Wild to see a liberal post this when the interjection of identity politics, open borders and cultural rot are root pillars of societal destruction from within. The elimination of the nuclear family, pitting civilians against each other based on characteristics they cannot change and an open door to foreigners who share no allegiance to the country. Yet it’s the propagandized liberal who thinks this a new phenomena related to Trumpism.

I think Zelenskyy’s move at the moment is to get European troops on the ground in Ukraine and then by treaty, bring the United States regardless of what we want to do, when European troops are attacked. Which is why Trump will seriously consider pulling from NATO if Europe follows through on these reckless threats. The stalemate days seem to be coming to an end.. and we’re either moving closer to peace or to WWIII.

Listened to NFL Radio on the way to the office this morning and they were killing CIN for the report that they and Chase are far away on a new contract. If they can't even get that contract worked out, I have no idea how they're going to do Higgins or anyone else.

So much for the National Weather Service

Fair point, but as pointed out above, the Chiefs constantly exploit our scheme in the playoffs. Maybe better players changes that, but we also might want to have a philosophy change on the types of players we rely on. Maybe it's just routine bad luck, but the Bills Defense gets decimated by injury every postseason. At some point, it's more than just a coincidence. Two years ago, no linebackers and barely any corners. This year no Rapp, no Benford. For me, if you can get a guy like DK, you try. And I wouldn't operate as if it's DK or Myles Garrett. Try for both. If we get both, great... maybe that means Cook and Bernard aren't long term options on this team so they're combined salary goes towards DK. Fine by me. We can replace those two. A guy like DK... for Josh Allen... that just doesn't grow on trees.

Jets planning to either trade or release Devante Adams
SCBills replied to UKBillFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just watching Cooper and watching Adams last year, I'd take Adams. Probably not fair to Cooper, as he was dealing with a pretty serious wrist injury, but as others pointed out... Adams, if released, just costs money. If the number is right, would we rather pay him and keep our picks or trade for DK? Guess it depends what DK goes for? A 2nd or a 4th... this conversation is very different depending on the compensation. -
Anecdotal but look at any pro-left meeting/protest right now.. it’s filled with white haired boomers for Ukraine or overweight white women and minorities for Palestine. Thats it. That’s their base now. Young white women are moving right more than they have in a long time and joining young white men who are skyrocketing right.. most of this is due to push back against politically correct culture, but now you’re also seeing the military age demo of this country realize that this war isn’t a game. Combine this with Hispanics becoming a toss up and black men slightly ticking more right than they have, and this is how you get the numbers Trump (and Republicans) now have. No stronger evidence of how the parties have shifted than the fact Trump struggles more than R’s ever have with the AARP crowd, but does better than R’s ever have with younger demos.

I'm in the minority, but I actually thought Rodgers was decent to finish out the year. In an NFC where you have the Eagles superteam and then a bunch of teams with meh QB's or the hope Jaden Daniels doesn't pull a Stroud, it's not the worst idea if they can't get in range for Cam Ward or Shadeur Sanders (assuming they like either of them).

You seem to operating from a position of how you want this to be, as opposed to how it is. Russia is slowly making gains and is overwhelming Ukraine with drones that they keep mass producing. Putin has zero regard for human life and has an almost endless amount of bodies to throw at this war. Zelenskyy is running out of money and bodies. The EU can step up and help with his money issue if the US pulls back, but it only prolongs a war they’ll never win unless it becomes WW3. Eventually Zelenskyy will run out of bodies. And the longer this goes, the more incremental the Russian gains are, and the more Putin will leverage in peace negotiations. Thats the reality of this. Ukraine is currently pulling fathers and sons from their homes by force to speed train them and send them to the front lines weeks later. The front lines, where a dystopian hellscape awaits them.

Zelenskyy just secured a 2.7 billion dollar loan from the UK, so that will help keep this going another 5-10 days. As for the question above of what does Russia want? From what I’ve heard, it’s to keep the Donbas & Crimea, along with a reduction in the Ukrainian military and for the West to stop flirting with Ukraine/NATO membership. At which point Russia would then shift efforts towards installing a pro-Russia leader to replace Zelenskyy in their next election.

What is it you want? Because it sounds like you want a never-ending American occupation of Afghanistan and US troops on the ground in Ukraine. You’re basically a simple minded war hawk that lacks debate skills and only has the bandwidth to continually repeat one of two points made on Nicolle Wallace’s show.

Everything about this post is wild. Im convinced you’re not a real person at this point. A) That’s not a solution / you sound like a child. B) Trump is the only President of my lifetime with no new wars breaking out during his Presidency and in the Middle East, he literally had the Abraham Accords. What chaos did we have under Trump 45 in the Middle East? It was as calm as it could possibly be, and then Biden came in, bungled the Afghanistan withdrawal and October 7th happened under his watch.

Clearly you don’t understand this. Europe doesn’t have the ability or will to lift up Ukraine. Ukraine is running out of bodies. America has been bankrolling the war, and now the American public wants out. This is an unwinnable war for Ukraine unless we enter WW3, which is what Zelenskyy wants. And I don’t blame him, but that’s not in our interests, at all. So, here we are. And you still can’t answer the question… what do you want given the reality of this situation? If you want American troops on the ground, just say it. Thats how Ukraine wins. Otherwise it’s a slow death funded by American tax dollars until they run out of bodies OR a peace deal in which - yes, it’s not fair - but Russia likely keeps some land and gets assurances about NATO & Ukraine’s future as it pertains to the West. The Disclose article is based on conversations very much ongoing in German circles Unlike the pulled from thin air quote from “The Halfway Post” above that I cannot believe has been quoted by multiple people as real…

They won’t answer. They never do. They think they have the moral high ground by playing Call of Duty in their head with other peoples lives. They can’t stand to be bothered by the reality of American tax dollars being set on fire so Ukraine and Russia can go town to town, pulling fathers, sons and brothers from their homes to be quickly trained and sent to the front lines where they face the likely horrific dystopian proposition of death by drone. No amount of body bags is too high for them, because they decided during Trump 45 that Russia/Putin is our biggest geopolitical threat. They still think he’s the reason Trump won, therefore they’ll convince themselves Russia wants to take Europe and unless American tax dollars and disposable Ukrainian lives stop them, Russia will be rolling through Paris next year. After all, this is about “protecting democracy” and the zero tolerance for invasions of sovereign nations… I’ll now check this board to find mention of Rwanda/Congo.

Germany was always going to go back to Russia. Those talks have already started as that link states. The fact of the matter is, as my next post indicates, Germany (and the EU) really never came off of Russian energy, they just started playing a shell game with it. And as their economies struggle, expect talk of eliminating the shell game and buying direct from the source to get louder and louder. They can talk all they want about standing unified with Ukraine.. without America, they don’t have the stomach or economy to wage that war.
