For the most part. Coaching has been better against most teams. They don't get out of position much. They don't get surprised much. They don't look lost like in years past. The team had talent for 5 season, but coaching was predictable or awful. This year it has been better. I didn't say McDermott is great. I still think he's too defensive at times. But to say this team isn't coached better is not paying attention. Also they have match problems against teams with big defensive lines. Probably will have same problem with the Jags. They will probably fight to see who gets to lineup over RG.

Franchise QB > OL > Starting QB. So it depends. If it's a franchise QB get him at all cost. If it's a first round QB who needs to be developed over two or three years, take the OL.

Lousy is too strong. He's average. He's better than 10 to 15 starters. About ten teams with a worse record have better talent than the Bills. It's not all talent. Coaching is probably more important.

They do throw a ton of passes we know TT can't make. So it's both QB and OC.

Shaq is an enigma. Part of me thinks he'll never play well in this defense and he is actually a 5 or 6 technique like he was in college. Maybe Bills should make him gain 20LBS over the summer and play him at DT.

Never got the coach right but like others have said good scout and talent guy but bad at the admin side. If her were here now though he'd probably sign some practice squad players who come in and help on defensive line right away.

Never plays under center. Has slow eyes like EJ. Is not the kind of QB they want for this offense.

I don't like Rudolph because he don't fit our offense. He needs to play in the gun or a pistol. Bills under McDermott have shown they don't want to run that scheme. Big Ben, too.
