  1. Based on what? What legal argument could he make that the Bills broke a law or violated a contract? As far as I know, "wrongful termination" isn't a thing for NFL players.
  2. Mysteriously went silent back in December. That must be when evidence of Araiza's innocence turned up. I bet this lawyer was banking on this high profile case being his "big break".
  3. I dunno, I think he'll get another shot since there's actual proof of innocence. If you can get second chances in the NFL after domestic abuse and dog fighting, you should be able to get your career back on track after being proven innocent.
  4. I think we're too low, but I understand that our ranking is largely based on a ranker's subjective opinion on how good Davis is/will be. This guy clearly has a low opinion of him.
  5. Jesus Effin Christ, report that lunatic. Is he still active?
  6. Yeah unfortunately after "this woman belongs in jail", suing the Bills is the #2 sentiment I've seen. I was against him being cut at the time, but I understood the Bills were also victims in the situation and were all but forced to.
  7. You weren't alone. I was heavily in the "the evidence doesn't add up" camp.
  8. Unfortunately it won't be enough for some people. When it comes to sexual assault charges, the accused is forever guilty and any evidence to the contrary is dismissed as a lie or conspiracy. While not the same circumstance, Amber Heard still has throngs of diehard believers despite mountains of evidence showing her to be an objectively terrible person.
  9. For almost no other reason than personal bias, Fred Jackson. Most elusive RB of his time and would definitely be a "process guy".
  10. It's been said that my grandma could throw for 200 yards per game in their extremely QB-friendly offense. Even McCorkle could pull some wins there.
  11. I instantly downvote any post that starts with "hear me out", regardless of the content.
  12. I agree, but you said "Total yards/17 games weather you play them all or not. availability matters." So you're making conflicting statements.
  13. That's literally just total yards with extra steps.
  14. With a minimum number of games played in a season to qualify. Remember when we weren't even on the yards per punt charts due to lack of participation? Good times.
  15. After absolutely stealing BPA value in the first two rounds to land a pair of day 1 starters, we had the luxury of "reaching" for need in the 3rd for someone who fit the scheme. Not having a 4th if anything gave them incentive to just go get who they wanted to fill a hole. Anything after that is gravy and we did well with our 7th rounders anyways.
  16. Davis is going to have his breakout year with Kincaid drawing attention down the middle and hopefully more trust from Dorsey. If our O-line additions pay off, Knox can have his breakout year too in 2 TE sets not having to stay in the block all the time.
  17. Probably two more years of All Pro play, than another year or two of Pro Bowl level before he's no longer a threat. Then another year on a wannabe contender team hoping in vain to squeeze what's left in the tank out of him.
  18. According to this forum, any 5th round selection who then played well.
  19. I know. 400 something yards on 40 something receptions is 10 yards per catch, which puts him at the bottom with Ebron compared to the rest of the list.
  20. Despite him being hailed as a pass catcher YAC threat, you project him to have the lowest yards per catch of the last decade?
  21. Injuries hampered his development. We have a much better strength and conditioning team than he had in college and he won't be expected to be a star day 1.
  22. You know people are just upset at not getting "their guy" when they're calling a player who was graded as "good backup with the potential to be a starter" a reach in the fifth round or even that he would have gone undrafted. Wild.
  23. Well good thing I'm a draft noob who doesn't follow what those wannabes say heh. NFL.com has him graded as a "good backup with the potential to be a starter", and he was the top receiver prospect in the nation coming out of high school. From the sounds of it, would have been a day 1 or 2 pick had his college career and development not been hampered by injuries. Sounds like a good prospect (as in NOT a reach) to develop from the 5th round.
  24. People talking about reaches in the 5th round like it was some unscouted longsnapper or something lol. They're ALL projects at this point.
