i'm with you man.... his value to the D is LARGE... The problem is I've seen 3 different FA rankings lists for this offseason and all 3 had him as the TOP off the ball LB and top 20 available player. He's gonna have options and he's gonna have big offers.

So i think its pretty clear the coaches have been more aggressive, the D-Line has gelled and Milano coming back has made an impact. These numbers back that up! Our Defense is now: 10th in yards allowed per game! 14th in points allowed 13th in Sacks 8th in Passer rating allowed 5th in turnovers 17th in 3rd down %...... They were 31st back in mid-october.... IMO this all comes from new players finally finding their groove, a good stretch of health, and the coaches finally trusting these guys enough to unleash them. The run D still leaves something to be desired but I would argue that this unit has been playing top ten caliber ball for over a month now.

So my wife surprised me this morning with a large book. “A football history as told through The Washington Post”. It’s every article about Buffalo from the Washington post since the Bills came into existence. they are photocopied obviously but it’s absolutely freaking amazing. Complete with the old advertisements from the pages and everything. It’s gotta be one of the coolest things I’ve ever received. If I could figure out how to make a photo fit into this format from my phone I would share. Headlines of the AFL titles, Simpsons record, random playoff losses to the Steelers in the 70’s that I wasn’t alive for... The comeback.... literally every single article they ever published about buffalo since their inception. I highly recommend! MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Also the D is 4th in TO's(first in 4th quarter TO's) and 12th in sacks.... For where the D was at midseason, for them to get to middle of the road in the rankings at this point, shows that they have been playing like the top tier unit we remember.
