There’s a massive contingent of vocal gays that would tell you life was just fine for them this past decade. Only recently, when Pride was hijacked, do they feel like things are going backwards. And they know exactly why. Look at all the recent Pride parades. Do you see many normal gay men? Or do you see out of shape, young Q folks, half naked black lesbians, trans-everything and angry white women? I’ve been to plenty of Pride parades. This isn’t - at all - what it used to be. There’s no pride at these events anymore. No joy. It’s mainly fetish and grievances.

Believe it or not, but most people don’t believe in sexualizing children and allowing them to mutilate their bodies at a young age. They decided they want to have a say in Florida politics, against the will of the people… he has every right to remove the advantageous privilege they had over everyone else.

I’ll settle for what he did in Florida. Took a swing state and made it deep red, went after Disney, removed CRT from schools, ESG from business, removed Soros DA’s and has some of the most conservative laws in the country … while making huge inroads into the Hispanic community (a demo that R’s need moving forward). He may not have the greatest personality, but he’s surgical in getting stuff done.

I do - I just think DeSantis understands what he’s up against. Trump never did.. and still doesn’t. I think DeSantis has just enough establishment in him to not get the immediate onslaught from the inside that Trump has gotten for years, but if he does take a machete to institutions … they’ll come after him like they did Trump. Agreed.

Trumps best (public) defense is that he’s an unintentionally hilarious person. He’s trending on Twitter, but not because of the “shocking revelation” for pearl clutchers everywhere, but because he called Anthony Weiner a pervert and randomly orders some Cokes.

The videos being shared on Twitter from NYC Pride are so absolutely disgusting. Just angry, out of shape, vile (mainly TQ+) people being overtly sexual in front of children. I can find common ground with the other side on issues like abortion, tax policy, border policy etc., I have zero common ground to be found with people who find this stuff to be ok. Furthermore, I don’t even know how we continue on as a country. The values are just way too far off. We have no common sense of national morality .. a nation can not go on like that. We have some time, but if we continue this way … the country will tear itself apart.

I own a business. I pay a solid base, provide great hours/freedom and you can make a ton in commission. I give extended lunches for those who want to go next door to the gym and work out. I demand that they prioritize family over work (obviously as long as they don’t abuse it). However, in my profession, you have to get licensed, which requires passing 2-3 exams, which I pay for. It’s next to impossible to find people in my age group that can, or are willing to do that. Which tells me that they never would’ve put in the work to build up any sort of pipeline to make money beyond base salary anyway. So, fine … there’s always jobs at the Amazon’s of the world, where you’re nothing more than a cog in the machine and then wonder why you’re miserable and can’t get ahead financially.

I straight up will not date someone who holds socially progressive views. Tax policy, border policy, foreign policy etc.. sure. However we live in different times culturally than our parents. There’s zero chance we could raise a child together and agree on the values we wish to teach them.

There’s actually a really interesting conversation to be had on dating culture for Millennials & Gen Z, specifically with apps. According to studies, something like 80% of women swipe right on the same 20% of men. Clearly the impacts of that statistic have ripple effects that go far beyond just dating as most people in cities now rely on these apps to meet others.

This is prior experience.. I’m currently in a relationship. However, there is something to be said for the “pick me” types. Those who just agree with what they think you’re looking for. I just don’t think women are as liberal as we think they are. Typically they move right after getting married and/or having kids. My personal belief is that they likely lean slight left and then as life goes on and a growing number reach their late 30’s/40’s and aren’t married and/or childless, that view becomes hardened. Which is what we’re seeing now. Women, specifically black women and single white women are an unmatched political force of a voting bloc right now. Yup - all intertwined, and only seems to be getting worse for Gen Z.
