I was about to mention those game’s as well. Seems like it’s on repeat
-
I doubt Brees is the we know today if he doesn’t get matched with Sean Payton all those years ago. Just look at what Payton did with bridgewater last year and now Hill.

Good points. But my point is I don’t necessarily think it has anything to do with lack of seriousness

Four QB's on pace to make history this year.

Ya. Has to be. -
I mean.... is there really a concern that Sean freaking McDermott isn’t taking a game seriously? I personally have zero concern about that being the reason for the day off.

Nah. He was clean. He just got ran down. Watch at the 1:10 mark. https://youtu.be/VQsemjPaCjU

Looks like a great day for football Sunday...

Ugh. That forecast just makes me think of setting out on I-90 around 5:30 in the morning and getting to watch the sun rise on the way up. Then getting parked in one of the gravel lots with the fire ring and truck full of wood. Getting’r lit up around 7am while the air is still sharp and cool, then bringing out the Irish Breakfasts..... and now I’m very very sad. -
I definitely was surprised he got run down in the cards game on the screen. He had a step on everyone at one point.

Shouldn’t Diggs be in the MVP race?

Shouldn’t Diggs be in the MVP race?
Stank_Nasty replied to C.Biscuit97's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
OP is still so taken back by Allen’s inability to dominate the mountain west that he’s now trying to give the MVP to the people he’s throwing to. yikes. -
Schefter said today on NFL live that he was told last week eckler is 2-3 weeks out and that if he was to guess, he would say he plays next week and not this week.

2:30 for Brady? Rams may as well start the buses. -
Lost in all the talks about our defensive drop off is the fact that even after the bye week our D is 8th in sacks and 6th in turnovers. ... One would think having a knack for those things could have a large impact on a rookie qb. Especially with 2 weeks to prepare.
-
Well... I’m gonna say it for another week... here’s my weekly “we havnt had a defensive td since 2017. So we’re due” .... WE’RE DUE FOR FREAKING DEFENSIVE TD!!!! MAKE IT HAPPEN!

The Bills Aren't a Top-Tier Team Yet
Stank_Nasty replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Can’t nit pick that reasoning too much other than to say Allen is making his own career out of game winning drives and had 2 beauties against good teams already this year(Rams, Cards). And Allen’s YPA is a full yard better than Bens. Your reasoning is sound. I just think right now I’d take the guy with all the physical gifts that’s also shown the ability this season(and priors) to do what your asking. But isn’t it fun that it’s a legit debate? Allen vs a Gold jacket on a 10-0 squad. -
Joshs development has been amazing

Agree with all this but just wanna say he’s actually at 21 pass Td’s this year already. 27 overall -

I’d argue against Ben. And maybe Brady. Their YPA’s are 25th and 23rd respectively. I’ve watched quite a it of Big Ben this year and I’m not exaggerating when I say I think almost 3/4 of his passes don’t travel further than 5-6 yards. Steelers and bucs have elite defenses as well. And have shown they can usually run when needed. Josh Allen has faced 7 winning teams at this point through ten games and has more or less been a one man show. It’s Allen or bust. I think Allen has been asked to do way more without the luxury of a top 5 d or run game and his overall production shows that as well. I think he’s FIRMLY in the top ten if we are talking this year and depending on how he finishes that could very well be top 5. -
Flores: Tua benched, not hurt
Stank_Nasty replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I’ll try and cut Brandt some slack because he’s been trumpeting our bills since last year but wow did he cross borders with the quickness. Since about 2 weeks ago he’s been crowning Tua and the fins in the East. Don’t you dare dry and lump us in with you. Don’t freakin do it. -
does it matter either way? He's very confident the fins are winning the division, regardless.

I've been a big voice on the "pittsburghs schedule sucks" but they have beaten the 7-3 browns, 7-3 titans as well..... so while i dont believe they are as good as their record indicates they have still handled the good teams put in front of them. .... theres no way in h*** they are 10-0 with a schedule like ours though.

those are the posts that you quoted.

Anyone else wake up still feeling very optimistic?
Stank_Nasty replied to JerseyBills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
B game ain’t touching the Steelers. They seem to be clicking now and got through the first part of their schedule undefeated while working out the kinks..... though it really has been a cake walk of a schedule. -
Except he hasn’t really proven that yet. I’d have to go back and look but I’m fairly certain he’s been pretty poor in bad weather so far
