  1. There will be a few wrs drafted in the first rd. I think with certain qualifiers met Brown will go high. Tyreek Hill will allow a team to go Brown if he is sub 4.4. Metcalf seems to have sneak speed and looks super fluid. Either will be in consideration.
  2. He is not a thumper but in today's NFL you wouldn't want him to be. He is so young, when he becomes physically mature POA will not be an issue. Proper technique and a professional offseason you will see a leap in his play. He is only 20.
  3. In FA Buffalo will sure up their depth. At 9 take an impact player if available. I coming around to the idea of brown from OU if he is sub 4.4. The ultimate deep threat with Allen's arm would be ideal.
  4. I do not understand the hype. Move him off his spot and his accuracy plummets.
  5. With Williams retire Buffalo needs a guy inside who can penetrate and make plays. Phillips flashed that ability.
  6. 9 is a solid spot. An impact defender could fall to us if a Qb goes. Buffalo may go offense and pick an Olineman or skill player. A wr that tests very well will boost them into the conversation. If Hollywood Brown or dk Metcalf runs sub 4.4 I would consider them at 9.
  7. Going into last offseason Buffalo had 0 franchise caliber players. Imo the heights the team could reach in the up coming years are equal to that of the improvements of Allen and Edmunds. If each reach 80% of their potential Buffalo will be perennial contenders. Edmunds has not physically matured yet. He doesnt know how strong or fast he can become. Him on a pro diet and work out could turn him into a monster.
  8. Bring in a mid 20's vet on his second contract and draft 1 on day 3. Maybe day 2 if one has a elite speed.
  9. Fournette may never be healthy. However, he also was over used in Jacksonville. Bortles could only throw 3 routes, and teams stacked the box begging them to throw. I would offer a mid rd pick for him in a heartbeat. Power running game with Allen will be deadly. This offseason Buffalo needs to sign a veteran and draft 1.
  10. Add depth in positions of need. Maybe over pay for who the best FA lineman is in their eyes. Overall Buffalo needs to revamp the roster. They could add a player or 2 to every positional group outside of qb.
  11. A 3rd or 4th should find a solid player.
  12. Yet Lewis lasted 5 years longer than should. Tomlin has had a top 3 roster for years and squandered it. The hottest name is going to be Richard from Dallas. I dont see it.
  13. I'm excited to see how they build around him. Imo Buffalo has the ability to make a jump like the Bears did.
  14. Based off Buffalos most pressing needs on offense imo 10th is a great spot. If any Wr emerges or the top Olineman would be in play. With the lack of offensive talent I wouldn't be against trading it for a # 1. Juilo or Beckham.
  15. Brady is not the same guy. Missed guys wide open, felt pressure quickly. Imo NE doeant have the defense to win in the playoffs.
  16. Hes done.
  17. Right but I'm ok with Gilmore tracking a ball 50 yards down the feild 1 on 1 or any NE defender. The deep cross is something Gilmore cant defend 1 on 1. Now I do see Gilmore on Jones and erasing him from existing. Foster like Hill will have chances. Does him and Allen connect on them.
  18. He is a more efficient passer and rusher. He has more yards on half the rushes.
  19. Yes but than does he allow a bad team to run on him? You playing man 1 with the safety over top foster all game? Imo th sneaky thing about Allen and foster is how long Allen holds it til he throws deep. Its deeper than any team can practice. Hoyers not testing that defense.
  20. Agreed. Detroit has a significantly more athletic linebakers than NE. Allen is an interesting case. Our wr struggle vs man. That creates running voids. Allen has the arm to fit the ball in a window the size of a needle. Imo this is a perfect late season barometer to gauge Allen's progression. I think Allen does better than most expect. Those that haven't seen Allen the last 4 weeks will be running to his bandwagon. I think Buffalo loses but the story will be Allen and, wow give him some dudes.
  21. He seems to be the guy most likely to be gone. With Murphy to IR they need a Rb. They find one Mcloud is out imo.
  22. Besides the end of game hysterics, what Allen is doing with a whole lot of nothing on offense is mostly going unnoticed. That is what I mean by putting the offense on his back. Not a quarter, not a drive, the entire game Allen has been the entire offense the last 4 weeks. Buffalo is 2-2 two plays away from being 4-0 in those games. No stat or metric will explain that. Increase the talent around him and look out.
  23. Fitz had a strong running game. Imo Fred Ex was just as big if not a bigger contributor to those offenses success. Allen doesnt have that. McCoy is a shell of himself.
  24. This is what's plagued Andy Ried most of his career. He is quick to abandon the run and gets enamoured with pushing the ball down the field. September, October, November it works. December it works less and January not at all. In a long season late in the year it's a battle of wills. Who can run the ball and control the clock to wear down the opposing defense. A full season of plays have happened and there are little got you plays that results in big gains or TDs.
  25. It wouldn't be a dagger in the heart, but Allen going into Gillette and leading the Bill's to victory could be a foreshadowing of what's ahead. A Derek Anderson led Bill's had the ball in the red zone in a 1 possession game in the 4th quarter vs NE earlier this year. Buffalo will give NE all it can handle. Does NE have the athletic ability at LB to contain Allen on the ground? Maybe I'm wrong and Allen throws a bunch of picks, Brady has his best game of the year and the beat goes on.
