  1. If VPG had position flex, he would've been a Day 2 Pick. If he was a Day 2 pick, we'd reasonably expect him to be our starting Center. We got him in RD5 because that's really all he can do. Kromer will obviously cross train him some at Guard, but he's truly built to be a Center (and could be a very good one at that) but is likely a liability anywhere else. I too will be disappointed if he's not starting. I think McGovern can be good at Center, but if we can keep all 4 positions from last year the same and only swap out Morse for VPG, that seems ideal.
  2. Allen Dawkins - McGovern - VPG - Torrence - Brown Cook - Davis Kincaid - Knox Coleman - Samuel - Shakir This could very well be our core offense for, at least, the next 2 years. I'd agree that if we all rationally step back and look at that potential Offense, that there is adequate investment around Allen. I wouldn't say that they've gone above and beyond for him, but I also wouldn't say they've left him out to dry. Looks to me to be about average of what they could do and reasonably expect Allen to elevate everyone around him.
  3. So do I .. but that doesn’t mean we need to fund forever wars. At least Israel has an end game. And I feel bad for innocent Palestinians and innocent Russians .. many of them didn’t ask or want this. …and the ones that do, many have been brainwashed by years of propaganda to think that way.
  4. Yes, Russian citizens are in fact innocent people. It’s sad that you can’t separate people from their government.
  5. They are morally superior because they want to enrich the MIC by sentencing innocent Ukrainians and Russians to death.
  6. These people don’t care about Palestine. It’s a useful current thing that they are cosplaying with to push their true views, which is the dismantling of America. These people are Marxists. Nothing more, nothing less. They hate this country and want to tear down the system to replace it with their idealistic views of equity.
  7. You don’t think what’s going on right now deserves a press conference? I know he’s incapable of it, but maybe we should have a President who is. Hell.. let Kamala go out and hold one then. Someone from this administration needs to step up and answer questions, address the nation. Not John Kirby. Not Karine Jean Pierre. Biden or Harris. Someone step up.
  8. Where’s ya boy? He had a lot to say about Charlottesville.. We've got Jews being chased on campus, blocked from entering buildings, beaten unconscious at protests.. Haven't seen him in days. Might be nice to hear from the guy who claimed he ran for President based on a day of antisemitism .. we’re going on weeks of it and it’s getting worse.
  9. I've done a complete 180 on Coleman. Think this dude has as good a chance as anyone to be WR1 in this Draft, especially given the QB he's paired with. That being said, I can't help but cringe at the bolded part.. Daboll to Dorsey, now Brady.. we're never going to have more than 2-3 years of consistency at OC either way. They'll either go the way of Daboll or go the way of Dorsey.. and getting guys to fit a scheme just makes me a bit uneasy with that knowledge.
  10. This POS Administration is anything but pro-America
  11. This is a great point. The left cheers when J6 rioters are hunted down by the Feds. Well, now it’s being used on leftists. Never fails…
  12. I'm good with Coleman, Shakir, Samuel and Kincaid being our main receiving group with Knox, Cook and Davis/Johnson mixed in.. but I'd like a WR4 to rotate in on 4 wide sets and as WR depth. -Two seasons ago we entered the playoffs with street free agents taking meaningful snaps at WR -Last year we lost Davis at the end of the season and had Sherfield as a starting WR in the playoffs
  13. I'd bring him back if it makes sense financially. Assuming we're not making a big move via trade, a WR like Zay Jones makes a lot of sense to give us a solid vet WR that can rotate in with Coleman, Shakir and Samuel.
  14. Tulsi should be the pick. Former Dem, but more conservative than half of the “Republicans” out there. Has vocally stated she would accept it.
  15. Boyd and Ngakoue are the two I’m most intrigued with, but neither really makes sense given our WR room and the drafting of a designated pass rusher in Solomon.
  16. I think the majority of this fanbase just wants another legitimate WR. There are some who won't be satisfied unless we bring in a WR1 and I think that's misguided. However, we've now seen two seasons where our WR room failed us in the biggest moments. Two years ago, entering the playoffs, we were signing street FA's to play meaningful snaps. Then, last year, Davis gets hurt at the end of the season and Josh Allen WR3 is Trent Sherfield, who gave us literally nothing against the Chiefs. For me, personally, if we would've double dipped at WR in a meaningful round, I would've LOVED this Draft. If we sign an OBJ, Gallup, MVS or Boyd in June, I'll feel a lot better about this Draft. I don't think we need an Aiyuk, but I do think we need one more solid piece to rotate in at WR4 and finally give us some depth. Chiefs, Bengals, Ravens, Jets all have a WR4 that's either a solid vet or recent meaningful draft pick. I was/am just hoping for that.
  17. The Chiefs had MVS last year and also added Brown and Worthy this year.. so, clearly, they value having speed on that roster. They also drafted Skyy Moore, who ran a 4.41 40. He hasn't worked out, but that was an investment they made. For the record, I don't think we need an Aiyuk.. but I do think we would be smart to add an MVS this Summer. Just to have the threat of speed on the outside. Maybe Shakir/Samuel can play out there more than we think, but I'd like someone who's a true outside speed threat.
  18. This is why I'd be completely fine if we just signed someone like MVS this summer. The Offense will funnel through Kincaid, Samuel, Shakir, Coleman and Cook but we could use a guy like MVS to make team's respect the deeper parts of the field.
  19. Bills absolutely crushed the 5th Round. They knew they needed contributors in this Draft and took two guys with Day 2 talent in RD5. Now how did two guys who have Day 2 talent fall to RD5, you ask? Van Pran is a Day 2 talent at Center .. but that’s really all he can do. His body build doesn’t translate well to Guard. Kromer will certainly cross train him for an emergency, but like Torrence dropped because he’s only a Guard, Van Pran dropped because hes only a Center. …but a dang good one at that. Solomon is a Day 2 talent at pass rusher .. but that’s really all he can do. He’s not built to be a traditional rotational DE. He’s a pass rush specialist. It’s about time a team like us, that typically has 5 Gameday active DE’s, got ourselves a designated pass rusher.
  20. When you realize this has nothing to do with Palestine, you see what’s happening much more clearly.
  21. Id be fine with Gallup. I don’t think we need an Aiyuk level receiver to compete for a Super Bowl. I do think we need a legitimate rotational caliber WR to go with Coleman, Samuel and Shakir & provide insurance for injury. Gallup would provide that.
  22. You just have to sell your soul to the machine and they’ll absolve you of your sins. It’s how Howard Stern survives. It’s how Jimmy Kimmel has a late night show. It’s how Eminem is featured at large corporate events like the NFL Draft.
