The Lesson in the Sabres Horrendous Season
Gigs replied to IronyAbounds's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The problem with the Sabres is the culture of laziness. They don't practice to fine tune, they practice because they have to. Its been talked about for years, and it starts with the players. Risto even pointed it out recently, saying that its too bad you can't fire certain players. The Bills are literally the opposite, and quite possibly one of the most well prepared teams most weeks. When you hear of Bills practices you don't hear about players not giving a damn, rather giving more than what we've been used to. -
Jets Fan Admitting Josh Allen is Better and Why
Gigs replied to mykidsdad's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Andrew Luck Plus he might not win the Natty so he may just go back for another. -
Le'Veon Bell signs with Kansas City
Gigs replied to Seasons1992's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He's living in an era of post Madonnas, Post Malones, in fact. Still wouldn't want a pre or post Madonna on this team, regardless. -
Pretty sure OP called in with a bad take and got slammed by Sal. My only thing about Sal are the drug related Freudian slips. I dont have an issue with them, but they're hilarious.

FMIA W Peter King lead is about Josh Allen ppl
Gigs replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Josh Allen has the grit and determination of a Tom Brady and the playmaking ability of a Cam Newton. Dude is a straight freak. Always beating my expectations -
The 506: NFL TV Schedule and Maps: Week 3

Looks like the cut off on the suncoast is lee/collier County. Im so close but so far away lol -
This is why training camps and preseason is integral to the growth of a team, and keeps players fit and conditioned.

Burrow doesn't set his feet. That TD pass in the first half was under thrown because he has poor footwork. So does Darnold and so does Tua. I can tell you right now footwork is huge for QBs. Allen got better over these last few years because his footwork got better. Dude stands tall in the pocket and delivers. His bad throws are with bad footwork; its no coincidence. Mark my words that Burrow and Tua are as good today as they will be down the road, just like I said about Darnold.

I think the Jets will be keying in on Diggs early. With the weapons this team has you can force a lot of mismatches.

Rd 5, Pick 167: QB Jake Fromm, Georgia
Gigs replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Fromm is a winner in the best conference. Solid pick for backup. Good game manger -
Tua isnt a headcase but he is the product of a good team and great players. The problem with Tua and Burrow is that they rely on their arm and the talent at WR, and slower backfields in college. What I saw out of those two is poor traditional mechanics that JA flashes sometimes. When JA doesnt set his feet he throws errant passes that he either gets bailed out by his receivers or they're picked/incomplete. That said, Herbert shows good poise and mechanics. Sets his feet and uses his body to deliver the ball, even on roll outs.

Good move by Beane to let him play for our minor league affiliate for 2 years and groom him for the Bills down the road ?

Astro's "Pick-Six" Discussing the upcoming 2020 Bills Draft
Gigs replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Same. I also like Greenard on DE. My only knock is his durability. He can create pressure but missed some time this year. Dudes a gamer. Either way with how deep this wr class is we should sit and draft later on unless we have a legit shot at someone like Jeudy or Lamb -

Gigs replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Van Jefferson. Watched him all year down here. Gets open and runs crisp routes. 6'2 200 will need to add some weight, and isnt very fast, but is definitely pro ready. He will go later too -
Some British scientists studying immune cells accidentally discovered legit cancer fighting T Cells that leave the healthy cells alone. Should be testing on humans before the fall.

This list is so watered down. Polamalu is the only lock imo. Zach Thomas was great and will probably get in. Reggie Wayne was great. Edgerrin James? Lol. Dude was a cap casualty. Idk, this is the Hall of Fame, not Hall of Really Good. These players were damn good but idk if 90% of them deserve to go in this year. Steve Tasker is one of the few on the list truly deserving. He and Polamalu dominated their positions when they played. Zach Thomas was a tackling machine but not like Luke Keuchly is, more like London Fletcher was. And not to sound like a total dick but Sam Mills? Because he had cancer? Cornelius Bennett and, by far, Darryl Talley and Shane Conlan deserve it a long time before Sam Mills does; sorry, not sorry. If theres any year Tasker makes it....just look at this list. No Jerry Rice. No Marshall Faulk. Just guys like Fred Taylor and Simeon Rice; great players but not Jerry Rice great..and in this case not even Steve Tasker great.

Does AB set a dangerous precedent?
Gigs replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If he went anywhere else people wouldn't be crying foul. He was nuts in Pittsburgh, nuts in Oakland and he'll still be nuts in NE. It's how the team handles it, and if you want to blame anyone blame Mayock for being a thin-skinned moron with no experience. If you think AB was pulling stunts to go to NE you're just as low level thinking as Mayock. -
For the first time in a VERY long time...
Gigs replied to whorlnut's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have to agree. Since McD took over you can see camaraderie on the sidelines. They have a unifying message and it seems everyone has bought into it. They're on the cusp of success and I for one am excited -

I'm always optimistic, but this is the first year since I was watching Flutie that people other than myself seem to be optimistic and confident in this team -
Gregg Williams ready to shock the league with Jets' pass rush
Gigs replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hope he blitzes every play so he can leave his corners one on one with no help and leaves Beasley open all day. He'd be a fool to blitz with such a poor defensive backfield, but theres a reason GW isnt seen as a great strategical coach.
