  1. High Ranking Politicians are never going to do what JD just did taking unscripted questions at an event. Props to him for having the guts to do it. Unfortunately we have bad faith libs, Hindus who have revealed how much they hate the Christian faith and overtly pro-Israel conservatives attacking him for 36 hours now. I’ll say.. as a conservative who generally supports Israel as our greatest ally and think anti-semitism is a growing problem in America… the coordinated attacks by Jewish R’s & Christian Zionists on JD Vance have been eye opening. It’s clear that they will not allow any equivocation or questioning of Israel/Jewish influence on American politics.
  2. There’s some of this, in fairness. We can’t get doctors to take positions in rural and/or underserved areas, so we allow doctors to come over, provided they take those positions. Not all immigration is bad. “Most” of us don’t believe that. What we do believe is that illegal immigration needs to be stopped and legal immigration should be lessened in order to protect American workers and our American culture/societal fabric.
  3. Honestly, I don’t know. Hancock & Bishop could become a good pair. They also could be meh. The linebackers are fine if they stay healthy. Can they? Hairston/Benford should be a very good tandem. What is Hairston and will Benford remember how to play football after being paid? Taron Johnson needs to be better, borderline getting to a spot where I’d like to see Cam Lewis there. DL.. Can we get to the Playoffs with Jones, Ogunjobi, Walker and Sanders? Does Sanders show improvement when he comes back? Love our DE room.. Bosa, Rousseau, Hoecht and Epenesa is a very good group. Too many questions for me to answer, but it was always going to be about this Defense gelling by January. On Offense, this is the same friggin issue as last year. And we burned a 3 to get the corpse of Cooper to open things up a bit. Now here we are again. Elite OL, Elite QB, Elite Running Game. Adding even a Shaheed opposite Palmer changes so much moving forward for this Offense and how teams defend us.
  4. Hancock and Bishop have potential. We have 4 LB’s that are starting quality. Rotation them if need be. Shaq, TB, Milano and Dorian don’t concern me right now. Hairston was always the answer. Now we’ll see if he’s the right answer. He has over half the season to show us if he is. You don’t draft a CB in RD1, opposite a CB you just paid and then freak out about the position .. at least not yet. Let’s hope we never have to. WR by a mile helps this team and then maybe a DT, depending on the timelines for Jones and Sanders. CB depth, dependent upon on Strong. Hard to know when we have zero knowledge of timelines for the injured guys outside Oliver.
  5. Any differences you can think of, culturally, that separate European migrants and eventual assimilation from Islamic migrants? Do you think we should follow the blueprint of Europe with Islamic migrants? The only reason we’re not where they are is because, language aside, Latino migrants do have cultural commonalities with Western culture. And again, I’ll ask … Why do you, in 2025 America, believe we need to bring in waves of third world migrants? The Latinos stopped voting for y’all so now we need more Indians, Pakistani’s, Sub-Saharan Africans and Middle Easterners?
  6. Shakir - Good slot, but not elite Palmer - WR3, with potential to be a WR2 Keon - Maybe the worst starting WR in the NFL Samuel - Can’t stay healthy, WR3/4 when healthy, expensive Moore - WR4/5 Shavers - WR6 Kincaid - Big Slot as a TE, can’t stay healthy, OC doesn’t use him when he is Knox - Good TE2, massive cap hit Hawes - Should be the TE2 on a team that doesn’t misappropriate assets Three good receiving backs - Don’t use them as such, when we do it’s the same concepts from last year that teams have film in and have shut down Did I miss anything?
  7. Are you going to vote for Marco Rubio if it is?
  8. I don’t care if immigrants go to church and their pastor speaks a native tongue. I do care if they have been here generations and can’t speak English. I do care if they’ve been here generations and live off government welfare programs. I do care if they’ve been here generations and put their native flag before ours. I’ve gone to San Gennaro festivals, I’ve gone to Polish bakeries.. nothing wrong with celebrating your heritage. None of that comes before being an American. Genuinely asking.. what benefit does America in 2025 have to importing third world migrants? This isn’t a condescending question.. what do you believe the benefits are? Because data shows they are not assimilating and they are, in large part, living off the government. Do you think it’s beneficial to society to have neighbors that don’t speak English? Is that good for the fabric of our society? Because JD is 100% correct that it is not.
  9. Willing to bet the average American had no idea about this until now.. maybe.. if they’re not boomers getting their news from MSM.
  10. I wouldn’t argue with this. The ACA was a lie. You can be for covering pre-existing conditions (I am) but the lie it would lower costs was intentional because they knew it would never pass without that lie. I don’t even know how capitalism survives the next 30-40 years if I’m being honest. Once AI destroys industries and results in massive layoffs, no one will own anything and most will be dependent upon the government for more than just healthcare.
  11. Im Polish and Italian… my ancestors assimilated. Somalians in Minnesota who don’t speak much English and only associate with other Somalians, not so much. Surely you can see the difference even if you have to pretend you don’t.
  12. Vance was pretty measured in his response to Usha not being a Christian given the faith essentially means if they both passed away today, they would not spend eternity together. Not sure why that upsets people who apparently wanted him to pay homage to Brahma. Dont worry… future Islamic leaders in this country won’t be so wishy washy when discussing their faith.
  13. Exactly. He didn’t provide much at all, but the little he did was all that was needed to lift us out of the doldrums. Imagine if we brought in someone who can actually produce.
  14. It’s a big reason we can’t beat KC when it matters, but alright. Mahomes, Kelce, Jones Allen… 🤷🏼‍♂️ At the very least we can get him a competent receiving core, no?
  15. Pro-Israel lean R’s attacking JD Vance this morning over his “equivocating” on Israel last night. Millennial/Gen Z conservatives applauding him for his Q&A last night. Pro-Israel folks need to be very careful right now politically…. They demand loyalty from politicians on the Right when politicians on the Left are facing AIPAC boycott purity tests and open anti-semitism in their base.. so far R’s have kept their anti-semitism on the fringe, but Tucker, Fuentes etc., are starting to bleed over and Gen Z/Millennials on both sides, are increasingly anti-Israel. Rubio/DeSantis are likely strong allies with Israel but JD is a wild card on the right. He will align more often than not, but isn’t afraid to take shots when Israel’s interests don’t align with America’s. I’m generally more on Israel’s side when it comes to some of the bigger foreign policy issues but I’m growing increasingly tired of pro-Israel money controlling our politics. I suspect this is a growing sentiment on the Right.
  16. Cooper opened things up last year after a similar slump just by being out there. Why do we need to act like a WR upgrade wouldn’t change much? It would.. and will open things up enough to help Allen see more clearly what teams are doing. Thus helping him to play better in structure. We literally saw this happen last year. When I saw Brady make mention that we only get about 8 drives per game, I cringed. If he knows this.. Allen knows this. And to come out and say it, means it’s stressing them. And it’s a massively underreported strain on this Offense.
  17. Keon should want a trade. Im not absolving him, but it seems pretty obvious he’s not going to succeed as a pure X. Which is pretty much where he’s stuck here due to Shakir being a slot only and our usage of TE’s, one being Kincaid who’s basically a big slot.
  18. I don’t disagree, but does Kelce make the catch Kincaid couldn’t? I think we all know the answer to that. Get Allen legitimate weapons because we all know they haven’t shown they can build a Defense he can depend on when it matters. Why does Allen have to go up against an elite KC Defense in the Playoffs every year, with meh weapons.. while Mahomes gets to play our routinely decimated Defense that can’t stop anyone? They don’t play each other… they play the others Defense.. and it’s beyond tiring watching Allen go toe to toe with Mahomes with lesser weapons, against a tougher, better coached playoff Defense … and always lose with this formula.
  19. Early voting data doesn’t seem to back this up so far, but we shall see..
  20. We’d have multiple SB appearances if not for KC.
  21. Every time I see someone make the point that we have enough and just need Allen to play differently. This seems to be their solution:
  22. Mahomes had Hill/Kelce Then Kelce in his prime Last year he struggled heavily with no Rice, Kelce down year and a receiver core similar to what we have, but got by with a strong Defense he could rely on This year he’s back to having one of the better WR rooms in the AFC Allen had Diggs & Beasley for a few years and never a Defense he can count on when it matters But we want him to play now like he does..
