  1. He is mentally ill, currently in prison, having been corruptly prosecuted and we have no idea what is going on behind the scenes. I would never hold a man in his position to his word. Especially when we know, for a fact, that we can’t trust the word of those who prosecuted him.
  2. It must be nice to have so much faith in institutions that have been completely corrupted. We’re now just repeating ourselves to each other. We have a fundamental difference and thus, we will never agree on this issue… You seem to trust those currently in power. I do not.
  3. His defense team didn’t have the TC footage. So, we have a mentally unwell man being told to sign off that police did not aid him. His defense team has no recourse to prove otherwise, other than the word of a man who clearly has mental issues. We don’t know what he was threatened with, but given what we’ve heard about these prosecutions.. it was likely severe. One can easily assume he had plenty of reason to sign off on whatever they wanted him to sign off on. Of course, this is all speculation …. Speculation that we must have given how manipulative, coordinated and corrupt his prosecution was as we learn of new evidence withheld.
  4. Ill reiterate my point that our Justice System forces people to sign guilty pleas under immense pressure. He’s mentally unwell and was aware that he was going to be made example of. Four years was the best case scenario. He did what he had to do to secure that.. and as a result, the judge sentenced him to the lowest sentence in the guidelines provided to him. We are witnessing third world political tactics via a corrupt government, media aligned propaganda and a predatory Justice System. Again, this shouldn’t be a left/right issue. You shouldn’t want this for our country. The shoe won’t always be on the other foot…
  5. You seem wildly unaware of the fact that our justice system pressures people to sign guilty pleas under immense pressure. He was meant to be made example of. He doesn’t deserve zero punishment, but he also doesn’t deserve 4 years in prison. Read what you posted again, and ask yourself how that equates to the sentence Chansley received.. Especially when, regardless of how you feel about Tucker, the fact remains.. our govt hid evidence from Chansley’s defense team. Evidence that most assuredly would have affected his sentencing.
  6. I honestly think Cook/Williams might be the perfect backfield for the Bills. Speed/Gamebreaker in Cook. Power back in Williams. Both great in the pass game. Just not sure what we’re doing with Hines. I can see him being KR/PR/Slot/Gadget/RB3, but we’re not exactly in a position to be paying 2 RB’s legit money.. If Hines stays, hopefully it’s with a pay cut/incentives based contract.
  7. That tweet certainly reads like we sent his agent an offer that he didn’t like. My hope is we tried to lock him down long term cheap, off a meh year.. he didn’t go for it.. and now, hopefully, we decide to move him.
  8. So you agree, McCarthy should release the footage to the public, correct?
  9. It’s honestly sad to see so many Democrats simply close their eyes and plug their ears when people question how in the f*** is Jacob Chansley in prison for 4 years, given the video evidence that was hidden by our govt from the defense team. This isn’t even about right vs left. Plenty of establishment R’s want to see those like him rot in prison to be made examples of so they can continue the narrative against Trump on that day. That doesn’t mean people like Chansley should be used as political pawns. This is America, not some third world country. Does he deserve zero punishment? No, and most aren’t saying that. But 4 years in prison is absolutely insane… and the reaction/weaponization of J6 is one of the more egregious and disgusting psyops perpetuated on the American public in a long time. Right up there with covid… not ironically, brought to us by the same people.
  10. This. Beane traded a late round pick and a guy who was a healthy scratch for a dude that housed a couple kickoffs and was a reliable punt returner in a season we were trying to win a Super Bowl. It was worth it. Good trade. Doesn’t mean we need to keep him next year though.
  11. Probably is, but an email blast like that about a franchise notorious for not paying players isn’t ideal for them.
  12. I think this something we should all be able to agree on. McDermott is a top notch human being.
  13. Bengals fans are losing it on Twitter. Obviously not an ideal email to have sent out right before Free Agency starts.
  14. Could just be conjecture out of thin air, but ESPN guys (albeit the Bart Scott squad) mentioned the Bills being interested in Henry. Same panel also thought Crowder was under contract next year though, so.. not hugely confident in ESPN’s non-Schefter reliability anymore.
  15. It’s interesting that with how buttoned up we clearly are, the only two rumored guys we are “interested” in are Henry and Williams.
  16. I’m still bullish on this team, but we do need to some luck … guys like Von, White and Hyde return close to their prior form, along with making smart/aggressive decisions this off-season. We’re about to find out if the latter comes true.
  17. Diggs nonstop commentary.. Oliver deleted tweets.. This is what happens when you keep falling short.. The culture is great, until it’s not. I still think it’s a great locker room, comparatively, but it certainly seems time for a shake up type of off-season. This group has fallen short 3x in a row. It’s time to shuffle the deck.
  18. I’m not sure why everyone keeps laughing at the Giants for DJ, maybe looking at a guy like Davis etc.. Theyre in the NFC, not AFC. Who do they have to worry about? Dallas? SF with no QB? Philly that went for it last year, didn’t win it, and is now losing a ton of pieces? Its a different world over in that conference.
  19. Ok. Agree to disagree. I want OBJ. Tons of upside and we don’t have to part with draft picks. Trade Davis for a Day 2 Pick. Have Diggs and OBJ paired with Year 2 Shakir and Rookie Top 65 pick. You don’t want him. That’s fine. Im not just assuming he gets hurt again. His surgically repaired knee was a known disaster when he was on the Rams. According to everyone involved, it was done the right way this time around.
  20. So Rodgers is what… just hoping another team enters the fray? Green Bay clearly just wants him gone. Jets have agreed to the terms. Yet, here we are…
  21. And?.. I want us to sign OBJ and draft a WR in RD1 or RD2. You’re hypothetical is what? What happens if OBJ gets hurt and our early pick WR is horrible? Eh, we’d be in trouble. Sure…
  22. That may be true in some cases .. I’m pretty sure that tweet was football related.
  23. That would restore so much confidence for me in this FO. Forward thinking moves that also give us help immediately. Neither of those two are pieces to build around. Best case scenario, they both blow up next year and we can’t afford them. For that to happen, Oliver is dependent upon the DL staying healthy, while Davis is dependent upon Diggs and another WR weapon added. No need to keep “dependent upon others” players around for a Championship run. They are not essential for that.
  24. All joking aside, this to me says he could clearly be a trade candidate. Sounds like talks occurred contractually, and if that deleted tweet is any evidence, they didn’t go well.
