steelers. In the back end, Buffalo will mix things up, but the Bills lean toward zone coverage and two-deep safety looks. This is a well-coached unit with a ball-hawking secondary that features Tre’Davious White, Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer. The Bills produced turnovers on 15.4 of their opponents’ possessions, which ranked second to only Miami.
  9. I hate that we’re playing Rivers because he‘s one of my favorites of all time with that mouth of his.
  10. i know he hasnt needed them much this year, but i gotta wonder if they take the shackles off his legs if we're spreading them out in man and theres plenty of room for it.
  11. the sad thing a guy like foxworth literally didnt move off this stance until about 2 weeks ago..... funny how he works for a huge network and his change of tune came right after racially charged comments about allen and the fans that he got drilled for. he was on the same show this morning saying Allen has the best shot of any qb without a title to get his first one and argued he should be a favorite amongst any qb to win the title.
  12. Just finished reading this and was headed over to share it. Thanks for sharing. A nice read for sure! my biggest annoyance with the people finally admitting to this is when they reference his first TWO seasons and still cant believe what they are seeing.... if they paid any sort of attention at all to the improvements from year 1 to year 2, and his overall production last year, then this season wouldnt be so mind blowing. We all know theres a handful of members around here that refuse to show up on the same daily basis that they used to. But when they do they talk about how nobody ever coulda saw him being a good qb and that they werent wrong. BS, if people couldnt see the steady improvement and generational talent that was accenting it, then thats on them and they should feel as foolish as they look now.
  13. He has. But the bet with cowherd is one win is a push.
  14. so no injury report today i guess?... although would it mean anything anyways being that it was just a walkthrough?
  15. am i wrong in remembering a moss run early on that may have been more worthy than williams'?
  16. My sister owns and operates a horse training facility with about 20-25 horses there..... i've been trying to convince her to give me a young foal to slaughter pregame as blood sacrifice..... and then we all partake in its organs later on to absorb its powers....obviously.
  17. And yet even agreeing with all of this I’ve been suffering from the syndrome allllll day..... nothing a 12 pack by 10AM Saturday won’t fix 😂
  18. Busting myths for the 14 NFL playoff teams in 2020: Josh Allen's new strength, and how dangerous are the Ravens? (espn.com) 7. Indianapolis Colts The myth: The Colts have one of the league's best defenses. This was the case for the first half of the season. Indianapolis was No. 1 in the league in total defense, if you measure by fewest yards allowed per game, through Week 9. Darius Leonard is a terror at linebacker. DeForest Buckner is a force in the middle of the defensive line. Xavier Rhodes was having a resurgent season at cornerback. The Colts' defense was one of the very best -- if not the best -- into the early part of November. Why it's wrong: It didn't hold up. From Weeks 10-16, Indy ranked 26th in total defense and 27th in defensive efficiency. In its last three games against teams in the playoff field -- Green Bay, Tennessee and Pittsburgh -- the Colts have allowed an average of 35 points and 390 yards. They did win the Green Bay game in overtime, but they blew a 24-7 second-half lead in Pittsburgh in Week 16 to cost themselves a chance to win the AFC South. Could they get it together in the postseason? Sure. But they have to go to Buffalo, where the Bills' offense is clicking as well as any in the entire league
  19. my realistic expectation at this point is a super bowl title and i think thats perfectly reasonable..... One and done would be a complete failure. I guess i would live with anything in between the 2.
  20. Are we really so insecure as fans that’s were are pitching a fit about time slotting of our wildcard game? good lord people, get a grip. Who cares.
  21. I’m gonna go ahead and take credit for ALL of these defensive td’s recently. it only stands to reason the players frequent this board and felt the pressure of my weekly reminders!!!
