The more Peterman starts, the more value Beane attains from those draft picks which he can trade down and send those picks to Carolina to build “his” team
-
According to any Bills MB every LT we’ve had was good. Sorry man, but Dawkins isn’t that good. He’s probably more suited for guard or the right side depending on his pulling ability. We are better off with a real LT. Glenn was better but not by much.

Sean McDermott is Out of Answers

Should’ve built on that team he lead to the playoffs instead of deciding it wasn’t his team, like some egotistical prick. -
It all comes back to coaching and scheme

Google the GM who built that team. I’ll save ya some time old man: Doug Whaley -
It all comes back to coaching and scheme

Well, they did take a playoff team and dismantled it because it didn’t lose well enough. They’ve purposely made failing moves -
“The process” is synonymous with tanking and player exoduses This post screams jealousy. You mad a woman got a sports related job and you, a “man,” didn’t? Lmao, such weakness

I was very wrong about Tyrod & have to own it.

It was a Whaley built team that broke the drought but even he was fired. The QB that led us there was traded away. They don’t know what they’re doing and it’s pretty bad to watch. This all reminds me of when Tim Murray ran the Sabres into the ground. The Pegulas should be well versed in reckless trading but here we are where you can’t just trade for young talent and let them develop somewhere hopefully. These trades directly affect the team’s performance. -
Culture and the Process do not equal talent
Gigs replied to Foreigner's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Bro....put the kool aid down. Beane didn’t bring in KW, Shady, Milano, Poyer, White, Hyde and didn’t start off by acquiring those picks he used to get Allen and Edmunds (the latter being really the only good addition by Beane.) Seems the process is riding the coat tales of Nix/Whaley’s progress and purging the team of the talent they brought in (and even the talent Beane brought in.) -
Media trying to get McDermott fired.
Gigs replied to Buffalo Barbarian's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hiiiiiiighly doubt it. I highly doubt they brought in Beane and he’s like “oh yeah, all this talent? Pffft, “I” can do better. I mean, sure, we’re gonna ***** blow chunks for like 3-4 years (even if this team makes the playoffs this year) but these people have waited 17 years...what’s 4 more between friends? Plus, these fans will pay anything to watch a jizz sock take on Brady. *laughs*” -
Never heard of a team suddenly becoming good when they purge talent following a playoff appearance. Never heard of a team winning anything when they hold the team identity over that of talent and winning games.

No ***** Sherlock

And yet we are keeping an even worse QB.

Beane = Murray. Grab bag of picks with no clear plan, and adds “talent” by going against the grain. What’s Tim Murray up to as Sabres GM....oh wait. Beane is just another cog in the way of an actual GM. The Pegulas are slow to learn from their mistakes, but they eventually do; its growing pains. McBeane is just another sacrificial duo as they learn how to run a football team. Not many GM/HC combos can survive going to the playoffs then strip down the team, rush a raw QB, suffer horrendous seasons and still remain the GM/HC. The writing is on the wall and some of you older fans need to stop drinking the kool aid and drop the process nonesense because it’s making Jauron look ok
-
Beane has a history of trading for talent? Why do people on here genuinely believe he’d actually trade for talent? He’s not going to make any moves that help the team, just his stock of picks. You’re all fools for believing otherwise. Might as well start a “Bills should trade for Brady” thread since it’s about as likely to happen. Or yall can be realistic and start a bunch of “Bills should trade for [insert round] pick” threads, which is waaaaay more likely to happen.

McDermott and Beane have done a Very Good job.
Gigs replied to Kevin1778's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Lmao, no. Beane trading away talent for “his” players is less leadership and more narcissistic than anything. -
The Bills did some odd tinkering with the D vs Colts
Gigs replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The defense has looked pretty good, especially for having as bad an offense as we’ve had. Really strange to see us handicapping our defense by limiting play time of our best players. McBeane definitely have a plan for this season, and I don’t like it -
It's pathetic when your best player is...

GREAT COMMENT THAT ADDS NOTHING TO THE CONVERSATION -
1. Why would he ever publicly admit he’s going to discriminate based on religion? 2. Prove us otherwise. Why would the article leading up to the season featuring Peterman be based on him being a good Christian man and family man? The article was him crediting God and proclaiming how ready he is for the job because his strength in his faith. Yeah, makes no sense to me either. Also you seem to be, of all the posters here, the only one with a hard on against this theory. Old guy, Pegula ***** introduced the man at his press conference last year as a family man and a man of faith. What the holy ***** does that have to do with football? Nothing. It’s declaring your intentions tho when you’re announcing how important religion was in your search for a HC. And McD references that stupid belief crap so much I wonder how often he offers to baptize his team? He reminds me of my born-again uncle. Edit: your response better be gold. I’m expecting a good laugh

If you don’t like it go read your bible. Zealots are not winners. Brady doesn’t preach about god and he has 5 rings. Tebow praises the lord and now he’s a scrub AAA baseball player lmao. Peterman is also another guy who hypes up to Carrie Underwood. Sorry old bro, but god does NOT cut it in a man’s game that has more to do with mentality than physicality. There’s absolutely no room for god and jesus. Religion has no place in a sport of man. Neither does politics and I will bet you’re one of those faux patriots who got butthurt over the flag when you also never served (I did, 68W-M6.) Again, go back to your bible and Fox News and let the real men play it out.

We traded for him... Then traded him away.... There was no jury.....
-
Honestly if you weigh religious affiliation as a talent then you shouldn’t be coaching. I never fully accepted McD because his first words as HC were how he’s a man of family and faith. Ok, cool...but it has NOTHING to do with football or winning. I could care less if he was a Satan worshiper, all I care about is if he’s really going to get talent or just raid his old team for pieces they don’t want so he can fill the locker room with players loyal to him. Just another Jauron. Good DC, shouldn’t run a team. Also, Jauron also comes from the Mike Holmgren/Andy Reid coaching tree. There must be a pattern where you never go for his DCs only the OCs.

This guy gets it. First thing McD says in his first press conference is how he’s a man of faith. Back when Peterman was named the starter (lmao) they did an article on how he’s a man of faith. Jesus never won a football game, god has absolutely nothing to do with football, but he actually weighs faith in his talent ruberic. There’s no other reason Peterman is getting a third chance. This is worse than Jauron’s lunch pale “high motor” strategy, when talentless Keith Ellison and Chris Kelsay we’re propped up because they “came to work hard.” At least Rex and Marrone understood that talent wins out over congeniality. This isn’t a ms America pageant, it’s football.
