He is being brought in to close the show. One on one, obvious passing down Miller is being paid to make something happen.

He is a bottom of the roster guy. Battling for a roster spot or P.S. Beane is not going think twice about signing someone or drafting someone because we drafted a guy in the 6th rd.

I dont see Beane drafting a guy like Williams over Olave or Dotson. He isnt significantly better a prospect than either. Williams couldnt pass Olave at Ohio St. Give me either without the rehab, more production and polish.

Solid slot guy. Good pick up. Fill them holes one by one. Come draft only get better. I expect cb at a modest deal and thats a wrap.

He was productive without any competition. I understand the full room in Clev but not able to find a role with Houston or Miami is a concern. Dont get me wrong I liked him coming off his 70 or so catch season in Cle. Im not expecting alot. He could fill the pass catcher back role. With the new play caller im curious if they will utilize it. Unlike what they did with Yeldon.

As a backup running back I think he is fine. Has tools to be a pass catching back. Unable to carve a role on 3 different teams makes me skeptical. I think its on par with Yeldon and Brieda. Fills a hole and thats about it. Will battle with a rookie for the spot imo.

They are hoping him Smith or Dodson can take Matakavich spot on the roster. Lee was a late cut. I think he is a contestant to take Klines role. I dont expect a big move. They 1000% ok with Milano and Edmunds.

I think Lee takes LB off the table. This would basically end the Bills FA moves. Outside of a vet playing with Allen for peanuts they would be onto the draft.

There are a handful if backs with 4.3 speed and production. I think its on the table on day 2. A vet with a role may or may not take that off the table.

Where is all this Bates is leaving coming from? He visited Minnesota? No offer no nothing. What are we worrying about? Bates is replacement level but I believe he will be back to compete at Rg.

Fitzgerald, Rice and Bruce played very well at 33, 34, 35. For the Bills Bruce Smith got 13.5, 14 and 10 at similar ages. He was still passable at Washington near the end. I included Jerry and Fitzgarald with Bruce because those are different guys. Miller is a different guy. He is first ballot hall of famer. Always kept his body right and is a freak athlete like Bruce. He is not the same as others imo. Its risky yes but a smart bet.

The Cap is a thing poorly run franchises say is what holds them back. Its all make believe and how much money you are actually allocated to spend each year. I think Buffalo might be closer to the actual liquid cash number than Cap number.

With how rare RFAs are signed a big name will be all over it if it happens. Rap or Shafter will drop it. Bates is unique. Idk if he survived or thrived last year. I thought Bates said he feels like LG is his natural position. Saffold is the LG. Bates will have to compete for the RG spot. A few rookies another vet and him I imagine. I feel like Bates at guard is the equivalent to Wallace at Cb. He can do his job but you are looking to replace him.

Thats going rate. In a pinch he will keep the boat afloat.

No one that does the draft for a living had Allen as a 3rd rd pick. He was in the conversation for Cle at 1. Some of his growth is impressive. Too say noone saw it is too far aswell. He was drafted top 10 to be what he is now. Why did the other guy fail and he succeeded? Baker and Darnold try to do what Allen does outside the pocket. They dont have the ability to do it. Allen did it in college. Even against Iowa his team was grossly outmatched. Allen willed a few score by being the best athlete on the field and throwing some absolute lazers. He worked to be the his A+ as consistently as possible and he has achieved it.

For a 7th? Im all for it. Draft a guy day 3 and we are set.

Good room guy. Vet min you can do worst. In a pinch might be able to struggles us through. Trubisky was a unique experience. I would be infavor of Barkley and a late rd flyier on a qb.

Without AJ Klien Lee has a better chance to make the team. His special teams ability makes Matykavich (sp) a possible cut or trade option. Quick way to get extra cash.

I dont think he leaves LA. Im confident a solid vet takes less to play with Allen.

He has shown 0 ability to rush the passer. No natural bend. I dont see it.

I expect an older vet. Possibly Peterson. Also, draft one early.

Idk. He has lost touch with the modern athlete imo. Drafting is a problem for him. Doesnt want to pay corner because of backwards thinking. Players farthest away from the ball you value the least. The game has evolved. Cb and Wr are becoming a premium position. He values FA cbs over his own in many cases.

With Howard brought in Idk if TE is top of my list for needs. CB 2 is my highest priority at the moment. I wouldn't want to depend on a day 2 wr to make a big impact. I think Buffalo is front and center for a vet wr. One that misses on big money come in for a prove it deal and have Allen make you money next year and compete for a chip while it happens.
