Living in the tri-state area(Northwest Pa), Cleveland is 90 min west, Pitt is 90 min south, and buffalo is 90 min north. So there’s a really cool mix of those fans here and it’s been really fun football season for this area. I’ve had a lot of talks with browns fans about what you just said. I’ve said the exact same thing you just explained. browns have the same feel as our bills from last season. Protecting the qb with coaching and top 5 run game and getting better all year while feasting on a very weak schedule.

I own and operate a gym with around between 250-300 members at any given time during the year so I see and talk with a ton of people daily. It’s been really fun seeing so many fans from different teams comment to me on how they have loved tuning in to see Allen play. Living on the outskirts of “stiller” country in northwest Pa, i have ton of members that are fans of Pitt and the Big Ben comparisons from them started last year... exciting stuff.

Allen and the gang are becoming must see tv.

Its crazy to watch almost every tipped pass or forced fumble fall into their defenders hands over the last 2 seasons. its really odd....... also i hate them so freaking much!!!! i'm life right in the middle of Buff and Pitt. So its seriously hostile territory around here this week.

Biscuit is too busy watching Cam newtons golden years and when he's not doing that he's trying to figure out how to still convince us a qb that never tore up the mountain west could ever be any good in the NFL. Its just funny that he used to do that all on the boards before this year..... hmmmmm wonder why. or the rams.... or fins.... or raiders....

Ben was still only 24th in YPA as recently as 2 weeks ago. he's now even worse at 29th. He was choosing his shots early but they still weren't asking him to throw down the field in the first half of the season. Sidenote. heres 8 of the 12 qb's the Steelers have faced to this point. its paining him for sure. Nick Wright was on FS1 this morning claiming Mayfield was a better qb than Allen at this point. Thats startling.

Ho humming saying we havnt had any good wins all year. 8-4 fish 8-4 rams 7-5 raiders 6-6 bellichecks 8-4 seahawks i challenge anyone to find a team with 5 wins of that quality.

We did. It was 34-17 with 30 seconds left .... and that’s their 2nd string qb.... that just drove them down the field to beat the 8-4 rams last week. soooo ya.

So an interesting tid bit from Monson on PFF’s game preview this week.... the bills are getting absolutely GASHED by traditional inside powering running teams but that isn’t the type of running scheme Shanahan goes to on a regular basis. He explains they are primarily a horizontal flowing team that utilizes more outside zone runs. As it turns out the bills, being built for speed, are actually top ten in the NFL allowing just 3.8 YPC on outside zone runs. All hope for our run game vs the niners may not be lost I guess. Would love to stuff their freaking run game. The narrative this week from everyone under the sun is how we are gonna get man handled for 150-200 yds on the ground. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen so much hype for a 5-6 squad over one there 8-3 and has the better QB.
