because its buffalo..... the dude had 100 tackles, 4 int, 2 sacks and 9 TFL. all on the leading pass yardage unit in the NFL..... arguably a better season than 2017... I don't think you are firmly getting what i'm saying. i'm not saying I would agree with him getting in before a guy like white. i'm saying with his position being more stat accessible and white being the sort of guy that qb's eventually wont even try for, it sets up a guy like poyer to get noticed sooner than a guy like white. I don't understand why thats so off the wall. neither player has gotten nearly enough respect over the last 2 years. for me its white and then poyer and Milano are right there. Milano nees to show a full year though.

no.... I said I agreed with the article and said white was. I then went on to say poyer would be my next in line. the numbers I posted completely back up that statement. I also then said he may end up doing before white just based on the fact that he can accumulate more raw numbers at that position.... stop being so simple.

lets play a game.... which player got the probowl nod? Player A. 15 games played 95 tackles 5 int 13 passes defensed 1 fumble recovery 2 sacks 4 TFL 1td Player B. 16 games played 82 tackles 5 int 13 passes defensed. 2 TFL i'll answer for you. player b was hyde. he got the nod..... player A was poyer…. but PFF has spoken and I guess that's not a probowl caliber stat line. if you don't see a probowl type stat line there from poyer you must be freaking HIGH. safeties have gotten the nod for far less.

7th Rd. Draft Pick Jordan Poyer...Play Maker
Stank_Nasty replied to Badanswer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have a buddy that is a very knowledgeable packers fan. he was furious they let him just walk. told me he was a real asset. so didn't know much about him but that gave me a good feeling... -
7th Rd. Draft Pick Jordan Poyer...Play Maker

just.... what a player. hopefully the team starts winning and he gets recognized like we all know he should...…. although I get slightly annoyed with how "pretty"(her words) my wife thinks he is. if I watched blake lively movies 16 sundays a year and routinely reminded my darling of how "pretty" blake was I may not live to see a 17th week.... -
7th Rd. Draft Pick Jordan Poyer...Play Maker

for some reason he sticks out for me from his combine. I remember him running well, if i'm not mistaken, and I think he actually worked out with the corners maybe??? and yes, I remember him being talked about as a mid rounder. -
I read this a couple days ago when it came out and white was immediately who came to mind when I saw the title..... poyer was a close 2nd. in fact it wouldn't surprise me if poyer made one before white just based on the fact poyers role in the defense is more apt to accumulate impressive overall numbers.

while I don't entirely agree that RT is 100% as important as LT, I have been under the assumption for quite a few years now that its much more important than it was 15 years ago. so many teams now rush their big time players over the RT and there are plenty of teams with edge duo's that come from both sides.

Ranking Every NFL QB's Supporting Cast for 2019

pretty fair assessment IMO. -
i cant disagree with the write-up about the all blues. I think they suck pretty bad. I've also always thought the red jerseys would look kinda cool with the white pants. but my personal favorite combo is the whites on blues.... while I like the white on whites I feel like they have totally played that out. as far as the other teams, I'm always a sucker for the sharp classic look. I've always thought the chiefs white on red was very underrated. very sharp classic scheme.

topic came up today of who would be embraced the most and reach the biggest "hero" status if they won the big on for their town...… Kay did her spot on Allen. I think Brandt went with Stafford. Cousins was in there and I think Burleson went with Foles in JAX. anyone know how to find it? -
The Draft Network: Josh Allen Review
Stank_Nasty replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Basically at the end this dude still only admits he thinks there’s slim to no chance he succeeds while saying the team will have the same record earlier on.... thats just a really loonnnggg drawn out way to say he still thinks he sucks and nothing much will change with their record but he wants to cover his ass if Allen happens to make him look like an idiot. Solid. -
The Draft Network: Josh Allen Review

So he’s supposed to be improved. We improved the team around him..... and this guy thinks 6 or 7 wins is “within range”. LOL thanks for the kind words bro! -
Chris Simms "Josh Allen talks technique"
Stank_Nasty replied to SDubills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Oh wow. Loving on josh AND the defense. Talking about how the defense performed without the support of an offense was impressive. There are gonna a handful of people from this board that watch this video and spontaneously combust before the end of it..... all for the better I would say. ? -
Tre'Davious White named third-best corner in NFL

I keep thinking the same thing about the pass rush. Any sort of legit push up front and that secondary is gonna be FILTHY. -
2nd year breakout players from BR
Stank_Nasty replied to BarleyNY's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Right there with ya man... lots to prove. I enjoy and obviously agree with the positive stuff while understanding any negative media views with a “prove it” approach. I can’t blame anyone with that view. I just get a kick out of the people that immediately come into threads like this and act like it’s all beneath them. -

the people too cool to care about the media are coming in here to explain they are, in fact, too cool to care about what the media says and judge you for caring and posting this article in.....5....4.....3.....2..... -
Who Was Better: Bruce Smith or Reggie White

solid response... good talk. I would have led with that instead of referencing numbers that didn't exist yet. -

lol... move the goal posts much? now lets go back to your actual post about jones not having the numbers.. the reason he doesn't have near the numbers is because sacks wasn't a stat yet. however they are a stat now because of deacon. -
Who Was Better: Bruce Smith or Reggie White
Stank_Nasty replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
deductive reasoning really... who's generally the more coveted athlete? the LT or RT? where does the better talent usually reside? as a general rule is the LT. I think its safe to assume that if white had played superior talent on the regular basis his numbers take a slight dip. playing more talented players week in and week out isn't gonna yield the same result...... enough dip to make a significant difference? I don't know. maybe not, but I still think is definitely worth taking into the picture. my personal list has always been jones, white, and smith. its sure is close between white and smith though. -

Stank_Nasty replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
like I said, I think I give reggie the edge, but is it debatable that he routinely faced lessor talent on the right side of the line? I think its a legitimate knock against somebody when you have two people so good that the debate is gonna involve picking at nits. definitely what sticks out most of my memories of white was his power. using that one armed club to just maul people over..... I was really too young to appreciate either guy to the fullest though. was only in my elementary years in those early and mid 90's
