  1. The Bills have obviously been very good over the past five plus seasons….but they seem exceptionally stubborn with their defensive scheme. On offense they have Josh Allen, who can paper over most deficiencies. On defense however they seem fixated on doing it ‘their way’. It simply hasn’t worked. Is it the players? I honestly don’t think so. It’s the scheme that they’re drafting players to fit into.
  2. It’s virtually impossible for a receiver to get any more ‘separated’ than Kincaid was on that fateful fourth down. He was WIDE OPEN.
  3. Hey! Some of our government institutions are pretty darn entertaining these days! 😂
  4. We’re drafting Chris Paul and ‘Kobe’ Bryant? Sweet! All we need now is a shooting Forward and a rim enforcer at Center. 😁
  5. There were a few of those drought years where it was a bit questionable. 😉 Being only ‘seventeen’ you mercifully missed the first decade and a half of the twenty first century.
  6. Like most things it comes down to cause and effect. One of the main reasons the ball comes out quickly is because the Bills secondary is gifting the opponent a quick hitter on virtually every down. So, yes, we definitely need to tighten it up, and then the pass rush will look decidedly much improved.
  7. I can honestly that I've NEVER tuned into the Super Bowl for the halftime show. Not once.
  8. My lack of excitement has nothing to do with the Bills not being there this year. It’s odd because this year’s Super Bowl features the top seeds in both conferences with star players galore and yet somehow it just feels really really dull. Reminds me of the year the Ravens played the Giants….another snore fest.
  9. Home game in Gaza by 20230. 😁
  10. Sarcasm is a difficult concept for many. 😉
  11. Pass Rush Specialist Coach? Is that a real thing?
  12. Or Kincaid, a first round draft pick, could simply catch the football at the very moment that everything is on the line. Just saying!
  13. Nicely prepared, and an impressive amount of work. When everyone’s Mocks come out every year I immediately look to see which players are taken right AFTER the Bills. Chances are they’ll become a future Hall of Famer. 😉
  14. GA….you honestly look back over the course of the 2024 season and think of Coleman as a ‘developing elite player’? Honestly? Once again, he might become something one day but I sure didn’t see the sort of an impact that many other WRs playing with Josh Allen wouldn’t have also had.
  15. These labels are always a bit challenging but I’ve seen nothing that would put Coleman into the ‘developing players’ category. Not to say he can’t be in another year but he certainly isn’t yet.
  16. So you’re saying our MVP, future first ballot HOF quarterback can’t find an open receiver? So, we need another one?
  17. How many points do the Bills have to score before people on here believe they’d be safe enough to overcome McDs classically porous defense. Just give me a number? 50 points per game? 100?
  18. It just occurred to me what looks so different about this First Round. Only two guys from Alabama and both are in the bottom third of the round.
  19. Is the Pope Catholic?
  20. Thank you! This has become like the Kennedy assassination. So many exaggerations. If you watch and rewatch the tape this fan took from his seat in the upper deck you’ll see that Kincaid moved less than SIX FEET to come back and be right in position to catch the lofted ball. He simply flubbed it. It happens.
  21. No, I didn’t miss it, but with all due respect what difference does it make? They weren’t trying to get a walk in touchdown. They were trying to get a first down and keep the clock moving. The catch would’ve accomplished both.
  22. You and I keep going back and forth on this. It’s not “wildly off target” when it goes right through the arms of their top tight end. And I’m not saying that to dump on Kincaid. It’s just a fact.
  23. Thanks for sharing. Every angle reveals something new. This one shows how open Shakir was on the far side. I have little doubt he wouldn’t have easily made the first down. It’s the risk the defense takes when they blitz. With that said, throwing back across his body into the left hand flat would’ve required a super human effort. So Josh throws it to a WIDE OPEN tight end who’s completely uncovered on the play. If this was any other play in the course of a long season we’d just accept the reception, take the first down, and move on.
  24. Definitely, but the end zone angle shows that Josh knew exactly what he was doing and exactly who he was throwing to. When I saw the play live, from the sideline camera, my initial reaction was what a mess! But when you see it from behind you realize it wasn’t a mess at all. The play was designed with two levels of crossing receivers giving Josh options as to the depth of the throw. Yes, it was hurried by the blitz but Josh clearly collects himself and throws it with an arc NOT out of desperation but rather to get it over the blitzers AND to give his wide open tight end time to adjust. Would he preferred to lead him more towards the sideline….absolutely. But he picked out the open receiver and got both the depth and arc correct. Pretty darn impressive, really!
