  1. I will vomit all over the living room if we trade up to 7 for a linebacker. What the literal **** is this rumor!? Legit getting annoyed just entertaining the thought. Im ok paying a pretty heavy price for Jameson Williams, but that’s really it… I think he’s that good. A game changing Tyreek Hill type superstar.
  2. Heres my point.. I don’t necessarily want to draft him at 25, but Breece Hall elevates our RB room a ton compared to a 3rd RD pick who will just end up fighting for time with Singletary and Duke. There’s a handful of CB’s that will be available in the 3rd RD that can upgrade our DB room.
  3. First off, Tre will be back before “the end of the season”. Pretty soon we’ll have people claiming Tre won’t be back into the final year of his contract. Second, even if he misses the first 6-8 games, he will be back. Im fine with taking Booth, but Breece Hall’s talent bumps the RB room up much higher than any mid-late round pick can in relation the talent currently in the room. We can find CB’s in the 3rd RD that should be solid in our system until Tre comes back.
  4. I wouldn’t say CB, because Tre will be back. Tre, Dane and Taron is a pretty solid trio and while someone like Booth (if available) might take it to another level, it seems the staff is high on Dane, and for good reason. Probably RB. Not saying we should draft one at 25, but Breece Hall’s potential dwarfs anyone we have on the roster.
  5. I could be wrong, but as a Bills fan I’ve obviously seen a lot of McKenzie and with one of my best friends being a die hard UF fan, I’ve been to and watched a bunch of Gator games.. and I’ve never seen KT hit the striding speed of McKenzie. KT also seems to be used a bit differently and is a bit more rugged in his style than McKenzie, so perhaps if KT gets in the open he does have a higher gear that I just haven’t seen. Regardless, I’m all in on trading up to a 3rd for KT if our staff feels he can fit in the locker room. His potential is higher than anyone in our WR room not named Diggs or Davis.
  6. McKenzie is faster.. at least in terms of game speed. Depending on our offense, we could use both of them in the Deebo role. Slot, Motion, Screen Game and in the backfield. There’s a way to find them both targets, even if Crowder is the main slot WR in our 3-wide. KT can also play outside, if I’m not mistaken.
  7. My favorite part of this is that, should we even have a conversation about potentially trading for a guy like KT, based on Beane’s comments.. it seems he would 100% talk to Josh about it. And I would love to hear that convo. KT is a talented player, but has a ton of red flags in terms of him being a team guy. He’s not a burner, but might be one of the quickest twitch open space athletes I have ever seen. If he could be had for a Day 3 pick(s), and the character concerns are assuaged, he’d be worth it for the 4-5 bubble screens/open space plays per game under a rookie contract for 4 more years.
  8. Going to be so gross when he goes to KC for a 4th.
  9. He’s everything we’re looking to add to this offense but I can’t see us trading for a guy our former Assistant GM and OC don’t want any part of.
  10. Im sure they aren’t all hookers, but when I’m swiping around on Tinder in Atlanta, there sure seems to be quite a few who are.
  11. Hasn't Teller been meh in pass pro though? Dude is a mauler in the run game, but would he ever been as good here, with our offense?
  12. Dawkins and Morse are very good. Not elite / top 3 at their position, but likely in the next tier. Saffold is a proven vet who's, at worst, a solid OG. Bates and Brown both have a lot of potential.. especially Spencer Brown. I think Brown could be that stud, developed with the help of Kromer. I do get the concern in betting on unproven potential on the right side though.. Wouldn't hate taking OL high in the draft. Quessenberry, Doyle, Ford & Boettger is ok depth, but the OL is heavy betting on a healthy Saffold being better in pass pro and the right side of our OL making a jump.
  13. Not sure I understand drafting a slot WR this year.. We have both Crowder and McKenzie. Diggs and Davis can both play out of the slot as well. After Diggs and Davis, we have Kumerow, Stevenson & Hodgins outside. Ehhh.. not in love with that.
  14. Von is, of course, going to want that. It would be coaching malpractice to play him that much. Keep him fresh for big moments, big games and the Playoffs. We want 3 elite playoffs with him. The rotation is how that happens… and Von knows that, despite whatever he says.
  15. That would be an epic fail on the other 10 players if a defense with Poyer, Hyde, Milano, Edmunds, T. Johnson, Miller, Oliver, Rousseau, Jones etc., can't hold down their side of the ball with Jackson on one side and a non-top pick CB opposite him until Tre comes back.
  16. Deebo is a fun player, but seems kind of system specific. I'm not as high on him as it seems most are. 49ers seemed to use him perfectly, and a team like the Jets are probably a good fit (although he apparently doesn't want to be used that way), but he doesn't really give me any worries like say, Tyreek Hill or AJ Brown.
  17. They may want to brand as the NFL team of the Carolina's, but I spend a decent amount of time in Greenville, SC and can tell you nobody there cares about the Panthers. Pretty sure the same goes for Charleston. I see more Bills gear in Greenville than I do Panthers.
  18. That was much better than I expected
  19. I watched a couple Coastal games this past year and this dude just pops off the screen
  20. We'll find out just how good Mahomes is. Kelce is still there, and they will have a good WR group, but Hill/Kelce in their prime was something we've never seen before... as impossible as it gets to cover.
  21. People call them middling because they haven't really shown they can be a threat, and Carr doesn't scare anyone in a Conference with multiple elite QB's. Losing to the Bengals in the WC Round isn't exactly impressive...it's basically what they seem to be until further notice... a good team that will be a playoff contender, but if they make it - Carr vs (insert elite QB) becomes an issue for them.
  22. Get this trash topic off the main board ::instantly realizes posting this bumps it back up::
  23. Im genuinely curious what people view his impact on the defense, and further, the team would be? We’d likely be given up another premium pick, at least, to move up and then how much better are we with Kyle Hamilton on the roster - especially given that this is yet another pick not going to protect Josh or give him weapons… and we’d likely be losing other picks that could be used to do so. If he’s generational and directly helps us against the other contending offenses, I’m open to it… but Josh is the team. We took off last year when he went god-mode… We can’t allow him to do that for 17 games. Playoffs all bets are off, but I’m looking at this one year deal laden offense and wondering how people would be ok trading away even more ammo that won’t go to help the guy leading our entire franchise SB hopes for the next decade.
  24. Agree. We obviously can’t take on the entirety of that contract. If the Panthers want a pick (maybe also a player) in return to eat some of that contract… I’d listen. No way I’m offering pick 25 though.. so if that’s what it takes, I’m out.
