  1. Idk but that does not mean they wont. Cleveland has the 4th so I think that either pick could be in play. Cleveland may like Allen the best but dont want to pick him over Darnold or Rosen so they trade 1. Or they get there Qb at 1 and pick up 3 first rounder for 4. The Giants may think that with the return of Beckham they are much closer to winning with Eli than without him and push hard to build around him. Lineman are not as high this year they pick up our picks this year and sure up their line and use our pick next year for the Qb of the future. Maybe no one trades out of the top 10 but recent history tells you otherwise. 3 first rounders will have any organizations attention add in 2 this year allows poor rosters to get 2 starters for this year.
  2. Claussen was taken much later than kiper was pushing and Mcshay called him on it from the beginning.
  3. And Rudolph is not in the conversation as being better than any of them. You also left off Allen who has the highest potential of any qb in the draft. Rudolph has a chance to be the 6th best prospect this year with, faulk and white from WK. That does not offer optimism or confidence that the position is set up for the next 10 years because we got maybe the 6th best guy at 21 or 22.
  4. That goes to show what a competent and skilled passer can do for a team. Alabama look dead in the water and Tua came in and look like the left handed Russel Wilson.
  5. There are 4 potential Franchise Qbs. The most polished is Rosen, best attributes Darnold, best arm Allen and most athletic and productive is Jackson. Im not super picky about any of the four guys, but Buffalo needs to leave the draft with one of them. Stop being cute, stop trying to be the smartest guy in the room just go get a Qb with legitimate franchise potential. Only way would I would be ok not getting one of those guys is if Buffalo signed Cousins and they build the roster around him. i think the odds of landing Cousins are long and the price is going to be rich. Over 25 mil a year and in the neighborhood of 80% guaranteed.
  6. The team on a whole exceeded expectations from many. Off a successful year and still implementing his system I think for the most part Mcdermott's staff remains the same. If Wrs were not running open than i could see a change. After Sunday I think the issue was with Qb play. That is going to be the biggest change this off-season Imo. I think Buffalo is first going to target Cousins, than a vikings Qb, after that they will go all in for a Qb early in the draft. Outside of Cousins or Keenum or even Bridgewater the rest of Qb market would be bridge Qbs. If Buffalo doesnt get the interest from the aforementioned Qb I could see them picking up Taylors option and trading him on draft day.
  7. At no point in meaningful football has he looked like a starting Qb. You either got it or you dont. To me he doesnt got it.
  8. 125 mil for Cousins and the most guaranteed money? No for me. He is not top 5 to me.
  9. After the trade for Benjamin Matthews doesnt really add anything to the roster that is not their already. The team needs speed at Wr. Slot or wide doesnt matter they need a guy to get deep.
  10. Yes. Taylor has failed to make the big play he has made in years past. Those plays have been their as well. Does Mcdermott have an offense he want his team to have? If so the guy you brought in year one should be given time to continue to build the system he selected.
  11. Depending who you listen to. Alot of what I have read and listened to rank Darnold and def Rosen above Geoff and Wentz coming out. This is a very good Qb class. Allen and Jackson are the most gifted in a long time. Allen has the best arm since Rodgers and Jackson is the most dynamic Qb since Vick. There is a little bit for everyone in terms of what you want at Qb. Mayfield is in the mid tier with Mason Rudolph. Both have the lowest in terms of potential. Top 4 Qbs will be Rosen Darnold, Allen, and Jackson. Imo with 2 first rounders and all the capital the team has aquired they need to walk out of the draft with 1 of those 4 Qbs. Rosen is best fit for the team and is the most pro ready.
  12. I think Buffalo would make a massive offer to NYG or Cleveland for either. Do what it takes to get one of them. If they can they have the best Qb prospect since Kelly. Qb is the most important position right? Why just hope your guy falls? Go get your guy and let the chips fall as they may.
  13. He is a developmental career back up. I want 0 part of him playing next year.
  14. Gaines makes alot of sense. I see him being the top priority. The rest Idk. They could choose to move on from older players and clear large amounts of cap space for this off-season.
  15. All I know the ball hit the ground without control. Its 15 yards personal foul for dunking a football over the goal posts and its 15 yards personal foul for taking your helment off on the field of play. Ramsey did all three. In my eyes, first down Bills ball at the 18. But we are the Bills not the Patriots.
  16. Prediction. Zay hauls in the game winning Td in a fantastic way. Ala Terrel Owens vs Greenbay.
  17. Go Bills! First playoff win in what 20 years? Then next week torpedo Pats and cause the implosion.
  18. It goes both ways but your right. More often then not the only changes or adjustments made are in terms of exexuction not schemes.
  19. I dont expect him back in LA. He will go to whoever pays him most and a team that pitches him as the go to guy. I think he ends up in cleveland. They overpay and becomes the guy for a rookie qb.
  20. Trading Garapalo mid-season for 2nd was an odd move. Having nothing behind a 40 year old QB makes 0 sense. That move paired with trading Brissett are completely not Belicheck moves. There are 2 options to choose from. Either Bill after developing Garapalo and reaching the end of his contract didnt think Garapalo was that good, or trading him wasnt Bills decision. Eric Mangini take on this story leads me to believe there is more to this than leads the eye. the only speculation is how severe is the strife between Bill and Kraft/Brady. Everything McGinest says is true. That is why many believe Bill would pick the 27 year old Qb with loads of potential and the ability to set the franchise up for 10 years vs the 40 years where unless they can find lightening in a bottle again they are held hostage by Brady and his decision to retire.
  21. He looks like a DE. Dude is a beast and if healthy can just out muscle every db. I would love to see him have a big game on the big stage.
  22. I agree 100%. Nothing about the last 12 months makes senses when it comes to "the Patriot way". Bill has always bought low sold high. If Bill wanted to keep Brady would he revoke his personal trainers credentials? Would he trade an above average back up whos on a very team friendly deal to Indy for a bust wr if he was moving on from Jimmy G? Brady went to Kraft a little before the trade deadline. After his personal trainer was revoked some access he normaly had because he saw the tea leaves changing. Kraft informed Bill that he in no way had the authority to move on from Brady and he best get whatever he can for Jimmy G because he was not going sign him or franchise him if it ment moving on from Brady. Robert Kraft just pulled a Jerry Jones. By sticking up for his "guy" he has set off a chain of events he Kraft cannot forsee because he has not been a part of the day to day operations. Imo Bill always wanted to win one without Brady to cement his own legacy that now is not the case. Bill will grant teams access to his assistants and will sway them to leave the sinking ship. 41 year old Qb with a mediocre oline dline and linebaker corp is not a team building but decaying.
  23. Our whipping boy doesnt put up yards. Yours throws picks. That is why Buffalo are live dogs. They did clinch but if Jax won out woildnt they gotten a first rd bye?
