    I apologize. It was me. I must have misread your post. For a second it sounded like you were saying something positive about: Pegula, Beane, Coach McD, Coleman, or any other non-separation worthy WR. Carry on!

    You forgot…..when Josh doesn’t make it. 4th Down: Run some ridiculous cite play because you think just pushing your 6-5 QB isn’t fair to the defense.

    That play was infuriating! Every single WR is open and Josh didn’t throw to any of them! And then, after he inexplicably held onto the ball and scrambles to his stronger right side he has an intermediate WR wide open (Samuel?) just ten yards downfield and still doesn’t throw it to him. Ugh!

    This is the time of year that separates the NFL from the other major sports. In football every team has a unique set of opponents. You have to start looking at the remaining schedule for each of the other contenders. For example, the Broncos face the Chargers, the Jaguars, the Packers, and the Chiefs TWICE. If they get through that gauntlet, they deserve to be the 1 seed.

    The real brain fart was when they lined up BEFORE the time out. The Dolphins inexplicably had nobody over the left guard. Josh should have immediately ‘goosed’ the center and walked for the first down. But like most of the day….he was a deer in the headlights.

    It’s not complicated! If you have receivers who can’t separate, you design an offense that emphasizes stacked formations and rub routes. In other words you use your own players to help create separation. This isn’t rocket science.

    Not sure what your ridiculous point is here. I’m not in charge of hiring coaches. But I do know you have to design an offense that plays into your roster’s strengths. Brady’s passing game definitely does not. Do you disagree?

    Can somebody please tell me why, if we truly have receivers who can’t separate, does brilliant OC design an offense that relies on those receivers beating people one on one? It’s pathetic play design considering the tools we have. Brady needs to be fired!
